Pros: Display is very bright, actually had to turn down the brightness level. I purchased this for a business and it has a nice clear display. I have a number of other Hanns-G monitors and in general have been very pleased with the quality.
Cons: Speakers could be better. As with any monitor with built-in speakers the quality could be better.
Other Thoughts: I like manufacturers who stand behind thier products. A lot of manufacutrers only warranty thier monitors for 1 year, Hanns-G has 3 year warrantees.

Pros: Clear, no dead pixels, stylish and compact, good saturation and color conformity, no backlight hot-spots or dark-spots, no ghosts from on-screen movement.
Cons: Cr@ppy integrated speakers!!
Other Thoughts: Sweet! I needed the extra real estate to run video editing and I can only say "Why didn't I upgrade sooner?". I've had it for about a year now and it looks just as good now as when I took it out of the box. I run it in DVI-D model and it is the perfect size to fit my cone of vision (less eye strain trying to focus and keep all of the screen in sight).

Auto Adjust makes this bomb

Pros: No dead pixels. clear picture, although the colors are a little flat.
Cons: The auto-adjust goes off every time I changes programs. And often leaves a black bar across the top of the monitor. The auto-adjust doesn't work. Setting it back to factory specs doesn't work. Nothing works but going away and coming back a few hours later and pray that it will finally auto-adjust the right way. And no, adjusting the vertical through a program or using the vertical alignment built into the monitor does not work.
Other Thoughts: If I had known this problem was typical of these monitors that that even after spending 2 HOURS waiting to get online and talk to their tech support they would do absolutely NOTHING, I'd have spent a little bit more money and purchased a better monitor. Sure it's a great deal, if you don't mind endless hours of frustration with the monitor auto-adjusting too low.
