5 out of 5 eggsWorks great. No problems whatsoever

Pros: -comes in the stock packaging with all the normal accessories. I seriously can't even tell that it was refurbished.
-keeps my overclocked FX-6300 nice and cool

Cons: -comes with grease pre-applied. It's not that I don't trust Corsair that it works, but I scraped it off and applied better grease myself.
-uses up two fan headers.

Other Thoughts: -not silent, but not too loud. I don't generally notice it, and it is quieter than the stock cooler.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Came packaged as if it was a new item and not a refurb

Great value for the price, especially if you get it on sale

Cons: The thermal compound was pre-applied, I suppose that might be a plus for most people but since I had also ordered a tube of Arctic Silver it just made it a pain to clean off

Other Thoughts: It gurgles occasionally but I can live with that since it's quieter than my case fan otherwise, this does not seem to affect performance at all so it's not really so much a complaint as an observation

My CPU (AMD FX8320) went from idling at around 50c and sometimes getting so hot my system would shut itself down with the stock air cooler to idling at 35c after installing this one, and I haven't seen it get above 55c since

I definitely recommend it, I know there's better coolers out there but for the price you can't beat this one

5 out of 5 eggsWas hesitant about buying this, but am glad I did

Pros: I've owned an H50 corsair since 2010 and have never had issues with it, in fact I love it. I didn't want to dismantle my old build to use the H50 so I bought this refurb H55 instead (I was hesitant about getting a refurb liquid cpu cooler) but I'm glad I made the plunge. It arrive in the original box with every thing inside including the case sticker. It was relatively simple to assemble and mount, but the back plate being the most difficult to line up. Once it was installed and plugged in, I fired my newly built PC up and did a torture test on my i5 6500 to see my temps. I never went above 35c! Great product at a great price, Corsair has yet to let me down on any of their products.

Cons: None

5 out of 5 eggsSolid Water Cooler

Pros: Keeps my FX-8350 between 28-32c, and underload keeps the temps under 45c(This pc is used in a very warm room). Definitely crushes the stock fan which sounds like a helicopter taking off.

Cons: None so far!

Other Thoughts: I bought this refurbished for $39.99 during cyber monday(week), and wish at that price I had bought a second one for another pc I'm going to be putting together soon.
P.S. I have it overclocked to 4.6ghz with these temps!

4 out of 5 eggsgood budget liquid cooler

Pros: price and effectiveness. installation in my chassis was easy. it keeps my i5 overclocked cpu cool with very low fan or pump noise.

Cons: fan and pump are not PWM (4-pin) type device, i.e. always spin at the max speed even when not needed.

Other Thoughts: I would buy again when it is on sale and when I need another one.

5 out of 5 eggsRefurbished Corsair Hydro Series H55

Pros: I'm usually leery of refurbished items. Corsair did a great job on this one!!! CPU temperatures are 20+ degrees Celsius cooler than with the stock heat-sink/fan on my FX-6300. Under overclocking conditions, the temperature difference is even greater. Now it rarely hits 50 degrees Celsius, even during intense video rendering.

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: I added another fan for push/pull configuration Honestly it hasn't made a difference in the temperature, but it sure looks good. :-) Longevity is an unknown, but I've had really good lifespans out of all of the other Corsair products I've owned. It's not a real concern at this point. Kudos to Corsair.
