Pros: It worked for a few days pretty much perfect.
Cons: It only worked for a few days then I started to experience heavy freezing issues with everyday programs and applications. I had to switch back to my 8600 GT and I am going to RMA it soon.
Other Thoughts: I couldn't tell if it was either my PSU or the VGA, but after exchanging the video card I haven't experienced any freezing occurrences since then.
Manufacturer Response:We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing a problem. Please put in a support ticket at xfxforce.com. Email me your ticket ID at neweggsupport@xfxforce.com and I am sure that we can get you taken care of. Thank you.

Old GDDR3 ram?
Pros: works as it should. extreamly quiet fan. 5 months and still going strong. 2 4 pin to 6 pin does work... at least on the back plug. works in SLI even when pared with a EVG* brand card.
Cons: my sysyem shows this as a 9800gtx/9800gtx+ it has the 9800gtx+ core. but the ram and everything else if that of its older model. when overclocking the memory speed i couldnt get close to what all other 9800GTX+ could get. they get away with calling it a GTX+ by changing the core but rip you off by using older and cheeper parts.
Other Thoughts: I desided to get the evg* version of this card and its Ram goes a good 200mhz higer than this one can. and it shows up as a 9800GTX+ and not a 9800GTX/9800GTX+ droped 30 bucks from when i bought it... works in SLI with my EVG* card that is a good inch or two shorter than this one.

XFX 9800 GTX+ Has a fan speed issue
Pros: Works well enough, can run games at their highest settings without a problem.
Cons: Heres the problem. NO support on the ticket(s) I sent. I'll never buy an XFX product again. There is a known issue with the fan speed which is stated on the XFX website and they want you to open a ticket with your system info. So I did, a week ago. No response. If and when this card dies, I'm buying a different brand.
Other Thoughts: Free shipping advertised but not exactly free, still paid for shipping. But it was delivered quickly and pleased with Newegg's service.

Not good so far...
Pros: Nice Looking Card
Cons: Can't run it without the power cable...which is supposed to be included among other items that were missing from the package.
Other Thoughts: Ordered this card, which I was excited to use last night. However, it didn't come with 3 items:
PCIe power cable (2 molex to 6-pin) S/PDIF Audio cable (needed for audio over HDMI) FarCry2 game

3 Words
Pros: No complaints on speed or price. It does deliver. No noticeable noise outside of std. case noise.
Cons: TOO dang big
Other Thoughts: 3 Words: HOW DARE THEY. How dare they create this behemoth of a VC! Its so big. I mean like really big. I did all my diligence before buying (measured, check schematic, threasholds, visual check) and knew it would fit.
The card is bigger than anything in the PC! We should buy VCs and then build a computer around it. Wait, isnt' this what a XBOX or PS3 is? Hmmm, my PC seems to be heading that way, but I digress....
So, I put the card in and it wont fit! Why? b/c the SATA connectors block a tight seal. I had to buy elbow SATA connectors. Looking at the VC, its this big hunk of plastic. They could have made it slimmer. I'm sure they give some excuse about, '...disapating heat...' or some other garbage.
This card is like the size of your head. Be warned, you may have to make accommodations to the box to get it to fit (rearrange drives, PSs, saw off green boards, etc.)

May be good..ill never know
Pros: Seems like a good card for the price. Easy to install and ran quiet
Cons: DO NOT PURCHASE if you are running WINDOWS xp 64 EDITION! There is an issue with the card/drivers that when you try to run games or movies you will be given a blue screen with your system mismanaging its PTEs. After a week of searching and trying to fix ( updating bios, drivers, tech support calls the works) still no go and no one on line seems to have an answer except to downgrade to windows xp 32. Wish someone woulda let me know beforehand.
Other Thoughts: LIke I said. May very well be a great card. But as I am running Windows xp 64..ill never know

Well,
Pros: 55 nM transistors, 738 Mhz core clock, the list is endless.
Cons: Will not work with my OCZ GameXtream 700W psu, chances are it is due to my processor but the manufacturer isn't sure what the real problem is. New PSU coming in soon.
Other Thoughts: Mobo: Biostar n750 Processor: 9950 BE RAM: 2 GB Mushkin DDR2 1066 Graphics: Onboard(sigh) PSU: OCZ GameXtream 700W(4x 18A +12v rails)
I strongly recommend a single powerful rail.

LOUD
Pros: the card runs amazing, and i love the look of it
Cons: it is very loud. I get verry annoyed on things like that. and when i have 2 250mm fans that dont make any noise and a perfect hdd you think the pc is just amazing. but leave it to a 200 dollar graphics card to be loud as hell
Other Thoughts: im sending it back.
Manufacturer Response:This card should be very quiet when idle and to me personally is not loud when running games even outside of a case. Be sure that you took the plastic sheet, to protect it from scratching, off of the cooler before installing so that it can't get in to the fan and blow out the fan to be sure that nothing foreign from your case fell inside. If you have any questions feel free to email me at neweggsupport@xfxforce.com Thank you.

DOA, looks nice
Pros: Never booted, The card itself had a really nice design on it but lol...
Cons: Wouldn't boot up, bought a new PSU because my existing one did not have 2 PCI-E Power Cables and the Power Reccomendations said that it needed that.
Other Thoughts: There was no reviews on this card and iwish that i would have gone with the 9800 GTX that did, not sure if there is something up with these cards but buy with care.
