For a basic computer, it gets the job done.
Pros: Does what it needs to do. Integrated video is actually pretty good. Integrated audio is really nice for the price of the motherboard. Up to 256 mb allocated RAM, but only if you have over a gig on the board. Windows XP only allows a maximum 128 mb, but that is Microsoft's problem.
Cons: Well, if you just want the computer to go online and not play games, than no.
Other Thoughts: Most people complain about the lack of overclocking options in BIOS, but the way I see it, is if you want a gaming system, pay the extra money for an ASUS or quit crying.

Started well, ended bad
Pros: easy install, all in one video sound and lan, fired right up, took generic memory no problem
Cons: memory slots kind of difficult to tell if engaged all the way, causing no post, easy fix, though. after a year, went dead up for no apparent reason, no more ecs for me
Other Thoughts: gonna try and AMD agin, used a pent d 945 with this board, was ok, but not overly impressive

Pros: none
Cons: this thing was DOA for me. Don't know if this was a fluke or not but this is the first defective item I have received from NewEgg in several years of doing business with them.

DOA but great Newegg Service
Pros: Just an update to my last post regarding this board. Contacted Newegg via online chat. They have disposed of the restocking fee and will refund my purchase price.
Cons: DOA board, no VGA signal, but as I said, Newegg made everything right...and fast too.
Other Thoughts: I have already ordered a replacement. Newegg was fast and reliable regarding my prediciment. I highly recomend doing business here.

VGA DOA
Pros: Board looked good and installed as it should. For the money the options available. This was a build for a customer, and the on board VGA was a plus to keep costs down.
Cons: Finished the build and the VGA was DOA. Monitor will not recieve any signal. Tested monitor on other systems and it works fine
Other Thoughts: I have begun the RMA process and am a little upset about the fact they will charge me a restocking fee for a DOA board.

Dandy little board
Pros: I bought three of these boards and have had no issues with them so far - just plug and play. Each of the three fired right up and have yet to give me any problems. I coupled them with inexpensive Pentium D processors and they perform very well in a business environment. The PCI Express slot means I can upgrade the video in the future should I need to.
Cons: Only 2 dimm slots. I would of course like 4. The instruction manual says there is a maximum of 2GB memory. Only one IDE connector means you should use an SATA drive with this board.
Other Thoughts: I needed to build a few decent performing PCs at a reasonable price. This board works very well for me.

Good little motherboard
Pros: Used this to build a box for the Girlfriend. Nice to have everything (video, sound, ethernet) on single board, but can also add 16x PCIe vid card, etc when upgrade time..
Cons: Overclocking VERY limited, but if that's what you're after, you'd not be buying this board..
Other Thoughts: Good board for cost, and good for basic / media center computer.

Great Board for future Upgradeability
Pros: The board is really easy to setup, it’s compact, has 16x PCI-E, supports all the new Intel 775 processors, has 3Gb/s SATA, and has 2 PCI slots. I built a new home PC over Christmas for my parents using this board and it was cake to work with.
Cons: I'm not sure of any cons to date. Though I would have looked elsewhere were there not a rebate offered with this board. Without the rebate it's a touch pricy compared to some of it's competitors.
Other Thoughts: I went through 2 other motherboards building this computer for my parents. The first was an ECS that showed up DOA and out of stock at time of RMA so I couldn’t get another. The second was a Biostar that had dead onboard sound and flaky USB drivers. There were no updates for the Biostar board that fixed the problems so I sent it back. Both of the first boards used VIA chipsets, so I got a bad taste in my mouth for VIA. I decided to go Intel since I had an Intel processor, hence the selection of this board. My parents computer uses this board in an Ultra MicroFly case, Linkworld 400W PSU, 512Mb Corsair DDR2 Value Select, Nvidia GeForce 256Mb 6200LE, Intel Celeron D 352 3.2Ghz, 160Gb Seagate Barracuda 3Gb/S HD, Lite On DVD R/W, and a Linsky Wireless G network adapter. Everything works beautifully. This computer was built on the cheap, but with this board I can upgrade components for years to come.

Onboard Speaker
Pros: Stated below
Cons: Stated below
Other Thoughts: In response to the other review - the motherboard has an integrated speaker, that's why there are no chassis speaker input pins on the front panel connector.

Nice Board
Pros: All the features you could want
Cons: Only 2 dimm slots
Other Thoughts: I've settled on this board for our company's lab computers. I've bought 4 of them so far and haven't had a single problem yet. I'd recommend this board.

Great little board.
Pros: Quite upgradeable.
Cons: some color codes on panel1 would have been convenient.
Other Thoughts: There's no pins for case speaker, so, no POST/Beeps. Wasn't booting at first, but whe connected the 4pin supply together with the 24 pin supply, things started working smoothly. Manual never said to connect both.
