Good mobo
Pros: Good, solid motherboard. Comes with lots of stuff like wireless card.
Cons: The wireless card takes up two usb headers when it's only using one - minus 1 egg. That is one more USB port I could be using.
Other Thoughts: Good price and all around good motherboard other than the wireless card.

Nice solid mini motherboard
Pros: This mobo is great, until now it is rock solid. You might want to go to Zotac website and download latest driver and the latest bios, by sure to choose the correct bios !!! The bios update gave my one very useful option, being able to set memory voltage, now I can run my Corsair mem at 4-4-4-12 and 2.1volts.
Cons: none

Very Nice board
Pros: I like the setup of this board a lot. Spacing is very nice and all connectors are in the right spots. Booted up right away after install. Nice and fast with Windows Vista and E8200. No issue with G-skill 2GB sticks (4GB total).
Onboard video is plenty sufficient for the newer windows versions. Video gets a score of 3.0 on the experience index, not great, but ok. Didn't try any gaming for this MB.
What else?
Cons: Pretty odd BIOS setup and options, reminds me of old school no-name computers running Windows 95 and a pentium 1.
Also, what in world was Zotac thinking in putting together their Driver install CDs??? There are absolutely no compatible drivers or install programs for 64-bit windows. I needed to use my other computer to download the correct drivers from Zotac's website, which was a pain. What if I did not have another computer to access the internet to get correct drivers for chipsets, etc..? (even though unlikely). This is something that should be the very basic first steps in manufacturing a new motherboard, i.e. including a driver CD that has all necessary drivers.
So, if you buy, make sure you have all your drivers ready on a USB stick
Other Thoughts: Basic problem of not having the right drivers for Windows Vista 64 was a killer for time, but the board does everything else right and I am happy with it. If you are not sure of what drivers to get from their website or how to take care of this stuff then you are probably not ready for builds yet, not too hard though...would buy again

Update to my Previous Review
Pros: This is an update to my previous review to talk about my fix for the 6 channel sound. See my previous post for my list of pros.
Cons: This is an update to my previous review to talk about my fix for the 6 channel sound. See my previous post for my list of cons.
Other Thoughts: Since my last post, I found instructions online for how to make my own SPDIF connector. It really wasnt that hard, but its not something I think everyone will want to do. In defense of Zotac, this appears to be something that plagues many motherboad manufacturers. They advertise 6 channel sound and include a SPDIF connector on the board, but do not give you a connector in the box that allows you to use it. You can buy a premade one for about $30, or make your own. All you need is one half of a CD-ROM digital audio cable (4 pins) and a single RCA stereo audio cable. Cut the RCA cable and strip away the insulation. Most RCA cables have the + wire inside insulation which is wrapped by the - wire inside the outer insulation. The + wire must be spliced to pin 1 of the CD-DA cable, and the negative goes to pin 4. This will allow you to connect to a receiver with a digital coax in. I can now play Dolby 5.1 channel movies through this output. Its not elegant, but it works!

Nice board!
Pros: Small size, takes standard 775 processor giving many options. XPPro SP3 install was EASY.
Cons: Very Quirky with Win7RC. I needed to switch to VGA to get the install to complete. Once it was finished I ran auto-update for the chipset/video/sound which installed quickly, rebooted, finished the install. Once that was complete I swapped to HDMI and it was fine.
Other Thoughts: Current build in old Shuttle K45 case using left over parts as noted: - ZOTAC NF630I-F-E - e2200 (from old system) - 2 gigs (2x1gig) Crucial DDR2-667 (from old system) - LG Slim Notebook DVD Rewriter Model GSA-T40N - OEM - WD6400AAKS 640GB 7200 RPM HD - Shuttle K45 PS - XPPro SP3
This machine is a great light-weight desktop that also doubles as a file server on the network.

Good HTPC Mobo With One Exception
Pros: ITX Formfactor is perfect for Home Theater PCs. Nvidia 7100 Chipset has enough power for XBMC and Boxee, havent had any video tearing issues playing back 480 and 720p video like with other chipsets, optional wifi would be a very nice feature (but couldnt get it working under Ubuntu - although I didnt really need it)
Cons: This board advertises 6 Channel sound and claims to have SPDIF capability, unfortunately the external ports are 2 channel only. There is a port on the motherboard for a SPDIF connector, but they do not give you one in the box, and Ive never seen this type of connector, so not sure how to get it. There is only a PCI-Express x1 connector which I really wouldnt mind had I been able to get the digital sound working, I will most likely have to upgrade to a >$50 PCIEx1 sound card. Wireless card that they give you plugs into one of the available USB headers on the motherboard, it is not a notebook style card like I thought it would be. The manual is written in "Changlish", which normally isnt a problem for me, but its been no help trying to understand how to implement the 6 channel sound.
Other Thoughts: Overall, this is a very decent board for a very decent price. The wireless card is kinda clunky because you have to anchor it somewhere in your case, and the wires are very short, so your options for mounting it are limited. This board is performing flawlessly with an Intel Celeron E1400 dual core running XBMC and Boxee under Ubuntu. The reason I am giving it 4 eggs is simply because of the poor execution of the "6 channel" sound. There is no way to enable it using the hardware included in the box, and so far, I have had no luck finding something that I can use to add a SPDIF port to the connector on the motherboard. If you only need a 2 channel media server, or want an ITX board for a file server, or incredibly basic gaming, this is a great board!

Great little board
Pros: Very complete little board. Not much you need to add to it. 'integrated' wifi is nice and now that the driver is GPL, should only get nicer.
Cons: The integrated wifi driver in linux is a little weird and must be downloaded from via-arena. It works most of the time, but sometimes requires a power off if it gets into a weird state. The driver was recently GPL'ed though, so it should get a lot better.
Other Thoughts: Great board, I'll be buying more.

Bad board, no support
Pros: Seemed good until it started blue screening due to a bios error.
Cons: There is NO SUPPORT for this product on Zotac's website. Now I get to test the famous Newegg return policy. :(

NICE BOARD - NICE PRICE
Pros: Socket 775 means it's quad-core compatible, but can take low-end, low cost processors. Nicely laid out for the teeny-tiny form factor. Takes up to 4 gig of RAM. Nice. Plenty of USB on the backplate for expansion, which helps this form-factor. Only 1 on-board expansion slot, which is typical for Mini ITX. I like the use of PCI Express. Onboard Wi-Fi worked out of the box. Feels very sturdy, even after working it in and out of my case several times. All power & fan connections are marked nicely.
Cons: The on-board Wi-Fi isn't actually on-board ... it's is an itty-bitty board all it's own and has to be connected to the motherboard via 2 screws, and a connection to one of the USB pin sets. Not a huge problem, just be aware so you don't have to yank the board after installation like I did. It fits in nicely between the USB and audio ports. All the slots and pins are TIGHT on the board -- but again, it's Mini ITX. One pin in the CPU heatsink didn't feel like it "clicked" in ... but seems secure. Not sure if that's an issue with the board or the heatsink connector.
Other Thoughts: I built this for a home theater PC project, and I'm absolutely satisfied with it. It booted up first try, and is running Vista with Aero flawlessly. The graphics only rate a 3 in the Vista Experience rating -- but it's on-board video and not intended to be a gaming machine. It won't play Crysis at full-load -- but you could easily do MAME or some less graphic-intensive games. Make sure you run the drivers disk (one click .exe program) to get the proper drivers for video, audio, ethernet, etc. This is my first Mini ITX build, and I'm very happy. I have more experience with ATX and BTX.
Ultimately, I put in a 2.2 gig dual-core celeron, 2 gig of ram, a slim-line sony DVD RW, 1 tb storage, and a half-height HDTV tuner. All for less than $375.00 here on Newegg.

Good for the price
Pros: Runs nice and does what it needs to do. If you want more details, see my other review of the 7100 w/o wifi, since I wrote the review when this item temporarily disappeared.
Cons: Mine did not come with the S3 capable standby version, but this was back in December of 2008. Also, I found out a new issue; the wifi will not wake up properly from S1 standby in Vista. You have to reboot to get it to work again. Not sure if this is a driver issue, or a Vista issue, or a board issue where it is due to the USB ports not being powered right during standby. It's a VIA chip for the WLAN. Wish they used someone else since it is near impossible to get to work in Linux
Other Thoughts: I'm looking to get the 9300 board now. It costs more, but hey, it has REAL HDMI, SPDIF out, and dual channel ram and a 16x PCi-e slot now. For the price, it has to be the best mini-ITX board out right now. Nice Zotac.

Nice Board!
Pros: Nice little Mini ITX board! Put it together on my test bench as soon as it arrived with an Intel E7300 and 2GBs OCZ Platinum memory and it runs great for a mini board. Waiting till next week when the Apex mini case I ordered from the Egg gets here to finish it. This is the third Zotac brand of board that I have built and sold computers with and they make nice products. Can't complain about anything, well one thing...
Cons: I wish this board had 3 USB headers but that's it.
Other Thoughts: I'm going to mount this in a Apex MI-008 mini case and I'm going to use a Titan Bianca external water cooling unit to cool the cpu and northbridge to save room inside the case and make everything run cooooool! Had to order the Titan cooler from an online auction site cause the Egg dosen't carry it, HINT HINT Newegg! I really hated to do it cause I buy everything from the Egg!

Great little board
Pros: Nice feature set (a little dated though). Easy install, adequate number of connectors (fan, USB, etc). Booted 1st time and every time since. BIOS contains some basic overclocking options.
The on board wifi works well and seems to be as strong as PCI and external USB solutions.
So far audio playback is reasonably good (though I just use my monitor's speakers).
Cons: On board wireless requires use of one of the 2 on board USB headers. This became a problem when you generally need one header for the case's front USB ports and (in my case) you need the other to connect a card reader to. Fortunately, the wireless only needs one row (4 pins) of the USB header and my card reader also only needed one row (4 pins) of the same header, so I combined the pins into one plug and all works well.
ZOTAC does not include ANY type of hardware monitoring/updating utility with the board or on their website, so if you are curious how things are running, you can either boot to the BIOS and look at the PC Health section, or you can rely on a third party software solution.
Other Thoughts: This is the second ZOTAC board I have built a computer with and I would use them again. I would MUCH prefer Gigabyte or ASUS, but they aren't willing to get into the Mini ITX arena.
My build includes an E7300 processor (moderately overclocked to 3.0GHZ), 4GB of Transcend DDR2-800 RAM, a 320GB 2.5" 7200rpm hdd, a pci-e (x1) firewire card, internal card reader and 5.25" DVD burner all packed into the new Foxconn Mini ITX case and it runs cool, quiet and relatively fast. You won't be gaming (AT ALL) with this chipset (it scores a 3.0 in the Vista rating system) but movies and day to day use is fantastic.
