Pros: had a Radeon 2400HD which pretty much melted. I bought this to replace it and it worked great. easy install and ran L4D at max fps with no lag. Its very, very quiet.
Cons: none.
Other Thoughts: i was worried it wouldn't fit because the fan is huge on this sucker.

Excellent budget graphics
Pros: This is a definite improvement over onboard graphics for those who don't want a total overhaul or a new build. It's low on wattage, runs on a 300W PSU even. Single slot. HDMI out, VGA and DVI for maximum compatibility. Comes with overclocking utilities to squeeze a few extra FPS out when you DO get that new computer and are waiting on the video card. By now the drivers are fairly stable. 512MB is a nice amount for a budget card like this.
Cons: The overclocking is very, very limited (it's a budget card.) No competition for the GeForce 250 series and higher.
It specifies 1GHz RAM. True speeds are 750MHz core/873MHz mem Maximum RAM speed is 980MHz.
Other Thoughts: Used an old Compaq system (mostly prebuilt) with a Bestec 300W power supply. 19A on the +12v rail. AMD Athlon 64 3500+ (Venice) (220MHzx11=2.42GHz) 1GB (2x512MB) DDR-400 @ 220MHz 3-3-3-8 2 IDE (PATA) HDDs 1 SATA HDD (Western Digital Caviar Black 750GB) 1 IDE DVD+RW Drive lots and lots of USB devices, including webcam, wireless-internet-USB adapter, iPod, printer, wireless keyboard/mouse Generic 300W PSU (Bestec) and this card
Fallout 3 and Oblivion are fully playable at the highest detail settings (1280x1024, HDR Ultra High)
Team Fortress 2 fully playable at highest detail settings.
Counter-Strike Source: about 100-200FPS
This card is not a replacement for a weak CPU. In nearly all my games I experience micro-stutters when I move around, but just looking around I get amazing FPS. This indicates a CPU fault.
Ultimately, if you're over three months away from a new build, this card will make a huge improvement over onboard graphics.

GREAT
Pros: Very cheap. Got it for $70 including shipping. Doesn't need any power connectors. Pretty quiet. I dont get why people say it's so loud.. when i put the fan on 100% the sound from the game makes it hard to hear the fan noise. my integrated graphics bottle necked my computer but ever since i got this card, i could play left 4 dead on highest settings with 1600x900 resolution and get about 70-100+ fps and i could also run crysis on high on 1024x768 and get about 30-40 fps. i could run it on very high and i get around 20 fps.
Cons: none so far (:
Other Thoughts: my specs are..
AMD Athlon 64 X2 6000+ 3.0 ghz 500 gb HD 3 gb RAM Sapphire Radeon HD 4670

suprising performance
Pros: cheap!!! low power requirement! can run most current games at modest resolutions (1024*728//1280*1024)
Cons: not exactly a card for the "enthusiast"
Other Thoughts: i bought this for my dell pentium d. build a year ago. i didnt realize its full capabilities until i assembled a new computer. im now running it with a phenom ii x 3 720 CPU and i have got a 20% increase in most games. for a $70 card this is perfect for most current games if you play in a lower resolution. if you set on 1680 and higher look elsewhere.

Medium Gamer
Pros: This graphic card contains enough for the latest Video Game graphics. 512 MB should be more enough to run those last minute high end games you may have been dreaming of obtaining. Here is some examples:
Company of Heroes, Left 4 Dead, Half Life, Supreme Commander, Command Conquer, Mirror's Edge, OverLord, etc.
NOTE: Some of these games may need to run on lower settings depending on your other hardware. Do take not the games I listed have been tested by me personally.
The fan sound is the same as my INTEL 950 Media Accelerator. So to tell you the truth, I slept with the thing running over night, and its right next to me with about 10 feet away.
Cons: May not be able to play one of the higher end games that will be released in the future, but it might be able to handle them at low settings. Why would you get this card if you are hardcore? This is medium!
Other Thoughts: Perfect for upgrading any medium to large tower pc with as low as 300 W Power Supply. Easy to install and add, watch out for the SOUND CARD. This comes with a ATI sound added to it, so make sure to forget about installing that and switch to your on-board sound card in the BIOS. Unless you have a separate sound card running, leave as is.

Great for pre-built pc's
Pros: Great upgrade for you Dell, Hp, or Gateway pre-built systems. Low power consumption works well for the low power supply used by the "big boys" of pc building. I have yet to hear the fan make any noise as others have complained about. As others have stated, not a huge card and should fit in almost any mid-tower pc system.
Cons: none really
Other Thoughts: Obviously this isn't a card you want to build a system around. You could spend 30 or 40 dollars more and get a much better ATI or Nvidia graphics card for that. But, like I said earlier, its a great card for upgrading that PC you bought at Walmart, Dell, or Best Buy. I used it to upgrade my wife's Dell she bought 2 weeks ago. (yes it Pink..lol) Her old card was Dells 4350 and her Vista graphics was 3.8. This 4670 raised her score to 5.3. Not to shabby........ Bottom line, buy it to upgrade a pre-built system and you won't have any complaints.

Sapphire Radeon HD 4670
Pros: Excellent value, great performance for what you pay. Built a friend's system with this card, and it plays Left 4 Dead at 1280x1024 on high settings with 2x AA/no AF at a fairly consistent 50+ FPS. This is great for a budget build that used a smaller power supply, as the card doesn't require a separate power connection.
The audio out through HDMI worked with the latest drivers from ATI's website without any odd tweaking. Vista recognizes it as an audio output device along with his onboard sound.
Cons: Very loud fan - the cooler is a single slot design, and the fan is small and spins at fairly high RPMs. I haven't attempted to silence it yet, but across a silent room, it's very distinguishable among the other three fans in the system which make much less noise. If your dorm room is nearly silent for most of the day and you leave your computer on, it might get on your nerves.
Hard to dock an egg for the noise as it's really a matter of personal tolerance though.
Other Thoughts: ASRock K10N78M MicroATX Motherboard Rosewill MicroATX Computer Case with 400W PSU Kingston 2GB DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 1066 AMD Athlon II X2 240 2.8GHz AM3 Sapphire Radeon HD4670

Outstanding Graphics Card under $70.00
Pros: This is an outstanding card for less than $70.00, utilizes power from motherboard, no power connectors required and can be utilized with several name brand boxes supported by 300 - 400 W power supplys; as indicated, this card is small and can be easily installed in mid size cases, similar to the Dell Inspiron 531, etc. Fan runs quiet and stays cool.
Cons: None.
Other Thoughts: Great card for upgrading Vista, and Windows 7 operating systems. Increased Windows Vista Ultimate graphics rating to 5.9. Simply an outstanding card and a must for graphics based operating systems with a minimum of cost.

Great Card Blows Away my old 9500GT
Pros: BLOWS AWAY MY OLD SPARKLE 9500GT!!!! plays blu-ray movies without any trouble, runs Crysis on Mainstream settings with some settings at Gamer at 1440X900 resolution same for Farcry 2 and runs cool, overall great card. If you cant make the jump to the 4800 series this card is for you
Cons: None this card does what i expected it could do
Other Thoughts: I got this card because my case was too small for a 4800 series card i have a Gateway 5692GT I read alot of reviews saying that the fan was too loud....my tv at normal volume will drown out the sound from the card the fan is quiet nothing to complain about there.

Excellent so far
Pros: Ordered on a sunday, got on Thursday; that was pretty good. I use this for World of Warcraft, and I never go below 20fps on ultra high settings, even in raids. Average is around 75fps, doesn't spike at all. I checked out the Catalyst dashboard and saw the clock was only running at 765/873Mhz, and that was after I clicked auto-tune. Still runs all my games (everything before 2007) without much complaint.
Cons: A bit tight trying to fit the card into the slot, but that was just my case, and it was not very hard. The fan is not a problem, but I can't really say anything because I never see the it go above 17%.
Other Thoughts: Idles at something like 55 degrees. On load, goes to about 75 degrees.

Awesome video card
Pros: Its purely awesome, I ran about 8 FPS in source before, once I got this, it jumped up to 200. It is insane card and you can run it with as low as a 300W PSU.
Cons: Fan is a bit loud, but if your wearing a headset you won't notice it.

Does the job
Pros: This card handles all my new games, even Crysis in high settings. There is no power connector involved with this card, which makes installation all that more easy. Fan runs quiet and stays cool. Also only having a 300W power supply was not an issue with this card. Indeed it's not power hungry as some others.
Cons: None so far.
Other Thoughts: If you are in need of a decent upgrade and are limited on funds, this will serve you well. As stated before,if you have a low voltage power supply, this will to the trick. Driver insallation from disc was a snap. Need to update drivers as the ones on disc are out of date.

Nice Upgrade over IGP
Pros: * Great performance to price ratio - Lots of recent games will play 45-60+ fps in high detail at 1920x1200 with moderate AA settings, and a gigantic upgrade over the IGP (HD3300) * Low power - no extra power plug necessary * Thin, single-slot design * On-board HDMI connector with audio (7.1) - audio passes through without jumping through hoops * GPU OC's well, memory not so much (see Cons**) * Fairly quiet fan on heatsink. Autospeed Fan% @ load only reached 24%, which wasn't enough to be heard over the case fan (Thermaltake 120mm @ ~2200rpm/55cfm, ~40-45dB). The fan is just barely audible over 30%, and 50% is very bearable. Over 70% might start to bother some people. 100% fanspeed didn't drop temperatures down much more than 24%, so there's no reason to manually set the speed that high.
Cons: * No Crossfire connections - I want to say that the latest CCC can Crossfire by software, so a bridge is not necessary, but I'm not totally sure. * No memory cooling - You can squeeze out a few more MHz in memory OC if you stick on some VGA memory heatsinks. Of the 8 GDDR3 IC's, two cannot be heatsinked because they are under the fan assembly, but there is a large hole for air to flow across those, or at least a portion of them.
** Actual memory specs DO NOT MATCH what is listed under specifications in Newegg.com. Memory clock is listed as 1000MHz, (2000MHz DDR equivalent) but what actually comes is clocked at 873MHz. Sapphire's site does list the slower spec. The memory chips you see with most review sites (and a zoom of the Newegg pictures) are the 1000MHz Qimonda HYB-series GDDR3, but what's onboard now is the Qimonda 800MHz chip of the same series, so it is already slightly overclocked. Keep that in mind if you are an OC freak (guilty). There's not much headroom left.
Other Thoughts: I was weighing between buying a 4850 or 4770 in the $100-$120 price range shipped, but I couldn't find one with the configurations I wanted for that price, mostly single slot and HDMI without adapter. I finally settled on this in the meantime until one finally came out with the features I wanted. I'm glad I did, since I saved over $50+ (final price $55 after rebate with free ship) from the models I was not totally happy with, and I'm very satisfied at the performance I got for the money I spent, even if I don't get the rebate.

Affordable power
Pros: Handles COD4 with all setting on, Crysis with most, decent frame rates at 1024x768, install was a snap with 9.6 Catalyst drivers
Cons: The fan is, IMO, loud. Too loud, even at idle.
Other Thoughts: I would love to keep this card, but it's just too noisy for me. Yes, I know that in the midst of a game you can't hear it, but gaming is about 20% of what I do with my machine, so this much fan noise won't do. I even found the instructions online on how to set different fan speeds with profiles in CCC, but that still doesn't cut it. Good card, but it's going back.

Better than expected
Pros: No extra power connection needed. That was my stip. Plays UT3, COD:WAW, L4D and some others on high settings at 1280x1028. It was going into a Shuttle with a 250w PS.
Cons: Taking into consideration the target market and price point - absolutely none!
Other Thoughts: I put this in a Shuttle setup for my mom. The fact that the games play well enough was a bonus. No she doesn't game, but my son is glad he can play some when he goes over to grandma's.

Pros: Got this for a budget box I built. Excellent card, can run CS:S and DOD:S on high settings with every thing on.
Cons: Not a con more like aestits, could have the graphic and heat sink cover the whole card to make it look like a high end card.
Other Thoughts: Good card if your on a budget. Saphire is one of the better ATI card makers out there.

Great card for price
Pros: It does everything expected and more. I just bought a new pre-built and it had a terrible integrated graphics card that was worse than my laptops integrated card. I put this card in along with a 500watt power supply I ordered and now I can play Prototype maxed when it wouldn't even play before. This card is great (especially for the price) but don't expect a miracle if its for an older computer.
Cons: haven't found any so far. fan on it is slightly louder than the other fans in my case but it isn't loud by any standards tho.

Incredible Value - Rock Solid Performance
Pros: This is the best money I've spent on a video card in a long, long, time.
Took a moderately strong Vista64 box with barely adequate integrated video (AMD 780G) from 3.0 to 5.9 in a heartbeat. First time I've ever had a system where the CPU was the limiting factor for a Vista Experience score.
The upgrade went so well that I even gave the ATI OD utility a shot, and brought the clocks up to very stable (and still running cool - 39 Centigrade) 790 and 928.
Card takes no power to speak of, runs cool and quiet, and delivers outstanding video. For $55, what's not to like? Will better deals occur in the future? Absolutely! But if you need something now, and don't want to spend a lot, this is the card for you.
Cons: I am going to have to rethink what has been, up to this point, my undying alliegence to all things nVidia.
Up until the last few weeks I have loathed ATI, despite repeated attempts to find one of their products I could love or a driver that was truly problem-free.
My hatred was rekindled when I had a mobo die recently, and bought what was supposed to have been a Hybrid-Crossfire enabled replacement and the matching add-on GPU. As it turns out that particular vendor's board did not support hybrid crossfire despite the crosssfire enabled chipset, so that left me with a choice between an anemic integrated solution, or a slightly less anemic HD-3450. Once I cooled down and took responsibility for not doing my homework well enough, I decided to start watching for the proverbial sweet deal from newegg while getting current on what's what in today's GPU market.
I found it in this 4670.
Over the years I've spent piles more than this for cards that delivered a whole lot less!
Other Thoughts: I am NOT a hardcore, or even moderately aggressive gamer. That being said, I did my best to simulate a load with some of the games I had lying around, and settled on a somewhat dated Max Payne 2. I cranked everything the highest detail and respolution possible, max AA, you name it. I then started as much stuff as I could in the background including a few VM's running synthetic benchmarks. Bottom line for me was smooth performance and nary a hiccup or pause.
I'll be the first to admit it's a long way from Crysis or one of the other current games that are known to make GPUs cry for mercy, but if, like me, you are an occasional gamer that likes to have things just plain work, I can't think of a better GPU value for the money.

not to noisy
Pros: For a HTPC card this is cool, the HDMI connection work really good and have sound. and with 512mb it give HD pretty good, just remember you need a good to very good pc, to have a live stream of HD.
Cons: they only one is, I cant make they HDMI connection carry DTS sound, only stereo. hope is my fault.
Other Thoughts: some other said the fan was noisy++, For a htpc 12' away for the couch. the fan is perfect.you have to listen(watch) the tv at mute to hear the fan. so for me it's perfect, dont hesitate if it's only for the noise.

Good Starter Card
Pros: - Easy to install, no driver issues for me. - Only takes up one slot. - Easily runs most mid-level games, ex: HalfLife and Source games - Stays cool - "Overclocking for dummies" settings in the ATI control center.
Cons: - The fan is LOUD. I thought it was my CPU fan but I stopped it and it was the card. - The overclocking tools result in game crashes if pushed too much. -LOUD FAN.
Other Thoughts: Although this card has served me well over the past year, I'll likely be replacing it for a QUIETER card in the next year. THIS is my ONLY reason for replacing it. It does everything I want, without any problems.

Works great!
Pros: This card is very easy to install, produces decent quality, allows for better FPS, and does not require much power to run.
Cons: None.
Other Thoughts: At first, I was doubtful purchasing this card because of my rather unimpressive PC. However, now I am glad I took a gamble and got this card.

Ehh..
Pros: I put three eggs on this card because, (A): It's a good starting card for a premade cheap computer. (Better than any internal graphics cards, of course.) It's good on medium to low settings for most games, such as WoW, Counter Strike, Team Fortress 2, and the Half Life games. It can almost get by with playing Crysis on extremely low settings, with about 10-15 FPS, but I would recommend this for casual computer business and slight gaming. Internet and movies are fine.
Cons: It really wasn't what I was looking for with gaming. I'm not going to lie, I put this into a computer expecting something a lot better. I did get better FPS with games than with my internal, and more RAM definitely helps increase speed, but like I said above, use this for internet and movies and you're good. WoW gets about 35-40 FPS on Medium settings with max shading, but it can't go max with 60 FPS.
Other Thoughts: Reviewing a graphics card is hard, because everyone reviewing has a different computer they're putting the card into. I had a pretty low grade computer, so this one probably gets better performance on higher end computers.
Keep that in mind before buying, but again, get it if you need a cheap new one.

good card
Pros: Easy to install, no driver problems, single slot design, fairly quiet, doesn't require a HUGE power supply, didn't have to tinker with settings... beta software... you name it the card just works. Allows me to run LOTRO on nearly maxed out settings, no artifacts or other distortions/ errors during benchmarking. I highly recommend this card.
Cons: The only con I have is that it doesn't exhaust out the back of your case therefore you've got more heat to contend with during system construction. Of course that's not a big deal when you consider it's a single slot card. Especially since the temperatures within my case didn't raise to impossible to manage levels. It's just a small quirk and therefore the card actually ranks about 4.5 eggs but since you can't give a 4.5 I knocked 1 egg.
Other Thoughts: If you're on a budget get this card you won't regret it.

Good quality card
Pros: Although I am not a hardcore gamer, it runs the few I have with ease. I only have a 400w PS and this card doesn't draw much power while idle. Only takes a single slot.
Cons: Fan is a bit noisy, not too bad though.
Other Thoughts: As others have already stated, great card if you are on a budget, and if you are not obssessed with frames per second.

Newegg screws up
Pros: See other thoughts.
Cons: See other thoughts.
Other Thoughts: The product page advertises "free" HDMI cables for a limited time, so I decided to purchase the card. On my shopping cart, there is a line item for the card that shows the discount. However, on the next line is a line item for the cables that adds the savings back to my total. In other words, there's really no savings at all! I spent half an hour chatting with a sales rep and, in the end, their only explanation was that "that's how they do the calculation." I ended up not buying the card.

Pros: Nice upgrade over ATI 3650 for price. No 12 volt PCI connector needed.Just install the driver direct from radeon as they are up to date.Fan can be set to auto speed or manual speed at your discretion with the ati catalyst control that comes with the latest drivers from their web site.
Cons: Fan is a little noisy but maybe I was spoiled with the 3650 fan which was virtually silent.

Suits my needs well.
Pros: Performance, price and features.
Cons: For my purposes, none.
Other Thoughts: No gaming use planned, so I can't help with info for that use. I have two of these (in separate machines) in use for general computing, internet surfing and video editing/playing. The software comes with a basic video converter which works pretty well. I didn't know it came with that, and I am pleased that it did. It has reliably converted several .mts files to mpeg and mpeg-2. It has other format choices too of course.

IMO Best Price/Performance Ratio to date!
Pros: For the price, this card is amazing! Purchased this for a re-build of my brother's computer. I wasn't expecting much after my experience with the 3650, but I was dead wrong. While my 3850 might have slightly more raw power than this card, the "free" 8xMSAA and 16xAF more than make up for it. With World of Warcraft on MAX settings, this easily outperforms my 3850! All that with no other power source than the PCI-E bus! This card is a must buy for casual/budget gamers!
Cons: Only real con was the relative uselessness of the included drivers. The up-to-date ATI drivers are MUCH better. Not enough to lose this card an egg, though.

Works in Dell GX620 & the fan is not load
Pros: 1. Works in a Dell GX620. The Mobo set up for my Dell GX620 won't allow me to use a 2 slot video card in my PCI-Express slot. This is a shorter card that only uses one slot. The fan doesn't hang too far either.
2. Low power requirement. Does not require a power connector, it runs from the PCI slot only. My Dell GX620 has a 305 watt PSU and this HD4670 runs w/o a problem.
3. This is a great upgrade from my integrated graphics. I can see the difference when I play my DVDs already.
4. Can run graphic intensive games on it. I have Win XP Pro on my computer, so I can run all of my XP games like Quake 3, Wolfenstein, Two Worlds, Transformers, and Halo w/ Hi Graphics.
5. HDMI. I'm planning to buy a new monitor and speaker system to use the HDMI output.
6. Price. This is a good card for a sub $100 price. The rebate makes it better.
7. 1 D-Sub and 1 DVI output. I didn't have to use an adapter to connect to my old monitor. Good configuration for video card.
Cons: It doesn't come w/ any games or DVD software like some other video cards have. This was a new refurbished computer that I put this HD4670 into and I would have appreciated some software. Not that big of a Con.
Also don't bother w/ the driver disk that come on w/ the card. They are outdated. I went to the Sapphire website and downloaded the most current Win XP driver and loaded it w/o any problems.
Other Thoughts: I've read other reviews that complain about the fan noise. I was worried about it when I was trying to decide which 4670 I was going to buy from Newegg. But I was surprised by how quiet it actually is when I put it in my computer. I have my computer on my desk by my monitor and it doesn't bother me. It makes a whooshing noise, but it isn't too loud. It doesn't sound like an airplane engine. Really my dvd drive is louder than this video card fan.
My Dell GX620 motherboard doesn't have room for me to use a fanless card that would take up alot of space, do I need to use a one slot video card w/ a fan. Unlike other motherboards, I don't have an empty slot to the right side of my PCI Express slot that would let me use a bigger fan on my video card.
When I have my computer running, I can hear the fan running, but it's competing w/ the sound from my case fan, PSU and dvd drive.
I don't even notice the fan when I'm gaming.

Great card, one flaw
Pros: Plays all current games well at resolutions above 1280x1024 (Crysis, Crysis:Warhead, The Witcher, Fallout 3, Bioshock, UT3) with ease. No additional power requirements, inexpensive.
Cons: Does not play well with Enemy Territory: Quake Wars. This is not specific to this card but the current 4xxx generation of ATI cards. This is more of a driver issue with the OpenGL rendering used with this game. Some textures do not load causing black blocks to load in thier place, there is also stability issues with this card when playing this game. There is a work around to this problem but it's time comsuming. If you don't play this game then you'll have no problem but this is the only game I play on a regular basis and it gets annoying.
Other Thoughts: Upgraded from an nVidia 8600 GTS which was struggling to play Fallout 3 and Crysis:Warhead. for well under $100 this was a great choice for an upgrade except for that little problem with ET:QW.

all you need for 1024x768
Pros: used for a build for a customer- uses very little power and runs unbelievably cool- well in the CPU range, around 40C idle. His monitor was 1024x768, so he didn't need anything with more horsepower than this- runs anything but Crysis maxed out fine. small and fits in his case with plenty of room to spare.
Cons: none
Other Thoughts: GPU performance hinges more than anything else, on resolution. If you're still rolling with a 1024x768 monitor, you'd be wasting your money if you got anything more powerful than this.

Great Deal
Pros: Cheap and great performance for sub $100. Runs cool to the touch-fan is quiet. 2x frame rates compared to old PCI-E Nvidia 7600GT
Cons: None
Other Thoughts: Smaller process than most low cost GPU's = no extra power connector, cool running, low power consumption.

Great Mid-Sized 'Value' Card
Pros: This is a great mid-length card with low power requirements. It's cheap, reasonably fast and does well with recent games.
Cons: Fan is a little noisy if you need a card for a media center.
Other Thoughts: Great value for what you get and fits in most cases.

Looks great
Pros: I installed this in a new build to accompany my FOXCONN motherboard and AMD 2.7 dual core. It looks great and allows me to run EverQuest II in the highest quality setting.
Cons: The only con is that I didn't get two. I will have to purchase another and utilize the crossfire capability.
Other Thoughts: I would recommend this for a budget build. Runs great and keeps up well if you don't want to spend the money on a newer model 4800 series.

Fantastic performance at its price point
Pros: Looks great and performs well in everything that I play (with "The Last Remnant" being the most demanding title that I own). The native HDMI is a nice plus. Low power consumption means it does not need the PCI-E power connector. Just plug it in and play. Perfect card for the OEM machine.
Cons: It wasn't free :D
Other Thoughts: This card was placed into a Dimension e521. I needed a card that would work with my stock PSU (305W/22a 12V rail) and this did the trick.

Great Value
Pros: Good value and a solid performer, with mid level gaming (DX9) was great. Great HDTV output. Only occupies space for one slot, so perfect for SFF builds like Shuttle. Fan noise minimal. Shuttle SG33G5 Pro, Intel C2Duo E7400, Vista Prem.
Cons: none
Other Thoughts: 2nd build using Sapphire Radeon GPU's. No issues. Good web support as well if you need help.

A Bargain for Excellent HDMI Performance
Pros: More than enough power to run DX9/10 games, this card made replay value on Oblivion (Distant trees/buildings running), Crisis (Could barely play on old machine with GF6800 AGP), and UTIII (Cranked up the effects and enabled AA). Perfect HD playback on anything that I've watched on it so far. Easy install (as any card without external power connecters) and runs quietly. HDMI plugs in to HDTV for video (AND SOUND), DVI to flat panel, and VGA directly to a CRT, no fussing with extra cables or converters. $57? Amazing price!
Cons: Fan spins up at full load, louder than other fans in system, but to be expected. No Crossfire bridge connectors.
Other Thoughts: The 10 dollar rebate is extra incentive, and solid performance made me glad that I didn't go for an older DX9 card. Decently overclockable (790 GPU, 998 RAM [def 750, 873]), but runs with minimal artifacts in some games after CCC's auto-tuned overdrive was enabled. It's too bad that my max native resolution on my 37" HDTV is 1360x768, but the ability to run AA on games makes them much more realistic than before.

Great card
Pros: I bought this more than a month ago, it has worked flawlessly. It can Medieval Total War 2 at 1920x1080 with max settings and have no problems whatsoever. The installation was simple and easy, the drivers work fine. Nice bang for the buck.
Cons: It has some problems with fluidity when playing Grand Ages of Rome with max settings at 1920x1080. Still playable, just set your anti-aliasing lower.
Other Thoughts: If you can afford another $30, try and get a 4770. They offer much better performance (it is essentially a 4840) with even lower power consumption and temperatures.

Awesome card
Pros: This card works amazingly well in my older machine. I upgraded from my onboard video to this and the difference is unbelievable! Runs all my source games flawlessly, including L4D, averages about 120 fps with almost all settings maxed. Very easy to install, runs very quiet and cool. Great price, it gave new life to my old computer, and I'm confident that it will last me for a long time.
Cons: I punched myself when I installed it, to make sure i wasn't dreaming.
Other Thoughts: This card is PCIe 2.0, my computer has PCIe 1.0, wasn't sure if it would be compatible, but it worked right away. If you're worried about this issue, don't be, works great!

Solid for the price
Pros: For what you pay, this card performs extremely well. I have this in an older machine of mine and it runs WoW at 1900x1200 surprisingly well - 25 FPS in crowded Dalaran, 45-60 in the less populated, older cities. 45-60 in the world. Not bad!
Extremely efficient on power as well - it does not require a 4, 6, or 8 pin connector, but rather, powers up directly from the motherboard. Does not run hot.
Cons: No cons that I can see. Good price, good performance. But don't expect to handle stressful games like Crysis on this with all the bells and whistles on.
Other Thoughts: If you need a strong value for an older machine, or if you're building a machine for someone who doesn't need high-end performance on their GPU, this is as good as it gets.

Great card for the price
Pros: Simple and straightforward installation. Audio through the HDMI cable makes cable management a breeze.
Cons: none so far
Other Thoughts: My power supply is a little weak (340 watts, recommended <400 watts) and so that will be the next add on for the computer case. I bought this card for HTPC and it does that task handsomely.
I'm not a gamer

Great Upgrade for older PC
Pros: I bought this card to get better framerates in WoW on my older PC. (See Below) I went from 3-15 fps in "Low" at 1024x768 to 27-60 fps in "Good" at 1280x1024. I'm sure that my CPU/RAM is my bottleneck now. Also, built-in HDMI port and no need for interanl power connector.
Cons: None
Other Thoughts: If you want the latest driver, download it from ATI.
System: Compaq Presario SR1620NX Sempron 3400+ 1.5GB RAM

Excellent low-powered card
Pros: This can run Burnout Paradise, Oblivion and Far Cry (old I know) at 1680x1050 at full settings with 4xAA at 60+fps despite my 2.0 Ghz Athlon 64 X2 3800+ and 2GB DDR RAM all on a weak, stock 300W power supply.
Cons: A little loud at 100% fan speed but not too loud and it rarely spins 100% with auto control on so no biggie and otherwise it's quiet.
Other Thoughts: I am very satisfied with this card, though after getting a 4830 for my friend and seeing its performance on Crysis and such I kinda regret not shelling out the extra $20 + $30 for a new power supply but not really because I don't need all that since I don't play many newer games anyway.

Amazing
Pros: This thing went into my media PC. Picture looks great at 1080P on a 65" HD-DVD. Blu-ray, and even regular DVDs look great on this thing. Integrated audio made hookup a breeze with only 1 cable to connect.
Cons: Nothing, It does absolutly everything I wanted and more.
Other Thoughts: Great card and great value!

Quite good
Pros: -Works wonderfully with Windows 7 Beta. -Plays "Last Remnant" at 1920x1080 with mostly maxed settings. -52 degrees C under heavy load in an Antec 1200 case. -Supports Crossfire, which I may use later.
Cons: Very little overclocking capabilities as far as I have seen, but that doesn't really matter to me.
Other Thoughts: I have yet to test out the HDMI very much. When hooked up to my monitor it leaves about a 50 pixel border around my Acer H233H monitor, but that might just be a setting that I can't figure out how to adjust.
Relatively quiet card, but my case has 7 other fans in it, so the GFX Card is masked by them most likely.
I was expecting a slightly bigger card. It is rather small in my opinion.

Pros: Great graphics, easy to install, fast shipping and drivers work fine. This card is probably the best bang for the buck on the market. It handles Empire Total War and many other high quality games with ease. Looks great on my 22" monitor and on my 37" TV.
Cons: I can't seem to get the HDMI to work, so I'm stuck using VGA and normal audio. It is probably something extremely simple, that I failed to notice.
Other Thoughts: The unit I received is very quiet, even under heavy use. And yes the installation advice is pointless.

GOOD CARD
Pros: This is a great card, if your on a budget and are trying to spend under 100.00 on a card, i would highly suggest this one. Plays world at war on the highest setting with no problem along with BIA Hells Highway. plan on getting another one to do Crossfire.
Cons: NONE

Amazing Card for Amazing Price
Pros: Very cheap, No PCI-E power cable required (makes for good cable-management), it's small, a Very capable card and runs fine!
Cons: It's a somewhat noisy card but no louder than my previous 2 6800s.
Installation packet is useless. It would have been better if it just said "Remove old card(s) and driver(s); Put in new card and installation CD."
Other Thoughts: For the price, this card is amazing! It very easily surpassed my 6800s and is being held back by my CPU.
As stated before, this card does not make a huge racket. I can hardly notice it over my PSU fan.
I installed this card just today and love it. It can handle 8*AS, 16*AA and highest graphics settings on all of my Source games. If you are on a budget, or just want a good card for your money, then buy it!

sweet
Pros: when i first got it i was going to have my brother install it, but i would have had to wait for the weekend. so i decided to do it myself and it couldn't have been easier. right now i am playing fallout 3 and it runs without a hitch, i could not be happier with this card. it is quiet and does what i need it to do.
Cons: NONE!
Other Thoughts: i did a lot of research on buying a video card and almost settled on a nvidia 9500 gt because it was in my price range, but in my research i came across this website that reviews video cards and this card was benchmarked against the 9500 and performed alot better, and with my use of the card i could not be happier. hope this helps

Works well but noisy
Pros: Easy to install and fits in my dell xps 400 case fine. Also works fine with 375W power supply.
Cons: Noisy - but not the buzz saw some hear. Also (probably my fault), I assumed since I could clone the same image on my monitor to my plasma, that I could also "clone" the sound. No so, you have to disable the onboard sound and then enable the HDMI sound. You can either hear sound from the plasma's speakers or sound from the compters speakers but not both at the same time. Not an ideal situation. Maybe a second sound card would do the trick.

Pros: Fast card. HDMI output. Small.
Cons: Very Loud. I purchased this for a HTPC, but its way too loud. Even with the fan set on 20%
Other Thoughts: Going to RMA it and get the other sapphire model with the passive heatsink.

Buzz Saw
Pros: Powerful, Low Price, Small, Exactly what I needed. Runs Left 4 Dead, Team Fortress 2 without a problem.
might even be better than my 3870 in my gaming machine.
Cons: It is as loud as my full gaming system running on full. I can put my finger on the fan and stop it and my HTPC is as quiet as can be dont even know its running. Then I take my finger off the fan and even at %12 fan speed it is loud, I have to turn up my tv to go over it.
Other Thoughts: Antec 300, Corsair 650w, AMD 64 x2 4000+, 2GB ddr2, 160GB seagate. and This Card. My HTPC
I'm looking for a new heat spreader possibly without a fan.
In all the card itself if great I even played L4D on my 52" at full settings with the above system. 1080i

very impressive
Pros: AMZING little card I tested it in my q6600 asus p5q pro XP I,m running an asus 26" monitor 1920x1200 I just tested Crysis everything on high 1920x1200 VERY IMPRESSED I also tested CODWAW same results only issue I had is with flame througher it lagged a bit! not enough to give a bad review for BUDGET CARD!
I have tested many budget cards only this run,s like a GOOD GAME card not a budget card!
Cons: non crossfire!
Other Thoughts: I have asus3870 which I love this little guy produced less heat and I got almost as good frame rate I payed twice this price for my 3870,s I would be happy with this card in my rig!
I bought this for clients pc i,m building now I haven,t got there new motherboard and cpu yet it is only a 2.5 gig core 2 I,m wondering if it will do as well with a slower cpu!

Great Card
Pros: Works awesome. Easily OC'd it to 778/1120 from 750/1000 stock. Destroys Cinebench, achieving scores upwards of 5400 in OpenGL on my C2Q. This card runs Crysis on mostly high at 1440 x 900 (a few options were turned down in order to achieve a 35+ FPS average). It's completely quiet when not doing any 3D work, and only slightly louder than that when in use. Temps never went above 62*C.
This card is a great buy for someone who wants to play new games with good effects, and has limited space, a limited budget, or just likes ATI.
Cons: Only thing I've found so far is that Cat 9.2 wouldn't install on Windows 7, so I just used Cat 9.1
Other Thoughts: This was one of the highest end cards I could get to fit into my case. I'm running a sub micro-ATX case, with very limited room and awkward placement, and this card was my best bang for buck option.

Kicks booty
Pros: Very nice card I am using it in a E-machine AMD Sempron 3100+ single core cpu, 2gigs of pc 3200 ram and I am able to play Crysis & Crysis Warhead on med high settings not bad for a budget card.
Cons: None
Other Thoughts: Can't wait to upgrade to a dual core system once I have enough cash saved up then I will be able to get even better performance out of this card.

Fast Low Power But Loud
Pros: It is a very powerful card; roughly equivalent to 9600 GSO. It does not require the PCI-E cable. Card fits very easily in my Shuttle PC. Card idles at 37 degrees even with fan set at lowest setting.
Cons: Fan is very loud. When I disconnected the fan on video card the system was whisper quiet, however temps immediately began to climb.
