Awesome Card for the Price
Pros: 4600 Series GPU, GDDR3, Integrated HDMI
Vista Experience Index: 5.9/5.7 (Aero/3D Graphics)
OC'd to 780/850 (Auto Tuned to 790/875).
For $50? What are you waiting for! ....Oh wait it sold out!
Cons: None Really.
Other Thoughts: Somewhat whiny fan at higher speeds.
20% : Nearly Silent, 33-50%: Barely audible, 66%: Slightly audible during Media Playback, 80-100% audible.
Anything under 66% is perfectly acceptable for me.
For an HTPC I would keep it at 33% or less unless you have a fairly thick case.
Stock FurMark'd @ 55C Max, OC'd FurMark @ 70C Max (Fan @ 50%)

Good choice for an HTPC
Pros: Inexpensive, small, no extra power cables needed, quiet, runs cool, overclocks well, has ddr3 mem, an hdmi port and nice video quality.
Cons: I have to work for a living.
Other Thoughts: Monitor wakes up fine on the hdmi port. This card can run games that aren't too demanding at 1680 x 1050 with high settings.

Pretty good
Pros: Very good performance for such a small and low power consuming card. I would say about the same performance as my 3850, but better handling of AA and filtering.
Cons: this fan can get annoying if you aren't using speakers.. though that con is quickly passed by this cards performance. still worth it
Other Thoughts: the price is great and it works beautifully for tf2, and cod4 on an older x2 4400. great for the casual gamer

Inexpensive performance
Pros: Small footprint, good performance, and no need for an extra power connection (older Antec power supply without a six-pin power connection).
Cons: None for me
Other Thoughts: I liked the first one so much, I bought another.

Great Card
Pros: VERY nice card. I replaced a ATI x300 with this card in a 5 year old Sony viao. Great improvement. I installed windows 7 and it gave this card a 5.9 overall. Aero runs without flaws. Its also a very small card. Barely takes up any space after the x16 slot ends! The fan makes a small whine at boot. After that its silent. 512mb ram is something you dont usually find in a 50$ card.
Cons: Absolutely none.
Other Thoughts: Great Card for the price. This can totally run almost any game. Just not at full specs.

Does what it's suppose to
Pros: Price/Performance ratio
Not a power hog, had it running on a 250W HTPC power supply to test it out.
GDDR3 vs. the GDDR2 like most others.
Plays CoD4 with everything high, and 4XMSAA at a playable 40-50FPS on my friend's computer (Who I bought it for), and he's running a Single core 2.4Ghz (Not sure which model) Ran 80-90 on my HTPC (4050e dual core)
Cons: For what it is, you can't really have cons, unless you get one DOA, or it quits working unexpectedly.
Other Thoughts: Bought this for a friend, and he was wanting a 8600GT, and I talked him out of it. He's been braggin' about it, so I would guess he likes it. Then again, he's use to playing on 6100 integrated...

Great card for money
Pros: fast, good quality for money. worked fine first time. only 1 small complaint
Cons: The heatsink fan may begin to hang low and hit against the outside cover of the fan and make noise. i had to modify the fan cover and bend it out to give more room for the fan to spin. works fine now. no big deal
Other Thoughts: it took a while for me to figure out where the noise was coming from lol

Great
Pros: A great little card for my the rig i built as a backup. this is pretty much a clocked down 4670. but even without overclocking, runs crysis warhead at mainstream at a very playable 40-70 fps, depending on the area. gets about 70 avg on cod4, all high settings, and about the same in left 4 dead. works equally well as just a good htpc card. haven't needed to mess with any settings. fan's nice and quiet, and runs COOL! right now its running at 43C, and i just got out of a game, so pretty cool. good job ATI, i've always been an nvidia man, but maybe i'll take another look.
Cons: none that i can really think of.
Other Thoughts: a fine budget card, if i ever need to build a computer on a similar budget as this one, i will buy again. if you're thinking about getting this, absolutely do. great performance with casual gaming, and htpc. doesnt require a PCI-e connector, and runs great on low-wattage power supplies. dont even think, just get it. two thumbs way up on newegg's shipping. got her in 2 days for next to nothing! take that *insert other computer websites here*

Great budget card
Pros: Can play all the basic FPS games with no glitches; have not tried more powerful games (will not try either). GDDR3 memory is faster than GDDR2 (not the biggest issue, but a plus). Runs quiet in my system - no complaint. I would buy this for any budget gaming computer.
Cons: Only 512MB RAM ... but that is enough.
Other Thoughts: I would choose this card time and time again; it does not disappoint. Of course you can get more power, but then all parts become more expensive (often including power supply). Shipping was quick and professional - as expected.

Loud
Pros: Fast, Overclockable, HDMI out, price.
Cons: What? I can't hear you over this fan! GPGPU features do not live up to hype.
The Avivo video converter is a separate download buried deep within ATI's website. Once installed, it is hard to find in CCC, only available in the Basic mode. The input formats and output profiles are extremely limited, and it only takes part of the load off the CPU. DVD upscaling, or UVD2 requires certain DVD software to take advantage of it, and it is not as good in terms of quality as software upscaling.
The fan is by far the loudest thing in my computer. It stays at 12-24% most of the time, but even that is too loud. At 50-100% (it can be manually set in CCC) it sounds like a jet engine. I'm sure it won't bother some people, but I like my computer as silent as possible.
Other Thoughts: I got this to replace an old ATI X300 that could barely run Vista and might not have had HDCP. I don't play a lot of games--sometimes I will, but I don't need the latest and greatest video card. I also got it to try GPGPU video rendering (STREAM Technology), which hasn't lived up to ATI's marketing hype.
Overall, this is not a bad card. It is far faster than my old one, and it supports Vista/Win7, HDCP, and HDMI. ATI falls short in the GPGPU area, but I don't know if Nv would be any better. Maybe GPGPU is just not ready for prime time. I will probably end up replacing the fan with a big fanless cooler, so the noise isn't a dealbreaker (though maybe I should have just bought a quieter card in the first place).

Fantastic value
Pros: Win7 instantly recognizes and downloads driver with no input from user. Nets a 5.9 in Windows performance index. No power supply upgrade required (though you probably should). I have a pre-built Dell with a typically weak consumer PS at 305 watts and have zero problems. Arrive (from Memphis) in two days.
Cons: Is *somewhat* whiny (loud). By no means a bid deal, but it's now that loudest part of my system.
Other Thoughts: I'm not a gamer, but my cheap graphics card was the weakest link in the system. Since installing, everything is smoother. Video *quality* obviously doesn't look any better, but choppiness in Netflix streaming, for example, is eliminated. I can't vouch for games but I can say that the entire system benefits from the performance boost. GDDR3 for $50! Why would you NOT buy this card? I may have missed another model, but as far as I can tell this represents the best cost/benefit of any card Newegg currently sells. Seriously man, it's just $50. I remember when these sort of upgrades were many hundreds of dollars, lol.

Awesome card.
Pros: I bought this card so I could play Team Fortress 2. Before the card I had everything on the lowest and everything was still horribly laggy. As soon as I installed this card, everything jumped to high and smooth. I get a good 30-40 fps, and that's with my 5 year old prebuild HP. Good card for the money, not too noisy!
Cons: None that I can see.

The best value gaming upgrade
Pros: On a system with a decent processor, This allows you to pretty much play any game you want. Your not going to be setting FPS or quality records, but who cares? It's just as fast as my old HD 3870 for only 50 bucks! And you don't need to upgrade to a high end power supply to do it either!
Cons: Not alot of extras with it, but who cares? 50 bucks!
Other Thoughts: Really a great deal. If you wanna game, but don't have much cash, this should allow even an older system to play games decently. It's for all general purposes an HD 3850/70

Cant say fully yet
Pros: Didn't fail out of the box.
Cons: until it fails if it does then i'll complain.
Other Thoughts: I've been going with sapphire cards for a while now and I'm going to change. I've had 2 previous cards fail. 1 was within 30 days and new egg took care of it. the other just happened and it wasn't this card but now i have to rma with sapphire and the turn around time is 2-4 weeks. that's ridicules.

Loud? Puh-leaze
Pros: Well well well.. ATI managed to convince me that their stuff wasn't all junk.
I am seriously impressed by this card. Looks great, runs great. It is -not- loud at all. Maybe if your case is paper thin.. I can hear my hard drive over the fan, and my case is approx 18" from my right ear, at the same height...
Cons: Not really a con for the card itself: ATI's Control Center is a pain to navigate for an old nvidia-head like myself, but I suppose I'll get used to it.
Other Thoughts: ATI made a believer out of me, with this card. Half the price of a nvidia card with similar performance...
My next upgrade will likely be another Radeon. (And I've used nvidia -only- for about 5 yrs)

Good Performance with a good bit of noise
Pros: Card comes with DDR3. Good value. Runs pretty cool. I was seeing temperatures of 44 C at idle and never higher than 75 C in a dell 530.
Cons: LOUD. I purchased for a HTPC. The PC wasn't silent. The graphics card however, raised noise levels significantly. Much higher than expected. I can hear the card 30 feet away.
Other Thoughts: I tried the same card with DD2, and its pretty much silent. I would keep this in mind when choosing the DDR3 board over the DDR2 board. I went with a 4600 board for DVD upsampling feature and HD video. I do not heavily game, so the advantages of the DDR3 are not as important to me.

awesome for an htpc
Pros: k for you ppl that play WoW, yes get this, ultra settings on msaa x4 on (cause of the cards limit), fps = 29 - 38 turn off lag limit to get even better fps 41 - 50. all this with an antec 900 two case (all fans set low), 4Gb G.skill pc2-6400, this card (oc'd 750/850), amd 5600+ (oc'd 3.04Ghz), 500Gb west dig cav blk, ati tv tuner pro, liteon dvd/cd sata burner, arctic cooling alpine 64, win xp sp3
Cons: does instantly become a 4670. darn oc'ing and having to do it myself to get the same results as the card that costs 30$ more. sheesh!!!!
Other Thoughts: where do u techs get the idea that this thing is loud? i imagine some half-bat half-human creature just sitting at a computer listening for noises now because of other reviews ps my fan is set at 20% does rev up at start for about a sec or 2 but thats all cards now a days, also my card stay at about 33c on idle but jumps to bout 44c on full load. pps remember to upgrade your ccc from ati

Works IN linux, Farcry2 MAX Dx9, Crysis High Dx9
Pros: For those of you who are still running XP, this card is amazing. Now I can't personally see a good reason to upgrade from XP but that might just be me. I also don't see a big difference between Dx9 and Dx10 in most games. The big exception being Microsoft titles. But the 360 and the Ps3 are the Bar and its not high, its silly to get a car much more powerful then this, unless you got money to burn, I'd love an Nvidia Dual Processor, but until the next gen I don't see the point.
Cons: The first one was DOA, but the second one more then made up for it, it came in different packaging and everything. I don't what was up with the first one. First doa for me since a Via 586 90mhz processor back 10 years or so ago so I'm not one to mishandle and blame the manufacturer. But like I said seemed like it was just a fluke and it died quickly. Didn't work in linux, and got really low frame rates.
Other Thoughts: Works great in Linux. Tested on OpenSuse 11.1 and running it as I write this on Kubunut 9.04 with the Hardware Ati Drivers. Average 30fps Crysis High 1680x1050 no aa Average 30fps Farcry2 High 1680x1050 no aa Average 35 Prototype Highest 1680x1050 2xaa
I guess a better card would get the same frames with AA, but on farcry2 and crysis i don't see a big difference with aa, imo. And I personally can't see a big difference in frame rate till you get above 60-70 fps, then it just looks strange. But like I said above, when they start to push the boundaries more, I'll get a better card and cpu but I just can't justify it when I compare the quality between my am2 with this card, vs say a sli nvidia 250gtx with a quad core 3.5ghz.

Great cars so far
Pros: Received the card a few days ago and it works great. With my rubbish power supply, 250 watts, this thing is able to run normally. I can play cod4 and WoW on medium/high settings at 1024 x 768 which is all I need.
Cons: None that I can think of.

Great Inexpensive Card
Pros: *GDDR3 *HDMI *Very Low Price *Low Power Consumption
I used this card to completely revamp a 5-year old Dell Dimension 4700. Handles old games at max fps, and newer games at medium settings.
I am running this with the stock 305 watt PSU. More powerful cards were not an option due to the higher power consumption (and required 6-pin connector).
Cons: *Somewhat Noisy Fan *Heat (Idle 50 C, Load 75 C) *Mediocre Warranty
I popped this directly into my Dell pc without modifications so the heat is largely my problem. I don't have a dedicated fan for the GPU, so there is very little airflow around the card.
Opening up the neighboring PCI slot & removing the filler bracket lowered the temp a few degrees. Custom fan settings also helped.
Other Thoughts: By far the best upgrade for the cost.
Also the best card available without replacing the 305 W stock PSU. The only viable alternatives were the 9500 GT, which is significantly weaker, and the low-power 9600 GT, which is significantly more expensive.

4650 upgraded from 2600
Pros: HDMI on board. Unified driver disk was extremely helpful in loading drivers for 2600 card into another machine. $49 price tag makes for a great value.
Cons: No adapters or cables in box
Other Thoughts: Upgrade is noticed even just surfing the web.

Corection to my previous review
Pros: It works
Cons: See below
Other Thoughts: I spoke too soon about the fan not being adjustable. It is. It's still too loud even at the lowest setting but it can be adjusted.

Obnoxious, loud fan
Pros: It works.
Cons: Fan is too loud. It’s my fault for not researching this. This card uses a fan with only two wires so it runs full tilt all the time. I have it in a small Shuttle unit where the PCI-X slot is on the outside and so the fan is right up against the case and that makes it even louder. It’s a shrill, annoying whine that grates on your nerves. You can hear it clear across my living room from inside the entertainment unit. I’ve since learned that other manufacturers make the same card with a much quieter fan. I can’t blame NewEgg for this so I’ll keep it and try and find something to do with it. Really, this fan is far too loud for use in a HTPC
Other Thoughts: Do your homework. Don't be swayed by free shipping or sales. If the unit isn't right then the money you saved is money you wasted.

nothing but trouble
Pros: Is really a cheaper and lower clocked 4670 - uses same DDR3 ram, but core clock is only 600MHz vs 750MHz for the 4670, while RAM here is 700 vs. 1000MHz (I think) for the 4670. So all in all maybe 10% slower for games but otherwise the same for video, HD etc. maybe lower power consumption too since the clocks are slower. A good choice if you dont want to pay $75 or more and shipping for a 4670 or dont want the hassle of rebates with some of those cards (I think there's a $75 MSI 4670 that has a $20 mail in rebate floating around out there - it was going to be my first choice until I found this card).
Cons: Replaced a Leadtek 8600GT 256MB in my over 2 yr old cheapo system (single-core Athlon 64 OCed to 2.5GHz). So I download latest ATI Catalyst 9.7 suite, unsintall nvidia drivers, shut down, swap cards out, boot, system detects new vidcard, install the ati catalyst drivers. It was hooked up to my Viewsonic VX2235WM 22" LCD via DVI.
Upon reboot, played around with the Catalyst suite settings, ran a couple of tests - played some Left 4 Dead, noticed increased visual fidelity as it ran with 4x MSAA and higher textures compared to my old 8600GT which had no AA and low texture, but even that old card ran 1680x1050 game resolution just fine. Next was Fallout 3, previously 1024 x 768 with low to medium settings across the board, got a healthy jump to 1280 x 800 with more medium settings, was a lot smoother too with the increase to 512MB video RAM. DVD videos looked the same, as did streaming via Hulu and Apple trailers. So all is right with the world. Been using this for about 3 days tops now
Other Thoughts: Today I boot up, met with blank screen, try reset few times, power off and on, no signal. PC sounds like it's booting fine. Fans spin as usual, hard drive sounds good, DVD burner spins fine. Switched plugs from DVI to plain old VGA. Now the system and picture comes up as normal. Boot into XP, met with error on screen "Can't load MOM.Implementation", click it off, reboot system, same error upon reaching XP desktop. try to run Catalyst Control Center, get error about "Cant load CLI.implementation". try some games, and videos, seem to9 work OK. uninstall and re-install catalyst suite, but same problem and errors now. Google seems to indicate that my Microsoft .NET install may be corrupt, can fix with system restore (which I dont have running for past 2 years) or reinstall XP. Not only did this card kill my XP install, it refuses to work via the DVI connector (tried it with acer v223wbd 22" LCD too) If XP reinstall doesnt work, I'm getting a full refund for this nardand going NVIDIA again.

Pretty Good Card For Money Can't Beat
Pros: This card took my ATI 3200 Integrated win 7 score from 4.6 to a 6.6 in aero and business / games graphics. For 50 bucks it is good deal.
Cons: Maybe not as powerful as the other high end cards. Just wait another 6 months those will be 50 bucks as well. Good card overall. specs AMD Phenom Quad 9850 8gb Ram DDR2 PC6400 1.5TB Seagate Harddrive ATI Radeon 4650 Graphics = Sweet System!

Worked like a charm
Pros: Installed just fine. Immediately synced with the monitor. Build quality is good. Now I have to buy decent looking games. The only things I've played so far are CIV IV (which DID have a higher level of detail on the units.) and Dungeon Siege II, which has so-so graphics anyway. But every feature could turn on now!
Cons: I had to disable onboard video (expected). After I rebooted it brought up the card just fine. What I didn't expect is that it tried to over-ride my onboard sound. One more trip to the BIOS was easy to correct, but unexpected.
Other Thoughts: Haven't used it via HDMI yet. I wonder if I'll have to reset BIOS for audio then.

Faulty
Pros: Worked for 23 minutes.
Cons: Stopped working after 23 minutes.
Other Thoughts: Was replacing an nVidia 8600GT that liked to BSOD during gameplay. Card had worked for almost 3 years. My monitor went into Power Save mode and would not detect any video at all. Hooked up another monitor with the same result. Installed card in another PC, same result.
This was my first Sapphire purchase. What a piece of junk.
tl;dr - Avoid this thing like the plague.

eh
Pros: It runs great in XP, playing prototype at max 1600x1050 around 20-40fps, haven't tested audio
Cons: Linux support is down right ugly. This card is a slide show in linux if you can get it to work at all. Tried several distribution and I'll probably try several more. They specifically mention this card in their hardware compatibility. Stay away from ATI if you run linux. I won't ever buy one again. NVIDIA is the better card maker by a margin. AMD I'd expect better. I'm switching back to intel/nvidia. AMD/ATI is just not ideal for linux.
Other Thoughts: Really, you mention it in the hardware compatibility, did you even test it. If so. WHAT VERSION OF THE KERNEL did you test it on. What distro, I'd greatly appricate that detail cause honestly I don't care what distro I run as long as its not gentoo.

Hdmi sound & video, gddr3
Pros: hdmi, dvi-i, vga connections. Great PQ
Cons: Fan noise louder than desired but probably necessary for the cooling effect.
Other Thoughts: Fan noise decreased after installing July 9.7 drivers. I have the dvi hooked up to 22" hdmi monitor using the HIS adapter and the hdtv connected thru hdmi cable. Plays online movies and video beautifully and the sound is great. I can't have sound thru both the hdmi and dvi-i cables both at once so I use pc speakers for the monitor and it is easy to switch back and forth between pc sound thru speakers and hdtv sound thru the hdmi cable. Graphic scores increased to 5.9 aero and 5.6 3D & gaming. It did run better and quieter when I replaced the stock 300 psu in my hp pavilion with a 400w psu. I haven't tried overclocking but for graphic work and movies, it is fantastic. I am very pleased for the price and value ratio.

GDDR3!
Pros: Only 4650 PCI-E I could find w/ GDDR3 (Practically makes it a 4670) Runs Cool (around 40C idle) No Power connector (all board power) 512 MB of Ram
Cons: Cooler Fan can be audible at times Small single slot coolers are prone to dust clogging
Other Thoughts: For the price, it is hard to beat. Using Cat. 9.7 currently. I haven't tried out any games yet to judge performance, but should be a decent low power mid level card.

Pros: Awesome card, I've played around with a ati radeon 4870, and this card is still respectable, the image quality is no different, it plays L4D on a 1280 x 1024 res with full settings + 4x MSAA flawlessly with 30 frames at the least, and probably a average of 45. This card also works in a low power power supply.
Cons: 4x MSAA maximum, or at least it says it on the box.

Good quality GPU
Pros: Great graphics card for this pricepoint, does decent gaming, got my recent budget build a graphics rating of 3.5. The fan and heatsink are also very good quality.
Cons: None
Other Thoughts: Dont get this card if your planning on playing crysis or any high end gaming, but it does play World of warcraft just fine.

good card, hdmi annoying
Pros: great card, completes my home theater pc, much more powerful than my old card.
Cons: fan can be loud at times, hdmi functionality is kind of annoying. When my pc wakes up from sleep sometimes the display will not work, and the sound is muted every time it goes into sleep.
Other Thoughts: Great card overall, would have gave it 5 stars if the hdmi port wasn't so annoying. It took me days to figure out why my sound wasn't working, then realized when it came back from sleep the sound was muted automatically. grrrr

Radeon HD 4650 not for linux
Pros: Using on my Vista desktop
Cons: Performed manual installation of driver for fedora 10. WIndows environment would not come up. Used a nvidia 9600 for fedora 9 with no problems.

Great card
Pros: Inexpensive, good value. Fan is quiet enough at desktop and even while gaming (case has fairly good ventilation); even while gaming fan doesn't go above 20-30%. Not the fastest card on the planet, but very solid for $50 (much better than DDR2-based 4650s). Idle/desktop power (at wall) only went up 10-15W vs 780G integrated gfx (AM2+ board).
Cons: If the fan spins up to 50+% (observed via forcing in CCC, haven't observed during gameplay) it is noticeably louder than anything else in my machine. Not obscene, but if you've spent $ on getting a quiet CPU fan, low RPM case fans, etc might be something to consider.

Pros: Easy install. Budget pricing. Didn't have to upgrade power supply. Just pop it into the PCI-E slot and it is ready to go.
Cons: My favorite pizza joint just closed.
Other Thoughts: Put this into a Dell Inspiron 531. The onboard (305 watt) was plenty enough to power it. Great for watching movies and plays LotrO with DX10 enabled on High settings.

Great Buy
Pros: - Very Cheap - Looks great - Plays all my games on High
Cons: -None
Other Thoughts: - I was able to play all the games below on High with this card. Call of Duty 4, Call of Duty World at war, Crysis Warhead, Fallout 3, Red Alert 3, Gears of War
Easy to overclock, I did just a slight overclock. For the money, best card you can get.

Great Budget Card!
Pros: Awesome upgrade from Sappire x1650 256M DDR2 (also from Newegg). Now playing Oblivion maxed and in HD resolutions on a 23 inch widescreen monitor (Acer H233H) with no lag. Can't wait to 'try' some newer games with this card.
Cons: None.
Other Thoughts: CCC Auto Tune settled in at 790M core and 865M on the DDR3 memory. Haven't seen the temps exceed 55C. Take that 4670. My budget gamer: X2 3800 (S939), 3 GB KVR, 550W PSU, HD 4650 DDR3 (definite upgrade). All of these parts were supplied by Newegg to put in my old Compaq sr1703wm. It LIVES! Thanks Newegg.

Kinda sucks
Pros: PCI-E 2.0 512Mb GDDR3
Overclocks nicely
Cons: It just sucks. I bough a video card to do what? ..play video games and this card flat out doesnt do it.
Other Thoughts: I guess that there are two types of video cards. Cheap one's that suck, or way overpriced one's that actually do what they are made for.
(Overclocked I got it to play much better, but I still got rid of it. This card would not be sufficient for any games made after 2006)

Decentbudget card
Pros: Small in length, HDMI, VGA and DVI, no extra power needed, and is whisper quiet. Got about 7,000 marks in 3dmark06 @ 1280x1024. 512mb of GDDR3 128bit memory. Nice color reprodution as well. Obviously this card is not meant to be maxing out the latest and greatest titles, but it WILL play them at decent resolutions at medium/low settings.
Cons: Would have been nice to see some accessories in the box, but at this price you can't really complain.
Other Thoughts: Nice card for a HTPC, or even a low end budget gamer.

Great Deal
Pros: This thing overclocks very well. its now setting at 800 gpu 900mem effect 1800. it runs all of the cames i play at high settings "wow, COD4, Farycry 2" and has excelent blueray capability.
Cons: None that i have encounter so far >.<
Other Thoughts: with its overclock potential, GDDR3, and price. this thing is well worth purchasing. its not the best gaming card but for what i use it for its perfect.

Great Pricepoint for Decent Performance
Pros: 512MB GDDR3, HDCP Compliant card for the cheap. Runs most of my games at 1440x900 mid-high settings with 50= FPS, others low-mid, such as Crysis, but what can one expect at that resolution for the cheap?
Runs fairly cool, uses far less power than the Radeon x1900GT it replaced, and outperforms it by 2-3 times as much. Fan is at 60%, and can't even hear it over the 8cm exhaust fan, or the fan on the processor heatsink.
Cons: None so far.
Other Thoughts: I've gotten a bit paranoid of heat, as that's what killed my older Radeon, so I've got a high-powered 22cm metal bladed fan blowing into the case whenever I'm gaming. Side panel is off, and PCI blanks are removed. I never once seen the GPU heat go past 28c, even after multi-hour gaming sessions.

Solid board
Pros: Works fine, has DVI, VGA, and HDMI ports. Can't hear the card above the case fan noise..
Cons: None so far.
Other Thoughts: A mainstream card that works well. Not designed for high-end gaming. Glad I bought it.

Great deal
Pros: GDDR3 on a 4650 at $59 shipped. It overclocks to 750 core and 800 on the memory. It will play any game on high at 1024x768 (which is all i needed).
Cons: It is very loud while doing any gaming.
Other Thoughts: The loudness doesn't bother me as I use headphones while I'm gaming but it may bother others.
