Rating + 4 Same ol - same ol

Pros: Works - when not playing anything too graphic intensive for too long. Supports dual systems. Works like any other video card - yea.

Cons: Video lock up occurs with Urban Terror after 10 minutes of playing. Can't handle the semi-intensive graphics calls for too long it seems.

Other Thoughts: Ok - so I tried it. Seeing the graphic issue now, I might have gone with another brand......

Pros: It does what a $60 videocard can. Runs the Sim 3 for my sister. Nice software, deacent value. Windows 7 64 bit runs good stable, snappy.

Cons: feels a little weak, but again its a $60 videocard.

Other Thoughts: I wish it wasnt red

Pros: I am an avid PC gamer and I love this card. I have had no problems installing the card, installing drivers, or playing games at all. Some of the games I play include Modern Warfare 2, CoD4, Team Fortress 2, and Counter Strike: Source. This card handles all of them with no problems.

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: My PC:

Rating + 4 Great for the Cash

Pros: Low Price, small form factor. PCI E 2.0 and 1.0 Complient.

Cons: Runs kind of hot. You should install the MSI Afterburner Utility to check fan speeds and temps and adjust if necessary.

Other Thoughts: At this point One should be purchasing something higher than 512MB 128-Bit card. The games nowdays require a faster card to do anything spectacular.

Rating + 5 Good in Linux

Pros: Replaced an old card in a Mythbuntu 9.10 system. Connected the digital audio from the motherboard to the graphics card and installed the newest Nvidia Linux driver. Everything looks great and audio worked without a hitch through the HDMI cable. I'm very happy with the video and sound quality.

Cons: None yet.

Other Thoughts: I just hope the MSI rebate comes through.

Rating + 3 Good product, but MSI doesn't follow through!

Pros: Good card, haven't had any issues whatsoever. The rating isn't really negative due to the board but the manufacturing company and its practices.

Cons: I picked up a board the last time MSI had a promotion. I bought it for two reasons: One, it was a good board, and, Two, with the rebate it was cheap as dirt. However, MSI has not sent my rebate check. I bought the board during their promotion, bought the correct product - everything on my part was done properly. MSI just failed to do their part, which comes down the fact that they advertise rebates to sucker folks into buying then never send the rebates or find some chump reason that you don't qualify for the rebate - which it is I may never know as I have not heard from them yet.

Other Thoughts: This was the last time I bought an MSI product, it is just every time I see MSI offering a rebate I get a bit salty.

Rating + 2 Keeps freezing up!

Pros: Newegg was fast as usual.

Cons: Since installing it I have had a consistent problem with my system freezing up while playing Warcraft 3, watching videos, or even just basic internet surfing. When I lower the resolution and other settings it happens less often. I have tried different drivers, I have created a fresh install of Windows XP SP3 on a different hard drive, and I have dumbed-down the graphics settings considerably in an effort to make the system more stable. I have also checked the temperature and it seems to be normal. My previous G-card is simply my motherboards on-board GeForce 6150 which I have had to revert back to. This card should be a lot more powerful than my on-board chipset, I think I'm going to get an RMA.

Other Thoughts: My system:
ASUS M2NPV-VM
Athlon XP 64 Dual Core 3600+
1 GiG of Ram
SATA Hard Drives

Rating + 4 Eliminated choppiness in 7 Media Center

Pros: This card accomplished exactly what I needed it to....I wrote over Windows XP with Windows 7 32-bit in an older system (Pentium D dual-core @ 2.8 Ghz) and 4 GB of RAM. My primary use for my system is a workstation/Media Center. I had ordered the Hauppauge WinTV HVR 1600 but was having problems with analog cable in 7's Media Center. My old card was a Radeon X300 with 128 MB of memory. I was a little worried that my motherboard would not accept this card as it probably doesn't support PCI express 16 v. 2.0 but the card works great! All choppiness has been eliminated! With VGA, DVI, and HDMI out, this card has an option for everyone. I'm currently using DVI but I'm shopping around for a 42" LCD TV as a monitor and am looking forward to using HDMI....if only my motherboard supported SPDIF (sigh)! I would have gone with the 1 GB card instead of 512 MB (it was almost the same price!), but power supply won't allow it....

Cons: When I first fired the system up after installing the card and the drivers (in that order...my system wouldn't let me do the drivers first telling me I didn't have any hardware installed that could utilize it), the fan kicked on and I thought my system was going to explode....I mean it was really loud. I thought something was wrong! After a few minutes, it quieted down. Maybe it's a feature of the card that it ramps up the fan like that just to make sure it works, but it would have been nice to read something about it in the owner's manual...

Other Thoughts: All that being said, phenomenal card! I wish I could give 4.5 eggs....seems a little harsh to take off a whole one just for the fan thing, but to give it 5 eggs would mean it was perfect. It's not, it could be a little quieter. Other than that, it's a perfect fit for me!

Rating + 1 Never Buying MSI Again

Pros: Low Profile

Cons: Two RMA's, two cards, neither would support OpenGL above version 1.1. Windows didn't even recognize that I had installed a new component.

Other Thoughts: MSI tech support would do better hiring lobotomized, drunken monkeys, as they didn't even seem to understand what OpenGL was. After learning my lessons from this purchase I'll never buy another MSI product again.

I ended up having to get a refund and ordering an ASUS GeForce 210 card, that seems to be working like a charm so far.

As always, I remain impressed with NewEgg's customer service. Thank you NewEgg!

Rating + 5 9400GT - 512MB

Pros: I bought this for my work rig to replace an aging 6600GT and could not be happier. The performance jump is quite noticeable. For a mere fifty bucks, it took me from 800X600 resolutions to 1024X768 resolutions and allowed me to crank up the settings on the few games I play on the machine... (Killing Floor, RCT3, CSS). Anti Aliasing is no longer off limits.

This card is TINY! Compared to my ancient 6600GT I can't believe how small this thing is. It's nearly half the size and delivers 3X the performance. Technology is awesome.

And finally, MSI Afterburner is probably one of the best overclocking utilities I have personally experienced. Tons of information and loads of functionality.

Cons: A 1024MB version costs the same price at the moment. Bought this without seeing the 1024 version. Kind of sucks, but I'm still happy with what I got.

Still DDR2.

Other Thoughts: My brothers 7800GT still beats out this card. The 7800's were fantastic. Remember, the numbers of the cards are divided into series and class...

9400GT. 9 is the series, 400 is the class.

Some older series cards with a higher class will still overtake the 9400 in performance. If you're sitting below a 7800GT or have a 8400GT though, this card is a nice little upgrade. For the price, you can't go wrong.

Current settup:

Cooler Master 460W PSU
Chaintech VNF4 Ultra (Haha, remember Chaintech?)
AMD Athlon X2 3800+
1 GB Corsair Value Select RAM - 2X 512MB
MSI 9400GT 512MB
Windows XP 32 bit

Rating + 5 Great Bang for the Buck!

Pros: - Inexpensive for a quite decent GPU with 512mb memory
- Drop-in install in an HP a1540n, with no need to upgrade power supply
- Easy install (change one BIOS setting to 'PCI-E')
- Latest drivers readily available from nVidia
- MSI's overclocking software easy to understand and use

Cons: - None that we've encountered thus far; my daughter is happy with the performance

Other Thoughts: My teen's HP Pavilion a1540n's on-board nVidia graphics chip could not run several games she wanted to play ('Devil's Tuning Fork,' and 'Tomb Raider: Underworld' being two), and other games' graphics settings had to be reduced to get them to run at all. Wanted an inexpensive video upgrade that would not require a new PS.

She can now run the games she wants, at the highest graphics settings, with quite acceptable graphics performance... my kid is happy and the whole thing ran less than $55 including S&H.

One deviation from MSI's install instructions:
- Straightaway we downloaded the very latest video drivers from nVidia rather than using the dated MSI drivers on the enclosed CD.
- After installing the card, we installed the drivers.
- Step three was to install MSI's overclocking utility from their CD. That's all there was to it.

Rating + 5 Installed in 20 mins

Pros: I really enjoyed the smooth install with Vista. Before I installed new card I had gone to MSI website and downloaded the newest drivers to my DT. No need to change anything in bios card worked fine. Makes my media center better than my 8600GTXXX. Thanks NewEgg for the super shipping and packaging. Card came in a huge box stuffed full of P-nuts and was located in center!

Cons: Some of the overclocking stuff is a bit much, but if your into all that, have fun. One week later saw the 9500GT for 10 bucks less :(.

Other Thoughts: The entire install, teardown to running took less than 20 mins, and that included new case fan and CPU Cooler!
I haven't had the opportunity to play COD 4 yet but my MC tv looks like new. I really enjoy watching it now. I just hope this card runs cooler than my 8600!

Rating + 1 Died within 10 days

Pros: Includes SPDIF input connector

Cons: Died within 10 days under normal use conditions

Other Thoughts: Installed in HP Slimline computer model known for dying due to cooked CPUs. CPU fan speed plummeted after video card install, presumably due to transfer of processing from CPU to GPU. I did not monitor internal temps so cannot say if case temps contributed to demise of card. Threw away packaging after it worked initially, so can't RMA to Newegg. Waiting for RMA response from MSI.

Rating + 3 Oh well

Pros: Price, low power requirment, and slim.

Cons: While I was able to use one of the component’s audio along with HDMI video for my old 7600GT PC to TV setup, using this card’s DVI or HDMI outlets causes loss of audio with all of my TV audio ins. Works with a set of PC speaker though. Go figure. Ordered a long VGA cable to see if that’ll work with TV’s VGA audio in. The enclosed 2 prong SPDIF cable doesn’t work with my motherboard’s 3 prong outlet. The card was supposed to come with a DVI-HDMI adapter. Instead it came with a DVI to VGA.

Rating + 2 Didn't work well for me

Pros: - Overclocking software (MSI Afterburner) was easy to use and worked well

Cons: - Live Update software was useless
- Couldn't get to work well
- Wasn't a big enough upgrade over GeForce 6200TC card

Other Thoughts: I had to RMA this because it didn't work well for me. Reinstalled the drivers a couple of times and still got choppy video. Even so, when I was able to get it to work it didn't seem to be a big enough upgrade over the 6200TC card I was upgrading from so I guess that I'll have to pony up a little more dough for a 9800GT instead.

Rating + 5 Good graphics card

Pros: Easy to install
Works as promised
PCI Express X16 slot

Cons: Wish they had a 1gb version, but this did the trick.

Other Thoughts: I was given Dragon Age Origin(DAO) and found out that my older 128mb graphics card didn't work. My computer is a few years old so I could only use a PCI Express X 16, and this was the best choice for 50ish dollars. Installing was super easy and loading the software was easy also. DAO works fine and other apps have a snappy response/refresh without any problems. So far, so good.

Rating + 4 Powerfull Enough

Pros: HD at a good price. Runs nice and cool, idles at less than 48C, never gets up past 60C.

Cons: Just got Dragon Age: Origins. Not insanely graphics intensive, but this card gets bogged down a bit even on lowest settings. I will have to get a new card (and maybe it's time for a new processor) if I want to continue this game.

Other Thoughts: Hasn't given me any trouble.

Rating + 4 HDMI

Pros: Easy installation on disc. Choice between Windows Vista and Windows 7 drivers.

Cons: Windows 7 wasn't able to find the drivers online. I resorted to the disc. I had trouble getting it to work properly with my Samsung 50" 720p Plasma display right away. It didn't fit the entire screen on the screen. I finally found a setting in the Samsung OSD for picture size of "Just Scan" instead of specifying an actual size.

The configuration software that came with it was kinda laggy, and needed to think for 3-4 seconds every time you made and applied a change.

Rating + 3 *** UPDATED REVIEW ***

Pros: It worked great with Vista 64 bit.

Cons: It isn't cooperating with Win7 64 bit. I'm getting BSOD's and random blackouts with a video driver error. I'm yanking this card out and dropping something else in. Unfortunately for me, the MB only accepts AGP 4/8x or PCIEx16 1.0 so I'm VERY limited as to replacements.

Other Thoughts: I really liked this card when I was running Vista. I wish it wasn't so buggy with 7. I tried different drivers and different settings with no success. It seems like a 64 bit issue since my other recent build running Win7 32 bit uses this card with no issues.

Rating + 4 Great Choice

Pros: After a twenty-six hour stress test this card is still going strong! Installation was as easy as can be with one exception (see CONS).
Graphics are noticeably smoother, more crisp, and much faster in comparison to the 8600GS that was in the PC.

Cons: nVidia... RESOLVE YOUR ANTI-ALIASING ISSUES!
Only through registry changes was I able to utilize the anti-aliasing capabilities of this card. It is a recurring problem I see with nVidia cards. (-1 EGG)

Other Thoughts: Although this is a PCIe v2.0 card, it has worked flawlessly in a PCIe v1.0 motherboard.

Pros: Hooked up to my 32'' Lcd tv with the hdmi. Worked right out of the box. It is pretty quiet.

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: Works well if you're a light gamer or just want to watch video through your computer on your tv. this replaced an old 7200. I found myself becoming more interested in playing more demanding games once i hooked up to my tv. This card wont handle anything to demanding so i am going to be upgrading it soon. But it works very well for light gaming and hooking up to televisions.

Pros: -Works great!
-Simple to follow instructions.
-Does a good jod with The Sims 3 and Civilization 4.

Cons: The barcket was a designed in such a way that I had to take it off so that it could fit properly.

Other Thoughts: I am not a "High Level Gamer" so I can't vouch for more graphic intensive game. However, for the types of games that I play, (The Sims, Civilization, and others like them) it works like a dream!

Pros: Able to overclock with the MSI program that came with the Card. Installs easy.

Cons: No Audio out for HDMI, not going to be used for that anyways, need to use the Supplies (plus) cable to connect to your on board audio header, my MB does not have the headers.

Other Thoughts: Running

5600 Process
4 GB RAM
500 GB Raid MirrorMode
64bit Win 7
When card was over clocked, increased the Win Rateing from 4.5 to an easy 5.1 with little or no additional heat. Will push it further when I get my PCI fan installed again.

Pros: HDMI
Compact design

Low power requirements

Cons: No sound via the HDMI

As expected (so not really a con) Update to the latest drivers.

Other Thoughts: Not a bad card for what it is. The HDMI port is a nice touch. Is it a gaming VC? I don't think so. Is it better than native graphics? Yes.

But don't fool yourself into thinking its good enough for anything than a desktop graphics card. And that is exactly what I bought it for.

Rating + 1 Crashes when used on Windows 7 (Media Center)

Pros: Good picture quality when it works.

Cons: First, the card requires your MB to have a digital audio connector in order to get audio over the HDMI cable (mine does not have one). The card constantly freezes, crashing the computer with it, this happens several times a day; it is most annoying when it happens while recording a show.

I would have returned it but my newegg.com 30day window has expired.

Other Thoughts: If you are going to use HDMI, get a card that does not require you to have an extra audio connector on your mother board.

Pros: Great performance for HDMI output of PC to 42 inch plasma. My son tried Runescape with all settings on and it had no problems. Netflix streaming is also great. Newegg shipping was a day early...they rock.

Cons: Not really a negative, but had to play with the software settings to get the display sized properly on the TV.

Other Thoughts: This card will throughput digital sound via the HDMI cable if connected to an SPDIF output. My cheap Zotac motherboard was missing the SPDIF header, so two small pieces of rigid wire and a little soldering and instant header. Hey, it saved me an audio run from the PC to TV......

Rating + 5 Easy installation so far

Pros: Easy to install. Easy set up. I was able to set up the dual video support quickly after the reboot. So far everything is working nicely. Native resolution sets a little higher then I like, but it auto determined quickly.

Biggest pro go's to NEWEGG. Even with the Christmas rush, it still got here on time. Sweet.

Cons: Documentation really didn't match some of the features of the card.

The video initialization screen isn't showing at boot - something I like to see - monitors might be slower responding then the initialization screen.

Other Thoughts: Nice to install card first and then install software -as per documentation - How many times have you had a bad video card and the documentation for the new card says to install software first? Installed easiliy, just make sure to tell XP not to search for new drivers and then run the install from the CD as instructed.

Pros: I installed the video card into a HP Pavilion Slimline running Vista Home Premium. Before the score for the computer was a 3.0, after the MSI card was in the system rates 4.5!

Very, very easy to setup the low profile adapter, and it runs great.

Cons: None.

Rating + 5 Great card

Pros: This card is great for the price, anyone who is saying it makes them lag obviously hasn't updated their drivers. I put this card in my 5-6 year old computer to replace the Geforce 6800 that was in it, instantly I was able to play games I wasn't before, and was able to put the settings higher in games I already was able to play on low.

I able to play HL2, TF2, and various other source games on the highest settings, did not experience any lag (except for before I installed drivers, which is to be expected.) This card was able to tide me over until I bought the parts to build myself a new computer, still though, for the money this card costs, it was great to me.

Cons: None that I can think of.

Rating + 5 Nice Card - Strange Issue

Pros: The card is great, and works well in my frankenstien HTPC system I thew together. I have the HDMI cable connected to an IO Gear HDMI 3 to 1 switch, which all works, strange issue (See Other Thoughts)

Cons: None that I am aware of.

Other Thoughts: The IO Gear switch is sending power over the HDMI cable to the card, and my case fan's are spinning slowly even if I unplug the case. If I unblug the HDMI they stop. Strange issue, not sure who's at fault.

One other thing, if you have audio issues as I did becuase my mobo does not have an S/PDIF header to connect to the card for the sound to go over HDMI, I used a 3mm to RCA cable to connect my Line Out to the TV, still no sound. Go into the NVidia control panel and thier is a selection for HDMI w/ Sound, and HDMI w/o Sound. Now it works... Just an FYI...

Pros: HDMI Capability, Awesome for dual monitors, Able to watch a movie with hdmi on television, and game on my other monitor at the same time. Awesome card as a 2nd.

Cons: Can be difficult to find the spdif out on your motherboard.

Other Thoughts: Make sure that you have spdif out capability or you will not get any sound through your HDMI cord. I wouldnt game on this card alone. Its mostly good for videos/media/another screen.

Pros: Worked as expected. Great nVidia based card I got for a cheap Linux box. Vast improvement over the onboard card. Great value for the features.

Cons: The rebate is the HUGE pain. In the end you wonder if it was worth the $10. The steps you have to take are more than normal. I almosted marked it down an egg for this, but the card is REALLY good. MSI just doesn't want people to do the rebates.

Other Thoughts: As with any nvidia card, use the the nvidia drivers for Linux, not the bundled ones.

Pros: Was free shipping and a rebate to boot! This card improved my computer quite a bit! I went from 20fps in WoW to 50-60 fps. Pros: Runs great in my Hp Slimline on stock psu! I've had it in for over 6 months with no problem. Upgraded to Win. 7 64 and had no problems with updating drivers either.

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: I had to bend a tab for Hp's stupid pocket media bay out of the way in order to get this card to fit in my case. Also I have external fans around my slimline to keep it cool because they run VERY hot.

Pros: Great performance for an inexpensive card. Installation was painless. Worked perfectly the first time. Small profile. Runs on low power.

Cons: none.

Other Thoughts: I get about a 50-60 fps avg on WoW, even in Dalaran, playing on about medium settings. Ultra settings gets about 15 fps.

I also play CODMW 2 on medium/high settings, great performance, no lag. no AA. slight lag with AA x2.

It can also run Crysis on low settings very smoothly, no lag at all.

All this on Windows 7 with Aero on. I installed it in my 3 year old HP Pavillion m7650n with a 300W PSU, no issues.

Rating + 5 Great card for general use

Pros: Cheap! Runs fantastic! Runs on legacy systems with old PCI-e standards or new 2.0 standards. Runs on open-source systems as well as proprietary. Great card for a cheap build, or as a replacement for a legacy card that just isn't supported anymore! Buying this card has allowed me to put off my new build for at least a year. I simply can not complain about the price nor what you get for it. Awesome awesome deal! Thanks to Newegg, MSI, and nVidia!

Cons: none.

Other Thoughts: This card was bought on a whim as a replacement for a legacy ATI x300 graphics adapter. After using it for about a week or so I must say I am very impressed with the performance and support of this card. The ATI was dropped due to lack of support by ATI for the open-source catalyst drivers and their legacy hardware. The machine isn't a gaming machine by any means, more of a glorified workstation. This card easily handles all that's been thrown at it and is compatible with lots of legacy hardware and systems. All in all I do not regret purchasing this card in the least and highly recommend it to anyone looking to upgrade from an existing legacy card running old PCIx16 standards! You simply can't beat the price for what you get!

Pros: A great price if you're looking for a casual gaming 3D card.

The HDMI output was nice!

Cons: I bought this on the cheap, thinking I could get a decent upgrade from an older card with half the speed. I was wrong!

This card made everything look prettier, but lagged so bad, it made most of my games unplayable. Putting settings down to low fixed the lag issues, but I bought the card for better performance. L4D, and TF2 were not much better than my old card.

The fan is very small, and chintzy; didn't look like it would do much.

Other Thoughts: This card is strictly for hobbyists and builds for computers that won't be seeing any type of real gaming.

Pros: Window 7 (32 bit) with Dell Inspiron 531 (300W PSU, AMD 4400+, Hauppauge 2250,4GB RAM)

HDMI out that can support audio if your MB has an S/PDIF out.
Price is awesome.
Arrived 50 hours after ordering.
Completely cured the stuttering of clearQAM HD from my Hauppauge 2250.

Cons: None.
But, my MB did not have the S/PDIF out jack, but that is no fault of MSI.

Other Thoughts: I had the latest NVIDIA drivers installed prior to installing the hardware.
Yea, I know I am running 32 bit W7 when I could be doing 64-bit, but I love to play and most codecs and addons are written for 32 bit first. (3.5GB of my 4GB of RAM is recognized)

Rating + 4 Works, but will I get service?

Pros: Works without hassle; both Linux (Ubuntu Jaunty) and Windows (Vista) can just grab working drivers. The fan has been quiet enough so far, even while playing games, and keeps the GPU cooler than my older card. The card's size is excellent for the case it went in. I found a low-profile bracket buried underneath the box's tray.

Cons: It's been almost a month and I've heard nothing about my rebate. They have a nice site for checking on its status, but it hasn't updated to become so much as a "received" or "processing" yet. They have a print-out form that's been assigned a short ID, and they're taking longer than companies that have to read my handwriting.

Other Thoughts: MSI products seem to be reliable, and might have a place in future builds of mine, but unless the product is out-right cheap then I need to know I can trust the company. This isn't a "buyer beware" so much as a "buyer be patient" warning, for the time-being.

Pros: Worked right out of the box...mostly (see Cons). Needed to hook it up to my Panasonic TV through my Harmon Kardon Receiver and the picture looks great. Runs Crysis on Medium, haven't tried OC yet but the supplied utilities look to make it really easy.

Cons: Sound or lack there of. Isn't supported through HDMI. There was a SPDIF connector cable supplied but it is for attaching to my MB, which doesn't have the correct PINS. After looking on the MSI website I found a video that shows multiple cables one External and one Internal they supply with the cards. Unfortunately I need the External one. Now I have to figure out a work around.

Other Thoughts: I wish MSI would have supplied both types of cables so it was compatible with more systems. Seems like a no brainer.

Pros: Went in easy. I can't really tell much difference from this card
vs the on board vid I have. {Biostar t7050-m2 board}. However
I haven't tried any games on it and probably won't since I game
very little. I tried to look up the sound with the little cable that
came with it as I use HDMI, but I was getting feedback and "ghosts
in the machine" if you will, so I disconnected and the sound is fine.
I use Behringer ms-20 speakers so no big deal. My eyes are pretty
jacked up anymore, so maybe it's showing video better than I can
tell. Who knows..

Cons: None really, unless MSI sticks it to me on the rebate.

Other Thoughts: Newegg again got it here chop-chop. Can't ask for more than that.

Rating + 5 Good, cheap card

Pros: Cheap card, nice GPU. I haven't tried the HDMI, so I can't cooment on that. I've been playing Champions Online for a good part of the night at the Recommended settings and it blows away the old 8400 GS I'd had in there. A great option for Slimline or other forms of Low Profile-only PC's. Also, I'm running it with a 160W power supply and it runs great, even though the packaging recommends a 300w.

Also, I paid for the 3-day ground shipping, and I got it THE NEXT DAY!!. a total 26 hours from the time of order. WOW!!

Cons: Only issue I had is that I had to take out my PCI TV tuner, because it was blocking the heatsink and fan. The card would overheat at a dramatic rate and shut down. However, that's more of an issue with the very limited space inside the mini-ITX case that HP uses for the Slimline PC.

Other Thoughts: Had two 6600GTs from MSI before and the fans died on both of them constantly (replaced free twice though). This ultimately ruined one card when it went unnoticed. The heatsink and fan on this card seem of higher quality so hopefully it won't happen.

Pros: Decently powerful graphics card. plays all the games i have perfectly well. small, will fit probably in most cases. Great value.

Cons: HDMI output doesn't work quite right with my HDTV, but that might be the fault of my TV, so i hesitate to complain too much for a card this cheap.

Rating + 5 Great Card

Pros: -Quiet Fan
-Easy to Install
-Noticeable upgrade from a GeForce 8600 GTS card when I play Left 4 Dead and other games.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: Not really related to the card, but to the rebate. It turns out that it had ended 8/31, but I bought my card on 8/28. So once I had gotten the card, it was already 9/2, so I couldn't get the rebate even though they have the same deal as of 9/1.

Rating + 5 Works nicely in Ubuntu Linux 9.04

Pros: Easy installation under Ubuntu Linux 9.04. Just choose nvidia proprietary driver and it works fine. Desktop effects works nicely too.

Cons: It broke the sound for some reason. I have a Dell vostro 220 and sound was working fine until I plugged in the card. Google for "HdaIntelSoundHowto" and that solved my problem.

Other Thoughts: I just need a card to run Desktop effects and dual monitor and this card fits my purpose perfectly.

Rating + 5 Great Card

Pros: Compact (if a small card is needed)
Quieter than my old card
Had it installed and set up (XP) in 10 minutes

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: I hardly EVER play video games but when Ghostbusters came out I couldn't resist. My 256MB card couldn't hack it so I needed a cheap upgrade. This card did the trick! I still have to play on really low settings, but that probably has more to do with the fact that my rig is almost 3 years old.

I have a pretty big case so room wasn't an issue but the size of the card would be great for a someone with a small case.

Rating + 1 Waiting on RMA

Pros: Order to shipment time OUTSTANDING

Cons: Unfortunately, I was sent an "open box" missing several items. Shipping box was intact. RMA per UPS will take 8 days for delivery, then processing, then shipment. One would think an obviously open box would not be shipped, but it was.

Other Thoughts: Will have to review when I get a repacement in a couple of weeks.
