Great Card so FAR
Pros: Runs very cool, quiet. I have read some of the review and I dont understand. I run Crysis, Far Cry 2, AION, AOCDX10, and other high end graphic games all setting on high and I have had ZERO problems or issues with this card. I upgraded from an 8800GTX and there has been a noticable improvement.
Cons: Huge card and chassis was rough to get off to install my zalman GPU cooler.

Bad Card?
Pros: works, somewhat
Cons: very bad benchmarks and performance in all games above the lowest graphics settings. even the windows experience rating is a 5.0, while 3d mark vantage graphics tests run at 4 fps. I have tried changing drivers multiple times with no improvement. bad card?
Other Thoughts: i7 920 EVGA x58 mobo 6 gigs ocz gold DDR3 1600

EVGA switching P/N labels?
Pros: Upgrade from a EVGA9600GT. Noticeable difference in graphics and speed.
Cons: Did not want to buy the "EVGA Superclocked 896-P3-1171-AR", but wanted to buy the non-Superclocked "896-P3-1170-AR" with stock clocks of 633/1134/1404. When I got my card I put it on GPUID to find the clocks at 648/1188/1458, which are the clocks to the Superclocked 275.
Using Hardware detection software, I found in the BIOS of the 275 that my card is indeed the Superclocked "896-P3-1171-AR", not the "896-P3-1170-AR" non-Superclocked, the one I wanted. Yet on the box and the card its self, the P/N stickers labels the card as a "896-P3-1170-AR", which it is not what the card is.
The card listed is not the "896-P3-1170-AR", but is a relabeled "896-P3-1171-AR". Which is falsification of an item description.
Other Thoughts: Con extended: Furthermore, playing games on this thing is not that great. I have a pair of 4-way Sennheiser Surround-Sound Headphones and when I'm playing GTA4, Far Cry 2, Crysis or pretty much any of my newer games that this card should handle, the card starts screaming and squelching during game play. Other issues, crashing without changing clock speeds on anything. My machine has passed an Intel Burn test and 14 hours of Prime95. I know my machine is stable, because I've played these games on my EVGA 9600GT without crashing. It did not look as good as the 275, but it did not crash.
Guess I have to RMA. If my next EVGA card squelches loudly like this one, I'll go to XFX. People are saying their cards don't squelch under overclocked loads. With higher clocks than this card can seem to handle.
How was Newegg to know that EVGA switched the stickers on their 896-P3-117-AR cards.
Newegg gets 5 eggs for speed in shipping.
EVGA get 1 egg for false advertisement of a product!

Awesome must buy
Pros: Performance per cost factor is terrific Runs Cool and handles CODMW2, Dragon Age, Team Fortress 2, Oblivion, Cryostasis with Physx turned on, 4x AA at 1280x1024, high textures and with no hiccups in frame rates at all.
Cons: The fan/heatsink assembly was a little raised from the housing, so the connector part of the card was slightly curved on the back end due to pressure. Noticed it when inserting into the PCIe slot. EVGA states that happens, a GTX 280 he had in front wasn't flush either, as long as it's not severe, it should cause no damage to the slot. Never seen that in 20 years of gaming. Worried that my new mobo could have a stressed PCIe slot.
I tightened down the heatsink a bit more and it straightened out the board a bit. EVGA was very nice and offered to send a new card, but convinced me that it is common and I should have zero problems. I kept it cause I didn't want to be without my PC for 4 weeks between the ship and processing.
Other Thoughts: Lifetime warranty applies if you register either online or by calling within a certain time.
No need to spend $600 on a GTX 295, this will handle games very well. If you want to relieve the card from processing the Physx, you can the 275 Co-Op version with the added GTX 260 chip onboard, or buy a 9 series card or higher and offload the Physx to that.

Ok for now
Pros: This GPU runs fairly solid though generates a few graphic anomalies when running advanced lighting features. Went this route as the new ATI cards were all sold out. Good mid-range board that will tide me over for a little while.
Cons: Experiencing curious slow down when running FPS games with advanced lighting effects while using anti-aliasing. Especially when something explodes, which robs some of the fun out of the FPS in the first place. A bit inflated price given the thrashing ATI has put on NVIDIA.
Other Thoughts: Should have waited for the ATI 5870 to come back into stock.

Awesome Cards
Pros: HDMI adapter sweet!!!!. I output to my 24 inch acer at 1080P. Warranty is great and step up will come in handy later. Price is great for a couple of these suckers. Easy to overclock with either Riva tuner or EVGA Precision(I overclocked them past what manufacturer did). Also comes with all the hardware you need. Easy to install with a soft touch.
Cons: Nothing really unless you have the smallest case ever known to man, other then that my 2 cards in SLI fit nicely in my coolmaster Half 92 case. Obviously you're going to need SLI capable mobo and power supply so if you want to call that a con then maybe you shouldn't upgrade.
Other Thoughts: If you want to play Crysis on Max setting(Very High) at Max resolutions and AA set to 4X stable with no glitches or slowmedowns then pop a couple of these bad boys in your SLI capable MOBO. But of course you'll need at least DDR3 ram(6 minimum) and a good Processor with sufficient cooling. My specs: -Intel i7 960 3.2 Ghz(over clocked to 4.2ghz) -Zalman 9900 LED heatsink -12 GB of DDR3 1600 RAM(over clocked as well) -EVGA X58 SLI Micro MOBO -700W SLI approved Powersupply. -Two WD 500GB 7200 RPM HD's set to Raid 0 -Coolmaster HLF 92 case Windows Index Score:7.9,7.9,7.9,7.8,6.8(top to bottom)

Big 'un.
Pros: Works lovely with every game I've thrown at it.
Cons: Big card, but that's the norm nowadays. Fan makes a racket at 100% duty cycle. but this doesn't happen normally, only if you change fan settings via riva tuner.
Other Thoughts: Good price for performance.

Fantastic Card!
Pros: Fantastic card for the money. Runs everything I've thrown at it: Crysis, Call of Duty, EVE, WoW, TF2, HL2. Seems to run fairly cool, fits well in my Antec 900 Case on the EVGA X58 motherboard.
Cons: None so far.
Other Thoughts: I plan to upgrade down the road to add one or two more of these to my system when some game comes out that crushes it, just haven't found one yet.

Stunning!
Pros: I have 2 of these beasts and let me tell you that they rock! Company of Heroes, Modern Warfare 2, all maxed and looking sweet! Im a gamer and these game. I was originally going to by a 295, but when I went to purchase it, NE had ran out. So a little research showed me the benchmarks on dual 275`s being higher then the 295 for just a few more dollars making it more than worth it.
Cons: none
Other Thoughts: Not a con, but big cards.... 10.5 like pretty much every other powerful graphic card of today, so just make sure your case has enough room for these.

GTX 275
Pros: Been using EVGA cards for several years, I've got no complaints with them. This card is part of a new build and finally stepping up from AGP to PCI Express. Hoo boy.
Cons: None here.

Great Card
Pros: Plays anything i throw at it on max settings, COD MW2,DOW II, Grid, Crysis/Warhead (not on max because im running my backup athlon x2 until my new phenom II x4 arrives/garbage temporary ram so its bottle necking the card).
Cons: don't have a second one for sli........yet
Other Thoughts: Everyone is going on about how big it is and all that jazz, if you want a great case to keep the card cool and have tons of room get a coolermaster. No need for an over priced full tower (im currently using a coolermaster 690 and i have lots of room left). The card is actually a centimeter or two shorter then the 9800gtx (was running 2 of those in sli, dont even compare to this card alone). As for heat issues, i have the fan up to 65% and sure you can hear it......but for every day computing (if for some reason you bought this card and dont game why i'll never know_ leae it on 50% and its fine. But how many of you people out there who would buy this card are going to do ANY gaming without speakers on or headphones?? and if you're speakers cant overpower a simple fan, dont complin about the fan get a speaker set that isnt garbage

Good Card
Pros: Good videocard, evga warranty & support are the best. Bought this to replace aging sli setup of 2x 8800gts g92 512mb cards. Very little improvement in most benchmarks at 1680x1050 res. 3dmark 275 score of 17500 vs 17050 for 8800gts g92 512 sli setup. Default 3dmark settings. These scores are with a q6600 OC @3.6ghz w 4g ocz sli ddr2800 memory. This was expected at this resolution as 2x8800gts gives you 256 stream processors & the 275 runs 240 stream processors. The sli setup only gives me 512mb frame buffer vs 896mb frame buffer of the 275. At resolutions higher than 1680x1050 the 275 pulls a little farther ahead but still not by alot.If your running a 22in display @ 1680x1050 dont expect much of a improvement over a older sli setup of 2x8800gts g92 512mb cards.Good bang for the buck here. It was just time to upgrade.
Cons: none
Other Thoughts: Will be purchasing a 2nd 275 for sli next month & then the difference will be huge.Nvidia is doing really good job with drivers lately & sli does make a huge difference in most games & benchmarks. Evga sli enhancement patch for more n more games are coming out all the time & testing has shown the really do work with games that dont do well with sli.New rig build in the works of a evga p55 board with i7 860 OC at 4ghz & 8g ddr31600 memory.Build same rig for a buddy of mine & performance was very impressive with 3dmark scores of over 26000 with 2x275 sli cards.

Can OC further.
Pros: Great card. Built like a tank. I OC'd it further to- Core-665 Shader-1496 Memory - 1195 Runs FURMARK 1920X1080 MSAAx4 at 52 fps.
Cons: GETS HOT! make sure you have a great case. Stock this thing was at 75c full load in my Haf 922. OC'd its at 82 which is a bit more than I like but I hear that's fine for the card. But cards at full load only happen with bench marking.
Other Thoughts: Great OC tools that come with it. FREE GAME. To bad the game sucks. Im going to get another for SLI or I might get that new 275 with the physX chip, its a little spendy but itll go down when ATI starts pulling ahead with those new cards.

Pros: Nice card easy install, great for gaming
Cons: none
Other Thoughts: need full tower case very big card also needs two pcie power plugs. Should have at least 700w power supply. mine installed in a haf32 case with big 230m fans average card temp 43C . received next day with free shipping. Great job from newegg as always

Good Graphics Card
Pros: Excellent Graphic card. It handles all resolutions on my games well. My Native resolution is 2560x1600- and it runs great at this resolution. My HD tv tuner displays better.
Cons: Large card- I knew to look at the size of the card before I bought it- but everyone else may not know about this. The card is large and requires 2 power taps. They do supply adapters for you.

Me likes
Pros: Nice Card. Stay pretty cool when paired with the HAF 932. Play anything I can throw at it.
Cons: This card is BIG. Make sure you have plenty of room before you order it. Also make sure you have the power requirements for the dual connectors
Other Thoughts: Runs well on a ASUS P7P55D Pro with a i7 860

So far So good
Pros: just built a new i7 system, match this card with a evea x58 tx 3x sli mob and 12gigs of corsair dominator ram and man it's nice. fits very nicely in a Cooler Master full tower. runs everything without any trouble.
Cons: Not a con but i wish the card would go in with top facing up so you could see it.

Pros: Quiet and fast. What more could you want? It's beat down every game I've thrown at it so far. No Crysis yet, but that's getting to be a dated benchmark.
Cons: Size. Do make sure that you have room for this beastie before you drop the money on it. Also, it may have a bit high power consumption considering it needed 2 extra cords from the PSU directly into it.
Other Thoughts: Like normal, gotta love Newgg's stupid fast shipping.

Good performance at lower price than the top of the line
Pros: GTX 275 is still cheaper than the 285 or 295, but has good performance. I have it in 2 way SLI, this was the second one I got
Cons: The price didn't go down too much since they came out, but what the heck, I had to have them
Other Thoughts: SLI worked right from the begining, you just have to enable it in nVidia control panel and restart, no problems setting it up. Running on Win 7 64bit, i7 920 oc, 6GB RAM, Intel G2 80 GB SSD, 2 GTX275 SLI

Time for a upgrade.
Pros: Just ordered this card and I know it'll be amazing! Replacing two sli, eVGA 8800 GTX Ko's, Though keeping one in there to just run my PhysX.
Cons: They go out of style so quick... This card is rated 9 already, And it hasn't even been out that long!
Other Thoughts: Waiting to upgrade / build a new pc next year after Windows 7. Currently running; Q6600 680i 4Gigs Corsair DDR2.
I'd like to have went with the new i7 dual cores 920's. But seems they will no longer be made when I go to upgrade!

GTX 275 Super
Pros: The BEST card i have ever owned. It tears through any game at the highest settings ( Wolfienstein, Section 8, and Red Faction). I cant wait to get another one or two of these monsters. I dont think I will ever need more then one though. Believe me I am doing my best to slow this card down, its just impossible.
Cons: HUGE and it takes 2 pci-e power connectors, but no big deal. I really cant think of anything at the moment
Other Thoughts: Buy this card you wont be dissapointed. This card is way better than expected well worth this money. Will buy another for SLI soon. Unless if you have the bank to get a GTX 295 then buy it.

GTX 275 SuperClocked
Pros: I have two of these bad boy's running in SLi and they're FLAWLESS. They're Superclocked so they run pretty hot, but not too hot to worry about. If you have good air flow in your case it's always a +
Cons: They're big cards as listed in the spec's just make sure you have enough room in your case before you buy. A full tower would be exceptional for SLI use indeed.
Other Thoughts: AMD Denom 940 3ghz CPU (2) GTX 275's (Superclocked Editon) Asus M4N82 Deluxe 850 ToughPower PSU Thermaltake 8 gigs Corsair XMS2 DDR 1066 (2)500gb WD SATA HDD's in RAID 0 (1)HP DVD/CD drive(Didnt' have any more liteon's in, so i just chose an HP drive ;p)

Great in Dell Studio XPS 435T
Pros: Works great, easy install in my Dell Studio XPS 435T. Big card, but fit fine. It's so big it feels like installing a blade server. Flawless play with all games I have tried. I don't know what kind of FPS numbers I'm getting but the video is very smooth (L4D, BioShock, Orange Box, Oblivion. Great deal and fast delivery from Newegg. I even like the EVGA website. It works great with my 64-bit Vista.
Cons: This isn't really a con- my Dell powered the card pretty well, even though it only had 475 watts. However, there were occasional moments (~1-2 sec lapses) where my Dell 2408 WFP Ultrasharp would go black (mostly in demanding games) and the DVI icon in the upper left would display meaning it had lost signal from the videocard. I installed a Corsair 750TX power supply in the Dell (it didn't quite Dell's nonstandard form factor mounting location, but it's in there anyway) having suspected the 475W probably wasn't enough. No issues since then, this card has been flawless.
Other Thoughts: It was either this or the ATI 4890. I had read that the 4890 was hotter/noisier, and Tom's Hardware's charts seemed to indicate the Nvidia GTX 275 beat the ATI by a small margin. Really, I'm sure it's basically a toss-up. It's super quiet even during fast game play. People don't mention this, but EVGA's fan housing graphic is refreshingly understated, restrained, and cool. No scowling monster heads here- so I'm not embarrassed for my friends to see it!

Reasonably fast
Pros: Much faster than Radeon 4850. With Furmark, it averages about 26 FPS while the Radeon 4850 was about 11 FPS under the same conditions with a maximum GPU temp of 90C for both.
Cons: None.

EVGA earned a new fan
Pros: Replaced my 7800gtx with this in order to handle GTAIV, and I'm amazed by the performance for what I spent. Installation was a bit tricky with the size of the card, SLI is probably out of the question with more than 2 hard drives in a mid tower like mine.
Runs 47C at idle, 70-80C at higher loads. Settings on GTAIV all maxed except textures at 1920x1200 provides 42 fps. TF2 fully maxed 1920x1200 provides 70fps minimum, 130 max. L4D has similar performance.
Needless to say I'm easy to impress after my last card, but I'm very happy with the performance.
Cons: None so far!
Other Thoughts: My system ASUS P5E3 w/ Intel E8500 Wolfdale Core Duo 4GB OCZ 240-Pin DDR3 1600 Dual Channel ENERMAX MODU82+ EMD525AWT 525W PSU AeroCool ExtremEngine 3T Case Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit

Great Card
Pros: -Runs All games High to max -Quiet -Customer service, although its 1 year limited the customer service representives are intelligent and will get it solved. -You get for what you pay for, looking to buy 2 more.
Cons: -None. seriously
Other Thoughts: -Big card, however tested on a compact midtower and still fits. (so for those of you worried about space, its going to be a tight squeeze but will fit) -remember you guys need atleast 650 w or above with 12v rails. You can get away running it on a 550 or 600 but not recommended for high impact gamers.

Should have done this sooner...
Pros: This card does not disappoint in any way as of yet. I upgraded from an Asus 7900gt (*gasp) that I've been using for years. What a shot of life into my machine! I'm not so much into the newer games as much as I like loading Oblivion or RS Vegas 2 and seeing these great games run maxed at high fps. The Precision utilities included are superb and the build quality of the card astonished me when I gave it a good once over upon receiving it. The card runs at 39 C idle and after a few hours of gaming I've never seen it above 57 C. It even seems to allow my machine to come out of standby faster but that could just be the new video card euphoria speaking. I'm getting another as soon as possible.
Cons: I've got an Antec 900 case that many of you are familiar with. The upper drive bay comes with a modular bracket on the back of the bay to mount a fan and get extra air flow right over the PCI-ex slots. Unfortunately this card is about 3/16 of an inch too long to allow that bracket to stay and hence I've lost the extra cooling. I've never been bothered my some fan noise; I just want my hardware to last as long as possible and not burn up. Is it really necessary to make this GTX cards a standard 10.5 inches long? Even a half inch shaved off would allow much better use of many case features to prolong hardware usability.
Other Thoughts: Machine specs: M2N32-SLi mobo AMD X2 5000+ Black Edition w/ Asus Silent Knight cooling 4 x 1Gb Patriot ddr2 1066 EVGA GTX 275 896Mb SC Edition Zalman 650W Silent PSU The setup of the Antec 900 case actually helps out quite a bit for my setup. I've got the two 120mm intakes in the front, combined with the PSU mounted upside down on the bottom of the case utilizing its 120mm fan to all send air directly onto the 275. With the 200mm on top, the internal ambient temp is quite low. My Silent Knight CPU cooler also lines up well with the other 120mm exhaust fan mounted in the rear.
On a separate note, I hope UPS reads this stuff b/c their shipping sucks. I will forever opt for FedEx from now on. I chose 3 day select on a Wednesday morning and received my card on Monday at 6:00 in the evening. What. A. Joke. I live in the Seattle area BTW. LA to Seattle takes 5 business days? C'mon guys...

Good
Pros: It's a good video card that comes with everything you need to hook it up and if you register it on EVGA.com you get a couple free game downloads. It plays most games really well, so you get pretty decent framerates without having to destroy yourself on a half-grand 295. If for some reason you really want the 280 EVGA has the step-up program where you can send in your GPU and they will send you the next model up. 275->280 for pretty much just the cost of shipping. Newegg champions at safe packaging and good delivery times as usual.
Cons: Does run kind of warm and is very big. I was able to put in two in SLI but I can't do 3-way SLI in my case because the 3'd PCIExpress is too close to the bottom and it's to fat.
Another note...with SLI. The drivers it comes with are all botched and if you google it you will find many people have compatibility issues with the drivers and SLI. Just something you consider, you will probably have to do a driver-"role-back" or delete and reinstall newer or older drivers until you get it to work.
Other Thoughts: This is a way smarter choice then dishing out all the money for a 295, if you really want that level of performance it would be smarter to wait until the next generation of Video cards come out for the newer version of DirectX and the newer games that will come out with it. My first 275 came in a build from CyberPC for cheap so getting the second one was still a lot cheaper than buying one of the new and extremely expensive cards.
Corei7 3.06 2X Gtx275 in sli. 6gb HyperX ram 2 SSD's in Raid 0 and a 500gb WD storage drive.

Solid card, runs hot
Pros: The 275 GTX is a very powerful video card, and this monster is manufacturer overclocked as well. The card runs fine at the high temperatures it was designed to operate at. Runs just about every game on max everything with no problem. Giant card, but will fit into standard mid-sized cases with a little creativity.
Cons: The card puts out so much heat it can cause all other temperatures in your system to rise across the board after prolonged use. On a hot day I've seen it reach 80 C GPU temp.
Other Thoughts: You don't need an 800+ W PSU, but make sure your power supply has two 12 V lines with a 40 amp rating.

Great Card!
Pros: Great card. Runs all my games at maxed out settings with no graphics lag. I'm running this on Windows 7 64bit RC1 with an Intel e8500 wolfdale at 3.16 ghz and 6gbs of G-Skills ram and everything flys. This is my 3rd EVGA graphics cards and I have had great success with all of them. Right out of the box this thing runs great. Very overclockable too not that you need to. Been a newegg customer for over 4 years and love their service.
Cons: Like everyone else says check your case size this this was a good 1-2 inches longer than my 8800 and it just makes it past the har drive cage of my case by about 1 cm. luckily the put the power plugs on the side as opposed to the end like the 8800 or it would never have fit.
Other Thoughts: Buying and EVGA card from newegg has been a great experience for me 3 times now. they def have a repeat customer.

Great service from EVGA
Pros: Runs great, runs cool, runs what I need
Cons: None other then its size, but then again all the cards now are huge, so it loses no eggs for size, plus it fit fine in my Cooler master 590
Other Thoughts: Measure your case first before buying one.

Huge
Pros: Great card,Lefetime warranty as long as you register it in 30 days. EVGA Precision tool helps you config your fan and oc if you must.
Cons: Nothing as of yet.
Other Thoughts: Huuuge card make sure you will have the room. I bought this to go with my AMD Phenom II x4 BE 3.2 ghz, Gskill DDR3 1333. Running a xclio full tower so i know i have the room!

Pros: FAST! and for 200 bucks! i remember paying 250 for my 6600 gt about 5 years ago. comes with huge fan, no heat issues even for an overclocked card
Cons: comes with free game, free game is actually a free download. vague description made me think i was getting the box, book, disc, etc. would have rather saved 20 bucks

EVGA GTX 275 SC 896 MB 1171
Pros: Fast, dual DVI outputs, works as advertised. Supports PhysX on this card. Can squeeze more out of this card by overclocking further. Go to EVGA forums for more information. Excellent overclocking primer there for noobs.
Cons: Runs hot! Be sure to download the Precision Utility from the EVGA website and manually increase the fan speed. The auto setting does not seem to work with the EVGA Classified MB (760). Got a backplate from the vendors website to see if temp decreases.
Other Thoughts: Getting another to run in 2-way SLI. Will also use an old GTS 8800 for dedicated PhysX card.

Simply Fantastic!!!!!!!!!
Pros: I have mine running 702core/1512shaders/2592memory and it's just blazing through everything. Rock solid in every game I've tried. Just built a new system around Q9550 @3.4 and it's just a perfect match. I set the card to run with a certain overclocking tool to full 3D Performance all the time. I don't care for the down tuning CPU's & GPU's so I turn all that stuff off. Upgraded from EVGA SuperDuperClocked 8800 GTS 640 and couldn't be more pleased.
Cons: Wish the fan ramped up faster. I just set it to 85% manually since the rest of my system isn't quiet so it just blends in very nicely with the Scythe case fans and the Kingwin XT-1264 on the CPU. I realize I could set fan profiles on a certain overclocking tool but I just don't mind the noise at 80-85%.
Other Thoughts: Didn't buy this at Newegg. Got it for 234.99 locally with a 25.00 mail in rebate and a buddy is going to buy my 8800 GTS for 60.00. So I think I made out really well for 168.00 all said and done. EVGA is the best and the only maker of Graphics Solutions I'll ever trust. Thank you EVGA!!!!!!!

Amazing card
Pros: Running 2 of these in SLI and it not only handles everything I throw at it but does it with style. Runs all of my games maxed out without any sign of lagging. EVGA and Nvidia as always deliver great quality products. I would recommend this to any gamer looking to beef up their graphics for years to come.
Cons: Pumps alot of heat out the back, enough that you may want to watch were you put some cables...has made some of my cables rather soft to the touch because of the constant 100F+ temp coming out 2 of these stacked in SLI. Though they do put out a lot of heat about 80% of it is shot out the back of the cards and doesn't transfer it to hardware around it as much as you would think.
Other Thoughts: Make sure you have room for Nvidia 2 series cards...they are massive

Good Card
Pros: Great card. Doubled my frame rate on COD4 from my 8800GT. All games and programs showed a marked improvement. I think it is the best bang for the buck out there right now.
Cons: None, unless you have a small case...it is large.
Other Thoughts: Newegg rocks. Great service, fast delivery. I would recommend this card to anyone.

Great power, good price
Pros: I upgraded from a 9800 gtx+ and got an average of 7 fps extra on all games which is just enough to max out almost every game w/ high resolution and have it playable. Very happy with the card and the price
Cons: The card came with Terminator salvation free. All this achieved was to insult my new video card. If I am buying one of the most powerful cards available and its going to come with a game, at least give me something that displays the cards powere a little. On top of it the game has 0 settings except resolution, so with this monster of a card I am getting constant tearing with no Vsync available.
Other Thoughts: Should have came with different game, or money towards your choice of game, or no game at all. Newegg as normal got package here a day early just in time for the weekend

275 GTX baby
Pros: Its a 200 series !! I think that makes it a pro, till 300 series is released, till then this the hoe slapper of the GPU's Upgraded from 8800gts 640MB/1800Mhz/320bit/96 stream processers. So Yeah I'm going nuts here with this Crown JEWEL
Cons: Audio did not work. after installing the new driver for it audio stopped. I read the booklet a little more turns out vista switched it to Digital Audio detecting my Hdmi cable, all I did was run the wire from Gpu to spfid on motherboard, now I got FULL HD audio without knowing it. Not really a con but got a little hasty wanting to test this bad boy out !!!
Other Thoughts: I'm not gonna say that newegg rocks before people think I work them, but I got all it said I was getting + a game which it als said I was getting.

Such a good card
Pros: Great card, runs perfectly, and the graphics are better than I expected. I particularly like the included software that allows you to overclock the card and adjust fan speeds, making it easy for someone who doesn't normally play with settings.
Cons: Its a fairly large card, so I had to move my HDD down a few slots but that's no big deal. Card can also run very hot, you just need to make sure you have adequate cooling and turn up the fan speed on the card itself.
Other Thoughts: EVGA is awesome.

DOA
Pros: Uh... looks really cool and I assume it will be a great card once I get a new one...
Cons: Totally DOA. Fan doesn't spin, no video at all, even though the card is receiving power, indicated by the fact it gets warm after a few seconds of me hitting the power switch on my board. This is my first NVIDIA, and my first from EVGA, what are the chances? RMA is pending, hopefully Newegg will fix all.
Other Thoughts: I may buy a 1GB card and just pay a little extra for the bragging rights. Other than that, Newegg rocks and I got the card in 2 days initially
Manufacturer Response:Hi, Please ensure you have both of the 6pin PCIe connectors installed, also try additional PCIe connectors if your PSU has support for this. If the issue persists contact us directly at 888-880-3842 so we can resolve it. Thanks Jacob

Very powerful card.
Pros: It uses all of the GT200's 240 cores. It can handle any game out there (although perhaps not at the highest settings). EVGA lifetime warranty, and excellent EVGA support and community, and EVGA step up! For the price, this is a great bang for your buck! 2 of these in SLI will be faster AND cheaper than a 295 (at time of writing).
Cons: This card runs hot! I got one and had to RMA it because it always reached above 90c! Even after I replaced the thermal paste! EVGA RMA was great and speedy. I had my new card within a few days! The one I have now caps out at 84c which is still warm, but it doesn't crash like that last card I had. Draws quite a bit of power, but not as much as some other cards out there. Not the best overclocker, but every card is different, and I could just be unlucky.
Other Thoughts: Make sure you have enough power to run this before getting it. However, I'm running a single card on an OCZ Fatal1ty 550w PSU and it's doing just fine.

worth every cent
Pros: I upgraded from a 9600 GT that, for its day, was a very durable card but lately has caused me some gamer anxiety. After reading up on the 275GTX I was extremely excited to catch the Superclocked Edition for the same price as the Standard. Installation was a breeze as I was prepared to have to move my HD down a bay and already had the 2nd 6pin connector ready and waiting. The only thing that made me a bit nervous was when I was initially trying to house the card in the slot its so massive that it seemed that my CASE actually flexed to adapt to the card.
Cons: None.
Other Thoughts: If you have the means, upgrade to this or the base model card w/o any reservations. If you are patient, watch for the special promo weekends that Newegg always runs and see if you cant get the Superclocked for the same price as the base model.

Great card
Pros: I bought this card expecting it to be good, and thats not what I got. I got a card that was VERY good. This card handles games like CoDWaW and CoD4 E A S Y. I got more than I expected from this card. If your planning on running games like Crysis at MAX settings, I recommend you buy TWO of these cards, not one. It does its job, and it does it good.
Cons: Too bad there isnt an HDMI port on the card, but what the heck, thats why they give you an adapter. They didnt send me any stickers =/ . No "real" cons though.
Other Thoughts: B U Y T H I S C A R D

GTX 275
Pros: All around this seems to be an excellent card, i upgraded from GTS 250 1 gig card, i seem to have gained a minumum of 30 Fps in RSV2 and in COD WAW at comletly maxed graphics with AA x4 i have the same FPS as i did with the old GTS 250 just at default settings!
Cons: Costs a lil more, but what upgrade dosent? runs warm with stock cooling but will fix with water cooling.
Other Thoughts: Cant wait to see what two of these will do......

Great Upgrade
Pros: Very good video card with a lot of power and great cooling. I just upgraded to this from my 9800 GT. My 9800 GT with fans at 100% was in the 50 degrees celcius when not playing my games. This 275 stays in the mid 30 degrees celcius when not playing. A lot of power and a lot cooler. Big card, but it fits just fine in my Antec 900. I highly recommend this card.
Cons: None
Other Thoughts: Great video card all around. Works great in cod4. Can't wait to test in in cod6.

Great Card, even more OC hidden within!
Pros: Even though it's "Superclocked", I'm still squeezing a bit more out of this card. Almost up to 700mhz for the core, and the fan speed isn't even at 100% yet, keeping it quiet.
Cons: None thus far.
Other Thoughts: It is a HUGE card, but I have a huge case... so it works fine for me.

Amazing.
Pros: Laughs at most games at 1920x1080 on max settings. Great warranty, and nice free stuff.
Cons: Ironically, Cryostasis beats this card to the dirt at 1920x1080... kind of sad that the game that came included does that. It's also HUGE and can get pretty hot.

Sick Card
Pros: Upgraded from a Evga 9800gtx+. Noticable increase in proformance without overclocking. Overclocked this thing is a beast. 3dMark scores jumped. Plays Crisis on Very High setting and 2XAA smooth. When it gets to 4Xaa it starts to get a lil choppy. But that game is a freak of nature anyway. Every other game on earth this card will run at highest possible settings without a stutter. Why pay more for the Gtx285 when this card in like a mirror image.
Cons: Runs a little hot. Highest ive seen was 80C but i just cranked up the fan to fix that. I have very good case airflow thanks to Schythe fans i just put in. It's a little longer then the 9800gtx+ but is still fits.
Other Thoughts: Noticed a problem where my Vista 64bit was only reconizing 366mb of the Video ram on the card when it has 896mb. Did some research and it seems that Vista has an issue with some of the newer 200 series with alot of Vram. Games still run with full power of card anyway. If you roll back your drivers to 182.50 is seems to fix that issue. Hopefully this gets fix soon, but i dont care as long as the card runs at full potential.

Perfection
Pros: High end card, maxes all games at nearly all commonly used resolutions, runs cool and is fairly inexpensive compared to the gtx 285 which offers very minimal gains.
Cons: Biggest card I've owned to date, make sure your case is long enough for it.
Other Thoughts: Running 2 in SLI at 1920x1200
maxes all games including Crysis and Crysis Warhead at that resolution (2-4XAA)

Good product but ...
Pros: Fast card. One of these scored as well as my previous dual 8800GTs on 3Dmark. Nice price with the rebate (see other thoughts).
Cons: No technical cons. However, see other thoughts.
Other Thoughts: I bought 2 of these to run in SLI. That was a mistake. They denied the rebate on my second card for "exceeding the maximum number of ... blah blah blah". Guess I should have bought a different brand for my second card.

BEST BUY EVER
Pros: This was the best purchase I could have ever made. One EVGA customer support and products included are awesome. Two nVidias' support has also been awesome. Now the card has upped the power and use on several of my games, Spore, Sims 3, Far Cry 2, STALKER CS, Sacred 2 2.4, Empire Total War, and GTA IV...all look wonderful. I even went back to my old school CoH: Tales and that was EVEN better. It was a very huuuuge upgrade from what I had before and what I can do now. I haven't met a game that has challenged me yet. I am even able to tab back and forth out of Sacred 2, GTA IV no issues. I would drop my full specs but I am at work so I can't right now but it is a Acer E380 I upgraded the memory the power supply, and the card all at the same time...yeah brand spanking new system.
Cons: Starting to run out of freakin space...between the music and movies and games...what can I do.
Other Thoughts: This card is massive...check the specs for my Acer and you will see that the case size and due to the components makes it a tight fit and I mean ....tight. I thought I would have to send it back or order a new case but it was able to fit so be very wary of this card...it is VEEEERRY silent!! I don't here it at all...it sits on top of the desk and can never hear it..and thats the good ear.

Didn"t Last
Pros: Worked.
Cons: For only a day.
Other Thoughts: I am probably one of the few unlucky ones that got a bad card

Not satisfied
Pros: Don't run too hot, and not too loud. Bought 2 of these to replace my 8800GTX SLI cards and there is a good increase in frames per second performance in STALKER Clear Sky and Crysis. Newegg is great.
Cons: I don't know what it is, but the image quality being produced by these cards in combination with Nvidia drivers is poor. I am constantly adjusting the contrast, gamma, brightness to NO satisfaction. Yet when I uninstall the Nvidia drivers the image quality goes back to the way it should. I have exhausted all diagnostic techniques and I can't get the display to look as crisp and defined as my 8800GTX's did. I have spent many hours trying to resolve this problem and at the end, I ended up reformatting my hard drive in case there was something corrupting my video drivers, but that didn't work. No, it's not my monitor either. I swear I have tried everything.
Other Thoughts: Every time I boot into windows I notice right away that everything looks 'wrong'. It's like some pixels are not lining up the way they are supposed to, or something that's supposed to make everyhing look rich is just not doing it's job. I'm noticing a strange appearance of shadows in text and glowing in other text. I am almost convinced that Nvidia is purposly modifying the drivers to cause some kind of a 'Anti' Anti-aliasing effect so pc hobbyist's like me keep feeling the need to upgrade and spend hundreds of dollars all the time on video cards that become obselete every 3 months. I truly feel like I just wasted 500 bucks. I hope I can sell these for close to what I bought them for.

REDEEMED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Pros: I need to retract my comment about this video card being dead... It works freakin perfectly!! Plays COD WAW perfectly on full AA/AF at 1920x1600!! Never had a rig like this... Amazing!!
Cons: None...
Other Thoughts: It turners out that my DVI cable didn't like the card for some reason, so I changed it out for a fat dual link cable and it fired right up.

DEAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Pros: Nothing at the moment...
Cons: Cool red lines across the monitor during all phases of the boot process.
Other Thoughts: So... I wait for a week for everything to get here since NewEgg hosed my order the first two attempts. Of course, the anticipation was a bit extra on my part due to the 6 years it took for me to build a new rig. I am an network engineer and have been on IT professional for 9 years. I troubleshot the mobo and tried redoing the entire system and still the red lines. Well, it looks like most people got what they wanted on this card. Sadly, I got one out of a thousand that came busted.

Pros: Very powerful for the price, and likely the best bang for buck you can find.
Cons: Runs a bit warm, but that's probably to be expected.
Other Thoughts: Note that this requires 2X 6pin connectors.

Monster Video Card
Pros: LOVE this card. Would have gone for a 280 or higher, but this was all I could afford when building my new system. Lemme tell you, its a beast. I play all of my most recently purchased games on full settings (Fallout 3, Call of Duty WaW, Dead Space, etc) and have zero problems. Excellent Great frame rates.
Cons: Bulky, but Im not dinging the score for it, cause all of the video cards these days are huge.
Other Thoughts: System: Intel Core i7 920 BIOSTAR TpowerX58 EVGA 896-P3-1171-AR GeForce GTX 275 G.SKILL 3GB (3 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM G.SKILL 6GB (3 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM Antec Nine Hundred Black Steel ATX Computer Case

Great card
Pros: Card is amazing runs cooler than a 4890 and better, in SLi these are better than a 295 (of course). Playing at 1440x900 I run Crysis All Very High with 4AA and it is amazing perfectly playable and I wouldn't mind betting it is around 45-50fps. Goes even higher in Warhead with 8AA. I currently do not own many games but it maxes the Orange box and every single demo for things (Fear 2) maxed.
Cons: Not sure about overclocking but I would imagine a 4890 to be a little better.
Other Thoughts: Looks super cool, in real life it looks way better than any of the cheaper cards, I was almost scared to touch it but definitely looks cool and runs cool.

Pros: Excellent price/performance ratio Overclocks very well Tears through everything I have thrown at it yet, operating at 1680x1050. FPS dropped below 30 in Crysis on with settings on High, but buying a second card fixed that. Mirror's Edge with max settings and PhysX on ran perfectly on a single GPU; no FPS under 45.
Cons: Requires huge amounts of power (can't really fault the manufacturer) Runs very hot under load (it's gotten to 85C), but has not passed the thermal design rating. Firmware issue that has not been resolved yet - the fan idles at 40% capacity, but does not increase until temperatures reach 75-80C. Workaround for this is to use the EVGA Precision utility and manually increase the fan speed.
Other Thoughts: Great card that is well worth the cost. Requires two PCI-e power connectors. If you plan on running two of these, with a system similar to mine below, you will need at least an 850watt PSU. My 700 OCZ StealthXtreme shut itself off during Crysis without underclocking the cards, so I ordered a 1000 watt from here as well.
Core i7 920, Gigabyte GA-EX58-UD3R, 6GB Corsair PC1333, 2x EVGA GTX 275SC, 2x WD VelociRaptor 300GB, 2x other SATA HD, Soundblaster X-Fi Xtrememusic

Great Card
Pros: A great card for the money. I decided on this card so I could play a large back catalog of games I haven't touched until now. This card pretty much handles or demolishes most of the games made in the past 2 years (OK...may be not Crysis). By the time I play some of these older titles, the 300 series will be out!
Cons: Power supply (2 PCI-E connectors) requirements are a bit steep for the card.
Other Thoughts: For the money this is a great deal. If you haven't had the time or the rig to play some of the more recent games in the past few years, this card will do the trick very well.

Great card so far!
Pros: Well pretty much everything. I got the card within 2 days of actually processing my order so that was really good, the card went in my computer with little issues, I just had to unplug a few cables and re route them to get the card to fit in securely and not have to worry about any wires touching it. The card comes with everything you need to get it up and running just fine. I can max out Crysis on 1600x1024 Resolution with a 22.5" LCD monitor, I dont have AA turned or VSYNC or Motion blur but everything else is on Very High and boy does this game look and run amazing, I get around 45-60 FPS and keep in mind this is with absolutely no overclocking besides what came done by the factory. I also average 250FPS on Counter Strike Source even though that game isnt hard to play xD.
Cons: The card is BIG, I mean BIG!!! If you have a 9800GT then this card is the pretty much the same size, but if you have anything like an 8600GT or lower then this card is about 2.5x the size.... I'm not over exagerating because this card replaced 2 8600GT cards in SLI and I compared them side by side and the GTX 275 was bigger then them both. It runs kinda warm, I dont have to well a knowledge with card temperatures but with Crysis maxed out at 1600x1024 the card gets up to 65-72 C which I have read in some forums is normal to low. Most people say this card can reach 80-90C before you have to worry so, this isnt really a con! xD.
Other Thoughts: I will definitly get another one of these cards for SLI, I will just need a power supply upgrade and maybe a fan upgrade but this card will definitly be SLI'ed. Great card!

Smooth Gameplay, Awesome Graphics
Pros: Very fast. Comes quite close to the GTX 285 in performance. The only difference between this card and the GTX 285 is the memory and of course price. Factory OC is nice but you can OC this card even more with the EVGA precision tool. Card runs idle at 43* C and peaks around 60*. Planning on getting another one for SLI.
Cons: Doesn't work with all monitors. Wouldn't scale right with my LG 246WP in HDMI, most of the screen was pushed to the left side at resolutions over 1024 x 768, so I switched it out for my dad's Samsung T240HD monitor and it works. Can't max Crysis (but what card can?)
Other Thoughts: Can run Crysis at 1600 x 1200 with 4x AA at high settings at around 45 FPS (that's in 64 bit with 4 GB of RAM and a QX6700 OCed to 2.93 GHZ).

Hot!
Pros: Awesome EVGA Rocks! Free games
Cons: Hot Gets loud
Other Thoughts: This card idles around 55C and peaks around 80C...HOT HOT HOT. In order to keep it from cooking you have to manually turn the fan up, which can get loud. The noise isn't an issue for me.

SLI EVGA 275 Superclocked and BFG 275 OC Edition
Pros: I just put this card in SLI mode with my existing BFG GTX 275 OC card and it works flawlessly! Immediatly noticed a 50% increase in FPS when running Far Cry 2 bencmarks! EVGA offered the free game Cryostasis and also a free copy of 3d Mark Vantage upon registration of the card on their website. These things are fast!!! For now...
Cons: Perhaps I should have just purchased one GTX 295... Then again, 1 295 doesn't look as cool as 2 SLI cards. Never mind...
Other Thoughts: Free COD World at War game from Newegg! Free Cryostasis game from EVGA! Free copy of 3d Mark Vantage from EVGA! SLI's perfectly with other GTX 275 cards from other manufacturers, just need to get the same memory model, dont mix a 896 meg version with the 1.7 gig version of the GTX 275 series. Clock speeds do not matter, feel free to SLI a non-overclocked card with an overclocked card, no problem! If you have the EVGA X58 motherboard, don't listen to the instructions on how to SLI that come with the card. Read your motherboard manual. Used the top two PCI-Express slots instead of the top and bottom. This way you get 16x/16x SLI. NOT 16x/8x SLI.

Wow
Pros: This card is great! I bought this to replace a dead 8800GTX and it has not let me down. Framerates on most of my games are significantly higher and I haven't even overclocked it yet. Great buy for the price.
Cons: Its a big card. Not really a problem for me as its the same size as the card its replacing.
Other Thoughts: I didn't want to replace the 8800GTX that I had but the card had other ideas. It died on me and left me no choice. I can't complain though. I got this card and have been extremely happy with it's performance. Well worth the money and, as always, Newegg had it in my hands within 2 days!

Sweet Spot
Pros: Price/Performance ratio is perfect for me building a new system. Expect to add another for SLI in the near future. Every thing included was topnotch, plus a free game. No problems so far been working great with Windows 7 RC.
Cons: Not a one so far.
Other Thoughts: I think I may have a new OEM of choice with EVGA. This was my first double height card and I tried to prepare myself for the size but it was a shock. Paired this with a EVGA EVGA E758-TR mother board and 6G of RAM and a Intel Core i7 920 Nehalem 2.66GHz and could not be more satisfied.

Doa ;(
Pros: Well after installing the card and attempting to post it went past my bios and than blue screen crashed before hitting the desktop. 2nd attempt gives my monitor no signal.... RMA inc...will update on round 2. Newegg however always rocks and i am sure they will get me a new one back in a timely fashion.
Cons: See above..
Other Thoughts: Bought on Evga's excellent rep, now i am not so sure. Than again i may just have bad luck or rough Ups guys that beat my stuff up lol..
Manufacturer Response:Hi, We apologize for this, can you please contact us directly at 888-880-3842 if you experience issues on your second card. Thanks, Jacob

Very nice
Pros: Huge up grade from my old systems AGP 8600 oc. It handels evey game I throw at it all max settings. Where I used to get 10-15 fps at low setting I now get 60 fps at max settings. Just for good measure I will be purchasing another for SLI. Great price, free game, lifetime warranty and of course Awesome Newegg service.
Cons: None
Other Thoughts: This card was from my 1st build and I shopped around for who had the best prices and selection. No other site could come close to Neweggs not even Tired Direct. I am always out to save a buc or two and will ways compare but every time I end up at Newegg. Keep up the good work Newegg!!!

Great Pick
Pros: This card is pretty powerful, and outperforms the 4890 I had. It also runs a lot cooler than my 8800gts, so my room is less of a hotbox. It is also appealing that this card comes from EVGA, who I've had nothing but great experiences with.
Cons: I don't like the color of the card?
Other Thoughts: It competes with high end cards that are more expensive, and came at a competitive price with a free game. This was a no-brainer.

Killer card we got here
Pros: Very mean card. Just like the number says, it's better than the 260's out there yet solid enough to keep up with majority of the 285s on the market, overclocked or not. I consider the factory overclock a GOOD bonus. Consumes less power, pretty dang quiet even with the fan speed turned up past 80% (and keeps it cool enough, to boot).
Cons: 1. Size. 10.5 inch card + it weighs like a rock. Do you research, check how big your case and motherboard are, if you do not, you will end up either re-gutting your PC to make this card fit or you can forget about it! 2. Power connectors: might be personal, but probably move them further from the front of the card would have been great. 3. Price: If it wasn't for the "free" game (at the time of this purchase), I bet this would've been $50 bucks cheaper.
Other Thoughts: I must be turning into an enthusiast...slowly but surely. I upgraded from a good 9600GT after doing enough research to warrant it. Blown to pieces by the immediate graphical performance increase. Eliminated virtually all slowdown I had with Left 4 Dead (screen resolution 1900 x 1080...yep, a widescreen), no slowdown when running with 50+ players while playing World of Warcraft (which was noticeable and irritating on my old 9600), quietly pumped up my 3d Mark 06 benchmarks, and comes with the godsend of a tool, the EVGA Precision. Easy overclocking program with fan and temperature watch. I IMMEDIATELY overclocked the card FURTHER past the already factory OC'd default. I think I can safely stay with this thing for a good 3 1/2 years...most games aren't eating as much requirements for a good while.

Handles my favorite game perfectly.
Pros: Easy install. Fast. Really fast. Did I mention it was fast?
Cons: Huge. Looks like a fancy two-by-four stuck to my motherboard. Calling it a "card" is a little ludicrous. It's an inch and a half thick and almost a foot long. Hope you don't need the second slot it's going to cover up. You might have to take it out to remove and install any hard drives.
Other Thoughts: I play Lord of the Rings Online. I've got all the graphic settings maxed and nothing phases this thing. Zero lag, beautiful detail. Frame rate around 100. I haven't gone on any large raids yet but been in a lot of complicated combat. My other graphics programs work better too but I'm extremely impressed at how well this thing handles LOTRO.
AMD Phenom Quad 2.5Ghz on an ASUS M4N72-E motherboard and a Corsair CMPSU-750TX 750W power supply. They all seem to work and play very well together. I went with an older chip and board to save money, got the cheapest dependable power supply I could find over 500W, and sort of went a little crazy with this. But man, does this thing scream.

overall nice
Pros: Great card at a great price. Looks great, sturdy build quality. Cheaper than a 285 with almost the same performance. Great/big fan, relatively quite. Actually not too big; same as a 9800 GTX
Cons: Power connectors too far back would be better towards the middle of the card. Ugly logo on card. Performance is good but not what I expected. OC'd version probably not worth the money, use riva from guru3d. I'm sure the price will go down as new cards come out. early adopter tax + drivers aren't full supported yet.
Other Thoughts: evga is a great gpu card company, good support. Got my order in a day from newegg, in NYC way to go.

Wow games are fun again!
Pros: Blazing fast, Kills games, stunning graphics, and a great price.
Cons: Size and power strain.
Other Thoughts: I bought this card to delay buying a new computer because my graphics card died on me after 4 year. I was expecting good performance but this thing was just amazing. The size may cause issue to you if you have a mid-tower or a cluttered case. MUST BUY FOR GAMERS!!!!

Initial thoughts...
Pros: Just got this thing installed on Friday and with my limited time to to play around with it so far it flies!! Definitely a noticeable performance increase over my overclocked 8800GT. With a q9550 @ a preliminary overclock of 3.6Ghz this card scored 18680 in 3dMark06 at stock clocks. I can't wait to see begin overclocking this beast!
Cons: Knew this going in, but the card is huge! Had to rearrange the hard drive cage in my Thermaltake M9 to get it to fit properly! Make sure you measure before you buy.
Other Thoughts: Would have purchased the 1792MB version but I needed a new vid card and couldn't wait for the release... Will report back after spending a little more time with the card and some overclocking!

Mine on the way
Pros: The card is basically a slightly stripped 280 w/ the price tag of ATI's blazing fast 4890.
The two cards are amazing for the 250 dollar price point. I ordered mine and should have it on the 20th! The cards gonna rock so I might as well review it now!
Q9650 Quadcore @ 4.3 ghz Intel BONETRAIL 2 MOBO G-Skill PI 1600mhz DDR3 CM STACKER 810 Watercooling
Cons: Only cons that this card could earn would be 896mb memory compared to 1gb. Maybe its size if you have a small case which isn't a factor for me in my FULL ATX case.
Other Thoughts: Its nvidia it will FLY.
