Rating + 1 Never worked

Pros: Cheap if you get the rebate, might be good for target practice or something.

Cons: Never worked, system wouldn't POST. Returned to NewEgg and got a replacement (took 3 weeks, what's up with that?) and the new card has the exact same problem! I've spend hours trying different combinations (monitors, cables, etc). The two systems I've put this card in won't POST, whereas they both work fine with other cards. Since NewEgg only replaces and doesn't refund on VGA cards (plus I don't want to have to suffer through their return process again) I'll have to go through PNY to see if I can get a refund. Don't waste your time on this card, pay a little more and get something that works.

Other Thoughts: Kind of odd, I ordered VCG95512GXEB and that's what the box says it is, but inside the card label says it is a VCG95512GXPB. Specs are the same, not sure what the difference is.

Rating + 5 Best Cheap GPU

Pros: I have an HP Pavillion and was looking for something that would be compatible and pretty cheap that would work well. I was surprised to find that this thing plays COD4 at max settings (my computer is 3 years old, mind you). It is not noisy and this baby only cost $40 with a MIR.

Cons: None yet...but I can't seem to register my card on pny...

Other Thoughts: I ended up buying a cheap 500W psu that had an 18A rail (required by this card) until I get a nice new comp come the holiday season. No problems so far. Had a GeForce 7300 LE before...HUGE difference.

Rating + 5 Great Deal

Pros: PRICE!!! for a 9500gt it was 54 and a 30 MIR...are you kidding me??? That's tremendous. I have this exact same card in my old computer and paid about 80 bucks for it so when I saw I could get it for 25 after MIR I jumped at that.

This is not a high end card but I can play all of the games I could ever want with it. COD 4, COD wow, Crysis, etc...no problems at all.

I just went to nvidia.com and let it detect the card and install the most current drivers....so easy.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: how can you beat a 9500gt card with 512mb for 25 bucks?

Rating + 4 PNY VCG95512GXEB GeForce 9500 GT 512MB

Pros: built in fan, Nvidia, PCI express 16 speed.

Cons: Inclosed disc did not load drivers because it could not figiure out what kind of adapter was installed. Had to use the Windows add new hardware wizard to find the drivers on the enclosed disc.

Rating + 5 Great card

Pros: Used as an initial card to give video to Intel P45 mobo. Worked on initial startup and give Windows rating of 5.4. Took latest drivers from NVIDIA with no problem. Works very well with enthusiast consumer video editing programs. Quiet in my Antec Sonata Elite case.

Cons: none

Rating + 5 Great Deal

Pros: Cost, Ease of Installation, Works with Dell Vostro Mini Tower, Vista finds the drivers automatically, Quiet, small

Cons: None so far

Other Thoughts: Raises my Vista Experience Score from the stock Mother Board adapter on my E8400 Dell Vostro to 5.9 from 4.6 for Graphics and to 5.4 from 4.1 for Gaming Graphics.
I am not a gamer but wanted a board to replace the integrated one because the Vista driver for the stock board would error occassionally.

Rating + 5 Great for office grade PCs

Pros: Will meet Dell OptiPlex mini-tower power requirements. About the best graphics you can get for that type of system without a power supply upgrade.

Cons: Not a gamer card. HD playback is strained, but capable.

Rating + 5 Good short graphics card

Pros: Windows Vista performance rating is raised to 5.4 from 3.8 (with the HP OEM nVidia 8400 gs card).

Cool and quiet. $30 rebate was received timely.

Good and inexpensive short card.

Cons: I am a non-gamer. No knowledge for gaming performance.

Pros: The card was cheap. Performs well with the games I run (using HL source engine). DVI support. Quick and easy to install. Provides VGA to DVI adapter.

Cons: Heatsink has already burned out, fan barely spins now. Fan (when working) was somewhat noisy. Only has DVI support, no VGA.

Other Thoughts: It was a nice little card until the fan went out. Now I need another fan cooler for this card to play L4D. I would recommend a better card unless you need low to mid 3d acceleration.

Rating + 1 would've been nice if worked

Pros: umm.. price?

Cons: I was looking for a budget card to help me run my HD videos smoother. so i replaced my old NVidia 128MB PCI-e x16 card with this. the bios/bootup was so slow and the worst part, it would not boot from any devices: HDD, Floppy, not even CD. (yes i got a 600W psu) it would either say "Disk error blah blah" or "attempting to boot..." and then just freeze. I tried another one assuming it was defective, same thing. so I finally called PNY and the guy couldn't help and just suggested to give up the card.

Other Thoughts: switched to the sapphire HD3850 ;)

Rating + 4 Nice entry level card

Pros: - short card
- runs cool, cooler than my 8600GT
- runs quiet
- dual DVI

Cons: - a bit slower than my 2 year-old 8600GT for both Aero and 3D tests in Vista.

- much faster than the XFX nForce 750a built-in video

- I get no HDCP when I connect this card to my Gateway FHD2401 24" LCD through an HDX-501 switch and a Gefen DVI Detective Plus. This whole combination worked with my 8600GT card.

Other Thoughts: I bought this card to replace the XFX nForce 750a built-in video because I needed an additional DVI. The card does the job. I just wish HDCP was more consistent with it.

Rating + 5 not to shabby

Pros: not scary large like most other graphics cards out there today. light and stays really cool. runs nice an quiet. easy on the wallet.

Cons: not going to play anything like Crysis anytime soon, but it's cheap and what do you expect from a simple card? payed $90 bucks for it 3 months ago.. >:[ (not from newegg..)

Other Thoughts: not really a "screaming" card, but it does the job. i can pull off 80+ FPS in CS:S / TF2 on max settings, which isn't bad.
