Pros: I have had this card for a few months now and it has brought my mediocre system right up to playing new games. I play WAW online and it runs great for me although due to my system I have to keep things turned down some.
Cons: HEAT, I shoe horned this thing into my old HP case with NO ROOM to spare. After a couple of weeks playing with this card it started crashing on me and I was only able to play with the side of my computer off. Also as many others have said this thing is MASSIVE you need alot of room for it plus the onboard fan is about as loud as can be when it is running strong.

Pros: None
Cons: Runs hot even in may haf 932 and running fan 100% it sits idle at about 50c's, under loads it reaches high 60c's Fan is loud even at 70% and you cant lower the fan speed cause you run the risk of overheating.

Love it
Pros: Works great. Excellent video and game performance. Mostly used on a desktop application with a few games.
Cons: Long! And I don't like the exhaust fan blowing towards the front of the case. Other than that it works flawless.

Pros: Worked well when it worked.
Cons: It died after 2 months!

Great card for a bargain gamer
Pros: Had this in a OCed Semprons for a little while where it amazed me. Put together a i7 system just last week and threw it into the mix, and wow. Im playing crysis very high 0xAA at 20-25 fps average. Very awesome. Took off a egg because this runs very hot. Sits at 50*C at idle, and get up to mid 70*'s while gaming. And that is with the fan at 100% during gaming, which if very loud.
Cons: Poor cooling.
Other Thoughts: Think I might just slap a new cooler on and OC it some, I hear it can handle a little more power.

Awesome! but runs VERY hot!
Pros: Has a lot of memory and can run about anything.
Cons: runs way too hot. If you buy make sure you buy better cooling. Ran about like other people say around 70C while idle with stock fan and 2 80mm fans on high.
Other Thoughts: Works great just needs to run cooler.

Decent card fan issue
Pros: Solid card for the money. Got the rebate. Relatively quiet. PNY honored their warranty
Cons: Fan died after a few months. Runs warm but EVGA precision tune works with this card and you can speed the fan up.
Other Thoughts: Pny let me RMA the first card. Replacement card was refurb and the fan died after 1 week. I demanded a new one. PNY sent it and paid for all the shipping. PNY honored their warranty and that counts. Latest card running great!

Excellent performace, be careful of overheating
Pros: Great for running games, can most new games on high if not highest settings. Great price.
Cons: This card overheated on me after a few hours of heavy encoding/streaming. Had it less than a month. Its fried and no longer works. (It's output is distorted). BE SURE to keep it cool. I have 3 fans on my PC and this still happened. That is where I took off the one egg.
Other Thoughts: For this price you really can't beat it.

Best card for the price
Pros: runs crysis on high!!! no problems at all quiet and can be OC'ed (i havnt needed to)
Cons: YOU MUST KEEP THIS CARD COOL it will burn out on you this card works best with at least 2 50mm and 1 120mm fan I have a mid case and it fits fine but some cases not so much

Purchased 2, both RMA'd within a year
Pros: The 9800GT model itself is very good altogether and the 3 rating is not so much for hardware performance but PNY manufacuring. With my SLI setup I rarely had problems until I began to suddenly get the infamous nvlddmkm.sys error and I discovered it was a hardware issue, it's awaiting RMA now. The other card was sent back winin 2 months because the fan began making an incredibly loud noise that no amount of dusting stop.
Cons: This is my first experience with PNY and I'm finding that I've avoided them all this time for a good reason it seems. Their tech support line doesn't even hold a candle to EVGA and I find it pretty discouraging that both of these cards are prone to such failure. I will stick with PNY until my next major upgrade but they certainly can't count on me for the future.
Other Thoughts: Do yourself the favor and go EVGA.

No Problems
Pros: Great card for the price. I have owned it for 5 months now and it never skipped a beat. I can run all my games @ 1920x1080 with no problems. Fan is quiet even when under stress. With a good ventilated case, this card can be slightly OC'd.
Cons: If you own a brand name computer, then check your case for space. It's not that it is overly big, its that OEM case are small. Dumps hot air back into case, I never had any problems but if your rig is already hot then this could become an issue. Card temp is high even at idle (52c) and 80c+ with load but I run it into the ground and it keeps on ticking without problems.
Other Thoughts: Didn't buy from newegg but newegg is great!

short life span
Pros: decent card - did all i asked of it.
Cons: short life span - < 6 months. My bad - didn't keep receipt and original packaging - both needed for warranty. Doesn't matter that i registered the card either.
Other Thoughts: No more PNY for me - and learn from my mistake - save your box, packaging, and receipt to answer to the fine print from the vendor.

STAY AWAY FROM PNY
Pros: Decent priced card.
Cons: Card Died within 2 months of purchase. PNY will not honor their warranty PNY uses deceptive advertising
This is the second card I have purchased from pny that has died within under 4 months.
Other Thoughts: As said the card died within only 2 months. When i contacted PNY and provided all the info receipt/proof of purchase/etc.. I was told they would not honor the warranty because they no longer produced this card.
The warranty on the box says 3 years limited warranty and 5 years limited warranty if you register the card.
Also I was sent this copy/paste in my email with PNY.
"Lifetime Replacement Warranty is given to all PNY Graphics Cards. This warranty is for replacement for like items only. Lifetime Replacement Warranty does not cover items out of production if PNY no longer stocks them. (Lifetime is defined as the lifetime of the product on the market. Outdated technology is not covered by lifetime warrnaty if the item is no longer available on the common market as a new product."
DO NOT BUY PNY PRODUCTS. Spend a little more money and buy from a honest and dependable company.

Overheated then failed.
Pros: This Geforce 9800 GT is a standard in any gamers arsenal.
Cons: I had this card for about 4 months. It ran very hot, after several months it started causing my screen to flicker. I tested it on 2 motherboards with the same result. A month later it started flickering heavily then died and took my computer with it. I had to reset my BIOS to get my computer back and downgrade to my previous card. I am very unhappy.

Hot headed
Pros: I am not going to lie. This card does get a little warm. But it has not prevented me from playing Crysis on High. Using the program "Speedfan" I've noticed the the graphics card idles around 56C. That's pretty warm. But, I cannot complain because it is very quiet. Even when I am playing Crysis, it stays pretty quiet and I have not received any lag.
Cons: Biggest con is heat.
Other Thoughts: You won't be afraid to start gaming with this card. I wasn't.

Average
Pros: Solid framerates on almost everything I threw at it. Fits my mid-tower case perfect. Came with a free game. CoD 5
Cons: Loud fan. High stock temps. no overclocking done and card idles around 64c. and got as high as 88c during an intense Fallout 3 session, which was causing huge FPS hits. I have more that adequate cooling for my case and even with the side off it still remained high.
Other Thoughts: I am hoping I just received a faulty card and am RMA'ing this one. Newegg Rocks!!!

This card is pure gold
Pros: Great card, love it, cant say enough about it runs all my games at high settings with 8x anti and some at ultra with 8x using 1360X786. As some have mentioned yes this card does dump into the case. Please be well aware of that before you buy it. Does have DVI to HDMI adapter.
Cons: nit picks: This is a longer card, my driver cd was useless no real software on the disk, and even then it kept saying that i had the wrong model of card(not really an issue, i get updated drivers on fresh installs anyway, but would of liked to see some mfgr included utils for the card). runs a lil warm. mine sits at around 47c idle and 65-70c with a load. (looking at a different case anyway, will update if this fixes the heat issue) but not really anything to take any eggs away for.
Other Thoughts: Theres no real complaints that i can think of about this card. It runs good, looks great and loves most any game avail now.

nice
Pros: runs anything that i throw at it with graphics maxed except Crysis Warhead(it ran maxed out but with "some" lag. "some" may be a little of an understatement.). it did run it perfectly with settings just over the default gamer settings (still looked awesome).
Cons: none.
Other Thoughts: i wish i had another slot for sli. would have difinitely bought two. but one works just fine for me. can't beat the price. definitely recommend for any gamer out there if you want awsome graphics for a great price.

Wonderful Video Card
Pros: runs all of my games at max settings and it all looks amazing
Cons: the video drivers gave me extreme problems when i installed them with my monitor. The drivers kept saying they were going to use the monitor's native resolution but the fun part about that was the monitor did not support that resolution.
Other Thoughts: Overall, its a great card.

8800GT/9800GT
Pros: Same as the 8800GT, as far as specs go. I have a PNY 8800GT 512Mb / 256bit 600 core clock 900 memory clock, which = 1800Mhz, Card will overclock and yes it does get fairly warm but thats the high performance for ya. I have a case fan blowing directly on it and it hangs around 65*c-70*c in games, nothing overclocked. That was before puting a Zalman VF1000 heatsink on it. Now it runs 45*c-50*c @ idle and no more than 65*c, even overclocked in games.
Cons: I'm sure the GPU is merly better than the 8800GT GPU, maybe the same, (IDK). These cards are the same price as the 8800GT. I do know that. Not really any cons for the 9800GT other than I like the cooling units on the 8800GT better.
Other Thoughts: If you want your card to run cool besure to have good air flow bcause these cooling units just blow the hot air right into your case circulating it back thru your VGA cooler. I use a 80mm to blow air on the VGA and 120mm to pull the air out (variable speed controled). If your case dosen't have the option of placing a fan to blow on your VGA(s) you may want to get a VGA(s) that blows the air out the back of your case such as the dual slot coolers (9800GTX+) I have used EVGA's Akimbo cooler, (dual slot, 8800GT) for a build and it was a winner, fan speed @ 100% GPU was 41*c @ idle.

Worth the price
Pros: - You'll get what you paid for: extreme graphics that you won't need to upgrade for awhile. - Will play all current games at max settings (providing you have the RAM to go with it) - Remember, this is a 1GB version. Doesn't get better than this kids.
Cons: - Pretty pricey. I think I should have gone for a 9600 or something a little lower since I don't play hardcore games like Crysis. But I know I won't need to upgrade for awhile.
Other Thoughts: Make sure you've got the RAM to go with this (and the CPU of course). Right now I'm running on 1GB of RAM and the performance boost I got from this card is immense. But I still get a few spikes which are obviously coming from the lack of RAM.
If you're willing to spend some money, this is definitely the card you want. IT'S A MONSTER.

Nice, but *HOT*
Pros: Single slot cooler, 1GB memory, great Newegg service, quick rebate!!
Cons: As the other reviews stated, this card runs *HOT*!!!! However, I have 3 case fans, so it only idles around 50c.
Other Thoughts: Had to RMA my first card since the fan kept speeding up and slowing down, and the card kept making popping sounds. Newegg was quick to send me out a replacement, and PNY processed my rebate very quickly!! This is a great card for somebody with an mATX case who can't afford to give up any real estate in their case to a VGA cooler that takes up another valuable slot. Rock on Newegg!!!!!!!!!!!

Pros: Great card! I've been playing PC games on a 3 year old card. What a difference! FPS went through the roof. Games now appear how they were intended to.
Cons: none so far
Other Thoughts: I was concerned the card wouldn't fit in my case (mobo is microATX). Card fit fine with room to spare for other components.

Sweet
Pros: Awesome card.. hands down.. can play every game i have including gta4 at maximum settings and resolution of 1650x1050 without so much as a flinch.. Called PNY about missing items from box, they were happy to send the hdmi and audio cable to me asap.
Cons: Very warm while under load, and make sure by all means your power supply is enough to handle.. Dont worry about how many watts it is, look at the amp rating on the 12v line. if under 20 amps you need to look at getting a new power supply along with purchase... when i called pny for the hdmi adapter, the guy asked me how many watt my power supply was, because they have had so many people having problems with these cards because their power supply was not powerful enough..
Other Thoughts: THIS CARD SCREAMS! my specs: Dell Inspiron 530 upgraded 650 watt corsair power supply 650tx Intel q6600 quad core overclocked to 3.0 ghz 3 gig memory PNY 9800gt Video card 22inch widescreen lcd

Great Card
Pros: It's the second high end graphics card I've had. I used to have a gForce 8500 GT with a gig of memory. I bought two of them to run SLI. It blows every game that I want to run out of the water, although I had to turn off the physX to get the SLI to run correctly. I run FEAR 2 at about 150 FPS, Crysis at 45-55, Crysis Warhead at 60+ at max settings. All in all this is a great graphics card that will last this generation of games.
Cons: It gets HOT! I had to add another fan to my case to keep my computer from overheating. And you need a very powerful power supply to run both, but that's to be expected.
Other Thoughts: My computer's specs. Model: Custom Maker: ME! Asus P5N-D Motherboard Intel Core 2 Duo 2.55 GHz 3.05 OC 1033 FSB 4 Gigs 5300 Ram 400 GB of HDD Video 2x nVidia 9800 GT

Nice Card
Pros: Single slot, 1GB, 9800 set. Cool, Quiet. Powerfull
Cons: provided software lacking, PNY box did not contain all listed items (DVI-HDMI adapter)
Other Thoughts: I did not purchase at NewEgg. I went to a big Box store with a yellow price tag for a logo. only because they had a nice presidents day sale. This card runs much cooler than the card it replaced (7900GS) also quieter under load. (7900GS was a PNY as well), So far it handles every thing i can toss at it without a problem, Idles at 37-46° Celsius, and the highest ive seen under load was 65°.
The retail box was missing the DVI-HDMI adapter, as its labeled as being provided on the label, i sent an email to PNY support, they only asked for proof of purchase (scan of the receipt). and they sent me the adapter via UPS in a week. Card is very sweet, I recommend it to anybody looking for a cost effective 9 series Nvidia card.

Love it!
Pros: So far this card has played anything I throw at it except for GTA4. But I'm sure that's because my processor doesn't meet the minimum requirements. I play Far Cry 2 single player mode in 1680 x 1050, 2x AA and everything on Very High except for Geometry which is set to Low and it pumps out a very playable 30 - 40 fps. Also, my PS is only about half the power this thing recommends. I have the stock PS that came with my HP which is 250 watts and 14 amps @ +12v. The recommended is 450 watts and 26 amps @ +12v. I picked up the card at Christmas time and haven't had a problem with the PS yet but I will be upgrading the PS as soon as I can. COD 4 and COD 5 play maxed out with 4x AA at 30 - 40 fps. Battlefield 2142 maxed with 4x AA runs 40 - 60 fps.
Cons: There are better cards for less money.
Other Thoughts: Just for the fun of it, I threw my card in a friends tower that has a PS that meets the recommended specs and on Far Cry 2 I noticed an improvement of 5 - 10 fps. So it does pay to have a good PS. Also, my mobo only has PCI-E 1.0 so that might be holding back on the frame rates as well.
My specs: HP a6010n tower Scrapped the stock Vista for XP Pro SP3 Performance Edition 1.8 Ghz Core 2 Duo 2 GB DDR2 RAM 1 TB Hard Drive 9800GT 1GB GDDR3 21" 1680 x 1050 Sceptre Monitor

PNY 1GB 9800GT
Pros: I bought this card to complete the SLI config on my EVGA 680i mobo. I have a 24in. Dell monitor and with some of the graphic intense games,( ie. Total War) frame rates would drop on those huge maps with all the units with only one 9800 card. No more! Cooling has not been a problem with 2 120mm fans. It was easy to install in my Thermaltake Shark case and size was not a problem for the mobo or the case.
Cons: None to date
Other Thoughts: I am considering adding an additional fan with a speed controller to be sure I don't get into heat issues later. My system: Duo core intel 6700 2.6 (OC 3.4mhz) Thermaltake 700 watts PSU 1 GB (500x2) in Raid 0 2 Optiarc DVD Drives 2 PNY 9800GT 1GB cards(SLI)

Excelence as usual from PNY!
Pros: to Start out, while right now the 1024mb ram doesn't make a visible difference over other cards of this type . in the future as Games and Apps get more memory and CPU intensive this card will outlast the rest. on top of that it makes Rendering at home less of a chore. it cut my rendering times in half over my EVGA 7600 with 512mb. Fan is super Quiet, runs nice and cool. the card i got actually looks like it has an upgraded heat sink and fan from teh one in the pictures. it now covers the entire board and cools all the major components (GPU, RAM, Etc.). so i wouldn't try to regoop it unless you know what you are doing. i haven't bothered overclocking since my CPU cant seem to keep up with it stock. no graphics lag, and only minor stuttering when playing Oblivion with everything on high, i attribute this to my CPU or Drive. since both are aging.
Cons: This this is HUUUUUUUUUUUUUGE, i mean massive. when i read people saying how big it was i wasn't really prepared. it only takes up 1 slot, but just barely, i wouldn't put anything bigger than a USB extention port beneath it or you'll likely cover up the fan. on top of that its about a 1/4 inch taller and about 3 inches longer than my 7600. its really long, i had to move my Sata port because it blocks off the top 2 on my MB and i had to move my IDE to the side port for my CD drive. both kinda annoyed me. but hey, you cant expect them to cram all of that memory on 1 small little board and not expect to have overheating problems.
Other Thoughts: it takes a 6 prong connector for extra power. it comes with an adapter for this if you don't have one for your PSU but it takes two- four prong connectors to do it. if your PSU doesn't have one built in you probably need a new one anyways. it Comes with a DVI to VGA adapter as well as a DVI to HDMI adapter (in case you don't have a free DVI port on your tv) both work well (tested both) got full 1080p on it, didn't test any higher since my monitor would kill me. it has a SPDIF out if you have the need, dongle gets the job done. System specs CPU AMD Athlon 64 3500+ 2.2ghz (OC 11%) RAM 2x 2GB Corsair DDR2 5200 MB ASUS M2npv-vm Micro atx (AM2 socket) HD Seagate 300gb 7200rpm PSU 550W Coolermaster. Games I've played with it. (highest spec possible) Counter Strike source - perfect, never went below 120 FPS Team Fortress 2 - Awesome again, never below 90 fps WoW- never a problem everything high 120fps+. Oblivion - average 60 fps, occasional burp. CPU related.

1 GB GeForce 9800
Pros: Has its own fan and huge 1GB and it's quiet
Cons: This thing is huge, I had problems fitting it in and my case is really large. It has a second 6 prong plug for power on the left end that interferes with my hard drives. Couldn't really tell this from the photos. If only it was in the front or bottom, it would have been a lot easier to fit in, even then I had to just slide it between two hard drives. Just make sure your case is large enough for it..
Other Thoughts: Really long card, this thing is huge!!!

Pros: Card came quickly as usual and did perform well. I changed from running 2*6800s to this and it was a slight upgrade. Didn't do as well on my Vista computer as it did on my friend's XP computer. Overall a decent card though. I am sure if I can afford to buy another one and run SLI again it'll smash what I used to run.
Cons: Came with a letter in the box from PNY saying it was missing the Internal HDMI audio cable and the DVI to HDMI adapter. Neither of which I was in need of so I will be calling them tomorrow to get them. They said you just call them and they will send it.
Other Thoughts: Overall a decent experience. I wasn't willing to spend $300+ on a video card and this did what I was expecting it to for the price.

Dried out TIM, and Toasty Mosfets
Pros: Installed the card and downloaded drivers from nvidia's site, and that was it. (overclocks to 690 core/1620 shader/2000 mem)
Cons: Before messing with overclocking left everything at stock. This card gets hot!
Other Thoughts: Wonder how long the mosfets can take the heat before start popping, could use some heatsinks on them. The thermal Interface Material was dried out all I needed was a brush to clean the chip and heatsink also air pockets as a result of TIM drying out. Replaced tim started playing with fan speed and overclocking.

Great Card - Minor Problems
Pros: Excellent Card, runs everything well. Theres not a game out there that can severly tax this card. Price point..
Cons: After a few months running I started to notice a electrical buzz. The graphics are not hindered in the least but the buzz is present only under graphical loads, the higher the load the louder the buzz becomes. When the cards not under graphical load, it whines subtly. I contacted PNY, after about 40 minutes on hold and then another 40 with a rep I got the RMA acceptance .. will send it back as soon as my backup card arrives.
Other Thoughts: After reviewing the issue with "Electrical Buzzes" from various other customers of ( Nvidia Cards ) I am debating making the switch to a Rad.

Awesome!!!
Pros: I must say WOW! I've been using 7900gs SLI for some time and this card blows it out of the water. I've maxed everything in GTAIV and the 9800gt takes it like a champ. No problems, no fuss. 1GB ram makes a huge difference.
Cons: This thing is a HUGE! I have an Antec Sonata II so this card barely fits. The pcie power cord pushes against the center of my fan. Luckily it won't get chewed up. Got this card somewhere else for slightly less.
Other Thoughts: What I've got: E4300 @ 1333fsb 3.0Ghz 8gb G.Skill DDR2 800 2x 250GB 7200rpm Seagate PNY 9800GT 1GB

Friggin A
Pros: 1GB, what's not to love? I went through building a new pc, read a few reviews on here and figured I'd try this card out for my rig. Once I had it installed, it worked flawlessly. Insane graphics on everything i play now. I recently purchased a 2nd one so I can run SLI. All i can say is wow, what an improvement it makes to do that. If you have the budget to purchase two for SLI, DO IT!!! it will flip your world upside down.
Cons: The on-board fans do blow into the case, which could be a bother for a few, but with my case design it works well with the air flow.
Other Thoughts: This card rocks!

Tears of joy!
Pros: Didn't buy this card from NewEgg; however, this thing is amazing! Wanted 1024mb of ram on GPU and this was the only (name brand) card I could find under $200+. BF2 series @ 1024x768, MAX settings (AF 8x) steady 94-100 fps. BF2142 (same settings as above) 88-99 fps. Crysis 1152x864, High settings, AA 8x, 38-50 fps. Other games, such as: Company of Heroes, C&C, and all of the Half-Life series, run maxed-out flawlessly.
No plans to OC. Stock settings are perfect for my gaming needs.
Cons: none.
Other Thoughts: I recently put together a "budget gaming system" and purchased this as my GPU. I hadn't pieced together a PC in roughly six years (the last being my dead 462-pin, AGP system). Needless to say, I've kept myself busy trying to catch up on the latest and greatest in regards to component research. The most difficult task was trying to manage the plethora of GPU's/Mobos/CPUs that have been popping up everywhere. It was fairly difficult to make up my mind on what to choose... brands, clock speeds, pipelines, regular or unscented. In the end it came down to the almighty dollar; however, I am more than satisfied!
My current specs: ASUS M3A78 Pro AMD Athlon 64 X2 7750 2.7GHz Kuma (Black Ed.) 4GB Crucial DDR2 1066 PNY GeForce 9800 GT 1GB GDDR3 Cooler Master eXtreme RP-500-PCAR 500W Seagate 7200.11 rpm 500GB Sata Viewsonic G810 Win XP
MOBO, GPU, CPU, RAM, and Sata Drive are my new additions. Cost was under $500.

Great card for your buck
Pros: Good value and good fit. Runs everything great so far.
Cons: None.
Other Thoughts: Driver software it shipped with wouldn't install. This may be a Vista problem. After installing it Vista shows it as "Standard VGA Adapter." After putting in an older card Vista recognized it and was happy to install the driver. I had to visit nvidea and download their driver to get it to work. Minor inconvenience as long as you have network access.

Good card
Pros: Good card plays any thing i want it to,easy to install, Comes with any thing you will need to get the power to it, ready to go out of the box if you have windos vista,
Cons: rather large, needs a min of 450 W power suply, PNY dose not got the best suport, price found it a week later for $104 with tax,
Other Thoughts: Thier is no way in saying whos falt it is but thier is the problum nvlddmkm lots of people have this problum it comes and gose for evey one. it can be a BSOD ( blue screen of death ) or just not run on boot up or just when u play things that have a Dx 10 need.

Great Card, great value
Pros: -A gig of GDDR3 memory -runs quiet, makes no noice at all -Overclocks easy -never had a crash -Takes SLI and PCI-e 2.0 -5.9 Vista index score -Frontlines:Fuel of War in box -got mine with rebate and Call of Duty 5 free
Cons: -will need 1 6-pin power connector, but this is expected -will bottleneck unless u have PCI-e 2.0,
Other Thoughts: My Computer Specs: AMD Phenom 9500 quad-core @ 2.2Ghz, 3GB DDR2 RAM @ 667Mhz, PNY Nvidia GeForce 9800GT 1GB, 500W power supply
This Card will do what you want it to. Auto-settings for CoD 5 are all maxxed, Crysis auto-settings are High, runs WoW all maxxed beautifully even with a regular PCI-e interface power, comes withs DVI-HDMI connector. Buy this card, for $150 it was a steal, it will run everything I throw at it even with a lower clocked quad when most games will not even use more then 2 cores

Great Video Card
Pros: Run very quiet, easy to install
Cons: Does require a PCI-E power connector, or two molex/peripheral connector, but most power supplies have those.
Other Thoughts: By installing this video card I double my frame rate on World of Warcraft and Counter Strike: Source

Cool
Pros: Oblivion, Fallout 3. Battfield 2142 run at near highest settings, widescreen, with smooth video. I never max shadows.
Gig of RAM. Can't really argue with that.
Price is not bad. When I bought, it had a rebate.
Cons: I had to download the drivers. The ones on the disk didn't work at all. But you should download the newest drivers anyway.
As others will say, it is large. I have a Dell Vostro 200. I swapped my 8600 256 MB for this one and it is a great improvement. But it barely fits. In fact in my case, its "like a glove".
Other Thoughts: Dell Vostro 200 MicroTower
Pentium 8400 3.0 GHZ C2D (had to update BIOS)
3 Gig RAM
Basically I have upgraded the processor, video and RAM and it made for a great computer. It came with a 1.6 C2D with a slower FSB and smaller L2 Cache. The 8600 Video Card and 512 of RAM.
I did have to upgrade my PSU as well. My computer did not have Molex (all SATA) or the 6 pin connector, nor was the 300 Watts enough. (Oddly the 12 v rails carried amples amps at 18) This is not a negative. Its necessary. But you should be mindful of it.
Which brings me to the point that if you are looking for an upgrade this will be a nice one. But bear in mind that upgrading leads to more upgrading.
At some point you get a new comp. Mine is now maxed.

I'm worried.
Pros: None so far.
Cons: This card runs VERY hot. I do not overclock. It Idles at 61c. Graphics are also choppy on some games compared to my friends EVGA 9800gt. His runs much cooler as well. Thinking about an RMA.
Other Thoughts: Hopefully I just got a bad card and this isn't a problem with all of them.

Awesome Graphics Card
Pros: This is an excellent graphics card that allows games such as Far Cry2, Crysis, GTA4, COD4, etc, to be played at a high resolution with high settings. Highly recommended! Great value for the price!
Cons: No cons; however, this card does requires 2 MOLEX power connectors.
Other Thoughts: If you plan on playing a game that requires a lot of video memory such as GTA4, I would suggest this card. I have a stock Q6600, 4gb RAM, Gigabyte P35-DS3L, PNY 9800GT and I get 49FPS in GTA4 on 1440x900 with all high settings. In COD4 I get about 200FPS.
@ Reviewer Dave - Vista will allow more than 4gb of RAM if you are running a 64bit version of the OS. 32bit operating systems only allow up to 3gb.

Awesome
Pros: This bad boy owns, before i had a stock compaq somthin somthin with a gig of ram etc. Upgraded ram to 2.5 gigs (cant have four cuz of vista Os <---c#@p) and got my graphics card stuck in. It blows through any movie i wanna play and it wants to run my games on very high. Gamecrusher for sure. Get it, it gets a windows vista score of 5.9 which is as high as you can go.
Cons: Its large, for stock storebought comps its a tight fit. get a full tower if you wish for more room.
Other Thoughts: If you wanna run games on high this is your coice, BUT FIRST check your cpu if its lke 2.0 ghz it will make your games run laggy, low fps. I found out the hard way. It really sucks. But there is a 3.1 ghz proccessor for about 76 bucks on here. check it out.
