Worked great for upgrading old PC to Win7
Pros: Fast, supports Windows 7 with Aero enabled, easy install.
Cons: Fan creates a high-pitched whining noise that's a little on the loud side compared to other fans I've got in other systems. It gets a little annoying after a while. I knocked off an egg for the noise.
Other Thoughts: I used this to upgrade an old low-profile form factor PC with AGP so I could run Windows 7. It's the only card NewEgg had that fit, but it works great. I didn't use the disk that came with it, I just installed it and Win7 automatically found it and installed the right drivers. Works really well and allows me to run Aero and Media Center without issues.

FX5200TV
Pros: Does what it is made to do, output video to the screen.
Cons: The fan does add noise to the system, but it wasn't anything I couldn't get used to. After a few days, I don't even notice it anymore.
Other Thoughts: I bought this only to get 16:9 resolutions with my new Acer X203H 20" screen. It works well with my Dell Optiplex GX-150.

Works on Dell 4600c
Pros: *Quick, easy installation *No need to install drivers from CD-ROM; latest drivers can be downloaded automatically *One of the best cards you can get for an older slim PC like mine
Cons: *None so far
Other Thoughts: This product is great. I have an older Dell 4600c and needed a new graphics card when my old one started to go faulty. I could have used the integrated graphics module but I wanted something a bit better. Problem was, there aren't that many low-profile AGP cards out there that an older PC like this can handle, especially with the limited power supply (160 W). I'm glad I found the Jaton FX5200 card at Newegg. Installation was a breeze and I think I've got a bit better jump than I had with my old card (or the integrated unit). If you need a card to update an older, slim-model PC then this might be your answer, too.

Great for GeeXbox!
Pros: Low Profile Ready w/ bracket included. Has a handy RCA video output as well as an S-Video output. Works right out of the box with GeeXboX version 1.2.3. AGP for older systems. This card is one of the only AGP low profile cards out there with good TV out capability.
Cons: AGP slot elicits curses. I have only installed a few AGP cards in my day, and not a single one was a slick fit. This is typical of AGP, but be prepared for it nonetheless. Fan quality does indeed appear a little lacking. No problems yet, but...
Other Thoughts: Heck, it's good for what I need it to do: Sit in an old Dell Optiplex GX240 and run video into my A/V distribution system. No fuss, no muss! It works well with GeeXboX installs. If you have an old Pentium desktop box laying around and want to turn it into a media computer, this would be a great choice.

Pros: It's low profile, and can handle most modern games at medium-low settings.
Cons: The fan whines.
Other Thoughts: I purchased this as an upgrade to the integrated graphics in a small-form factor Dell, so I could play Portal. It served its purpose admirably.

Good but not great.
Pros: Perfect for a basic E-mail machine, runs cool with low power draw. Reliable, long lasting Jaton product.
Cons: Fan squealed horribly for 30 seconds on start up during winter if temps in the computer room was 55 degrees or less. not realy a con though..I sure the never meant for it to be used in freeing weather lol!
Very unstable with current Nvidea drivers, just use what comes in the box.
It WILL struggle with old games like Max Payne 2 or Morrowind, But streaming video looks great compared to the SIS video on my E-mail machine.
Other Thoughts: It's not for gaming or watching Hi-Def ,it's a good and inexpensive card for elderly machines that have CRT displays and minimal graphical requirements.
If you can spend a little extra, Jaton's 6200 series AGP cards are worth every penny. Great cards, Great company..I highly recommend them to friends.
P4 2.26, 1 gig DDR 333, XPsp3, Jaton 6200 512 Mb. AGP card (Replaced this FX5200) ASUS IDE 22x DVD in a In-Win 300BT case.

Does what's intended
Pros: Does what I wanted it to do, which is provide a TV out port for my Dell GX270.
Cons: The fan on this card has an annoying, high-pitched whine.
Other Thoughts: I purchased this card to provide my web-browsing/e-mail system a TV out port to hook up to my projector. When using the Composite port, I got no signal, but I believe that's due to the length of the cable (50' not all of it needed). Ended up having to purchase a 12' S-Video cable and it worked perfectly.
The high-pitched whine from the fan is really annoying as when I'm browsing the web or checking e-mails, there's no other noise. This system is on 24/7 and even across the room, when reading a book, I can hear the fan's noise. Thinking of replacing it with a fanless card.

Power warning!
Pros: Easy to install and worked really well, at times, on an old Dell Dimension 4300s desktop.
Cons: REQUIRES minimun of 250 watts to run! My video monitor kept going out and after several phone calls to Jaton, we figured out that the video card was sucking out too much juice from the system. :( Had to retrun it.
Other Thoughts: Excellent Newegg service, as usual. No problems with getting an RMA.

It works with netflix.
Pros: I don't own this card but I own a FX 5200 - BUT I had to clear something up. These cards DO work with Netflix connected directly to a TV. You have to use the Netflix Silverlight player. (silverlightoptin). I had the same issue with DRM until I used the new player. Now I have my PC with a FX 5200 connected to the TV only with uvnc to remote into it. Works like a charm.
Cons: none
Other Thoughts: IT WORKS WITH NETFLIX!

Janton 3Dforce
Pros: Easily installed and was a total no Brainer to connect. Also came with an additional plate to remove for versatility between towers or small form factor PC's Mine is a small form factor so it was PERFECT!
Cons: Needed to contact the direct manufacturer in order to get specifics on this product that the site didn't have. Not too much of a con because I asked and got the direct answer that drove me to this purchase.
Other Thoughts: After two returns on from other sites this has to be by far the better step up from other suppliers online.

Great Card for the Money
Pros: If you have a old Dell Optiplex GX240-270 small desktop computer this card does the trick for improving graphics. It works with Windows XP/Vista or Ubuntu Linux without a hitch. I've bought 3 so far, no issues.
Cons: Nvidia isn't providing driver updates for this card using Vista, you're kinda stuck with what's on the CD that ships with the card (no problem with XP or Ubuntu).
Other Thoughts: Thanks New Egg, not a big selection on the low profile cards but some is definitely better than none.

Good card but..
Pros: This card does just fine when it comes to DVDs, streaming video, older games, etc. I have it in an old Dell Optiplex connected to a TV as a media center and I like it just fine except that....
Cons: It will NOT work with streamed Netflix Watch Now movies with only a TV plugged into it. For some messed up reason, nvidia drivers don't like the Netflix DRM. Netflix says it will work fine if you plug in a VGA monitor and a TV, but not with a TV only. Go figure. Anyways, get an ATI if you plan to stream Netflix.
Other Thoughts: I would be completely satisfied with this card if it weren't for the pathetic DRM issues. Another case of paying customers being shortchanged by archaic, draconian anti-piracy measures. There are a couple of hacks to bypass the issue. One includes soldering 75 Ohm resistors to a VGA plug to make a monitor dummy. This did not work for me. The other fix is to rollback the drivers to older version. This also did not work for me nor did Omega drivers.

Noisy Fan
Pros: Cheap, runs fine, had no trouble installing on XP.
Cons: The fan is very noisy. It's by far the loudest fan in the case - I can hear it from down the hall. No fan speed control with this chipset.
Other Thoughts: Not good for an HTPC.

I hate stock fans
Pros: Card itself works great, I use the s-video port to display to my tv.
Cons: Card fan died after about 2 months of use. Replacements are hard to find, too, after purchasing one I had to resize it. And by resize, I mean take a hacksaw and grinder to it.
Other Thoughts: Card = good, fan = bad

Oldie but goodie
Pros: The 4X truely works. Fan is adequate. Comes with both height brackets. NVidia driver from website worked great. Did not try the enclosed CD. I will just throw another fan on it if it the fan goes like a few have said.
Cons: None so far
Other Thoughts: Needed this for my DELL GX260 minitower at work. Worked like a champ. The mobo could only handle 4X and this card stepped down great. I actually bought the open box one. All the stuff came with it. The manual was dog-eared but, big deal, who reads those anyway? Got it two days...Newegg is the bomb, eh?

Pros: What it does, it does well. I bought this card to go in a small form factor compaq case so that I could set up a tv recording/video playing box. Its got s-video, and it works.
Cons: The fan dies 3 months after I bought it, and replacements are 15-45 bucks, nearly what I paid for it, and I'm not really sure if a replacement will still allow the card to fit, the case is small form factor.
Other Thoughts: Newegg is good as always, the card does what it is designed to do, I'm just sick of replacing junk chipset fans on mobos and video cards because the manufacturers are cheap.

Great for what It's intended
Pros: Perfect fit for my Dell GX150 secondary PC. I like the 4x agp support because that is all that motherboard supports. Love the tv outs. Never had a single problem with either component or s-video outs. The picture from both is surprisingly clear. The fact that they send both normal height and low profile brackets is good. So if needed it can be installed in either a full desktop case or a small form-factor case.
Cons: I don't quite like the nvidia control panel and the fact that the display flickers if you even begin to start to change any display settings.
Other Thoughts: Great card for the price.

Great little card
Pros: Comes with SFF slot and is very quiet. Has NO problem at all displaying video on the primary 17" CRT and secondary 42" Plama. The video quality looks actually better than my real DVD player.
Cons: Still a little low on the performance side, but what do you expect from an iddy-biddy card?
Other Thoughts: Only been using it for a few days as the video board in a entertainment center PC. Don't know if it would handle any gaming but DVD-video playback is excellent (even on a 42-inch widescreen plasa display.)

Jaton AGP Low Profile Video
Pros: Do not notice any fan noise. Like the low profile bracket that is provided, otherwise I would not have purchased. I use in an HP Small Form Factor PC, good fit and with the addition of a slot cooling fan, this video card stays cool.
Cons: During setup of video properties, the display will blank momentarily each time a selection is made. When you click on the NVidia icon near the clock, the display will blank momentarily. Annoying, but changing display properties is not something you do daily. Remove that icon from your startup programs and the temptation to click and get a display flash will vanish.

Pros: This card has the L-P bracket for my father's Dell. Responsive tech support.
Cons: This card came DOA, with little information. After an hour's worth of work, I was still unable to get the card to work. Another hour with tech support, who was very nice, wasn't any help.

OK in Dell Optiplex GX260 small form factor desktop
Pros: Works fine in above listed machine Comes with full and half height brackets
Cons: none yet
Other Thoughts: I needed a half-height card for the GX260 and this one fits the bill. It's being used as a KnoppMyth PVR, and I've had good luck with the nVidia cards. This one has SVideo and Composite out, all connectors usable in the half-height slot on the Dell. Of course, delivery was NewEgg's standard "blindingly fast".

ehh...
Pros: Excellent Composite Video output (single RCA cable - aka, 'yellow wire'). Absolutely PERFECT for a home theatre PC. Very cheap! Comes with the LOW PROFILE bracket as well as the 'regular' size bracket.
Cons: Garbage heatsink+fan... had one bad one, RMA'd for a good one.
Other Thoughts: Originally, I got this for my HTPC running Fedora Core Linux. Worked GREAT with the Nvidia Beta drivers (I forget the driver #). However, after a few days of 24-7 operation I noticed the case itself becoming very hot near the video card, and then the picture went to heck. RMA'd through NEWEGG for a new one. Very speedy -- you guys rock the party that rocks the party. Got an aftermarket heatsink + fan for the replacement, and its running at normal temps now... and the picture is EXCELLENT.

Excellent low profile upgrade
Pros: Went into a Dell Dimension 4300s. Card went in and booted up with no issues. Never used the dsub, it has been connected to s-video since its first boot. Movies and tv shows look excellent (after some adjustments) on TV.
Cons: Had to tweak the screen size and position in the nVidia control panel to get rid of wavy lines on side of screen.
Other Thoughts: Don't even bother with CD drivers, downloaded the most recent drivers from Jaton.com.

Works in a Mythtv Frontend
Pros: I am using this great Low-profile AGP Nvidia Card in a mythtv frontend. TV Output quailty is great!
Cons: Wish it was not actively cooled. The fan is somewhat loud.
Other Thoughts: As another reviewer said Composite Video works fine in Color. You just need to tell the driver you're using composite, not svideo.

Works for me
Pros: Installed easy. Used latest ForceWare drivers. Perfect for a home theatre PC. PowerDVD works well off the composite.
Cons: Switching brackets was a little tricky because of having to use a needle nose plier near the TV out. It wasn't too bad. Manual was kinda light, but most of us should be able to install the card without it.
Other Thoughts: Composite video works fine in color. Just while the TV is plugged in, you switch it to composite in the NVidia control panel. Also, works well without having a monitor plugged into it.

Pros: Definately some good, some not-so hot. Installation quick and easy in my AGP8x slot. Works fine. Installation guide was comprehensive. (but, see cons) Don't know what the other user talking about, the primary output (VGA D-sub) works just fine from the get-go on my 17" LCD. Nvidea makes a wonderful chipset/driver/software bundle. They really made all the bells and whistles in a user friendly GUI, so that even the beginner could make it all happen. No glitches, flickers, or weirdness on primary display; behaves well. Not gaming with it though, this is strictly a web browsing machine.
Cons: 2nd output for TV: the composite output (RCA jack) is black&white ONLY. In order to get a second picture in color, I had to use the S-video jack. Still trying to work out why that output is so grainy and weak, though. I've tried every possible adjustment. A users guide would have been nice- when I bought my other card (Nvidea 6600GT series, made by XFX), there was plenty of Nvidea multiscreen (Nview) users documentation. This card came with NONE.
Other Thoughts: I never use the install disk for drivers, there's too many times where the mfgr realizes revisions were required. I just go straight to the mfgr site for latest drivers right from the start. No problems there, though. Jatons website is pretty limited, but at least the latest drivers are readily available. I think I paid the right price for it- it's a $40 video card, nothing more.

Great budget AGP card with low profile bracket
Pros: Low profile bracket included, low price, decent overclocking potential with Coolbits, decent fan.
Cons: None for this price range.
Other Thoughts: This is a good card for a system used for productivity with occasional gaming. If you are a hard core gamer then you probably should have a board that support PCI x16, so I don't know why people dog this card when it is a great choice for it's intended use. You might spring for the 256 MB version for a few bucks more if you can afford it.

Great price - great performance
Pros: Exactly as expected, when I was looking for a good integration of the NVIDIA Geforce FX5200 chipset for AGP 4X/8X. This is a $100+ card for less then half that.
Cons: (no cons)
Other Thoughts: Look closely, there is no Digital interface slot.

Low-Profile, Poor Performance
Pros: Low-Profile or half-height card.
Cons: Poor video output. Had to max out the refresh rate to stop the monitor (DLP TV) from flickering.
Other Thoughts: Installed in a Dell 4600C. Found that the on-board Intel Extreme Graphics 2 was better with the updated Driver.

It works for GeeXbox
Pros: It is working for GeeXbox to display in both TV and PC monitor. Now I can watch movie on TV. The PC is like a DVD player though.

Works like a charm
Pros: This is a low profile card which was needed for my dads Dell 4600c. I wasnted to LAN some games and i needed a card to play them. Good deal for the money and works well.
Cons: well, its only 128mb and doesnt have the power like my ATI x850, and a bit choppy on the hard games like battlefront and pain killer.
Other Thoughts: in you need a low pro card for a dell 4600c I'd day its a perfect fit!!!

Pros: Works perfect! Using this on my Media Center 2005 PC hooked up to my television. Was extremely easy to OC using the coolbits registry key and it overclocked a lot more than I anticipated. Plays HL2 with all settings as high as they go and pretty much works near perfect. Never had a heat problem so far and I use it nonstop pretty much. Doesn't lag when gaming, even when overclocking, and gets decent FPS with all settings on high.
Cons: None.
Other Thoughts: thanks newegg, you're awesome.

Very good graphics
Comments: This is a very good value for the money. Actually shaved off about two seconds off the PC's boot time! Though the display on a secondary monitor (TV on composite/s-video) was not too clear, I would rate this card one of the best at what it is supposed to primarily do: provide a display as clear as it could on a PC monitor.

cards are decent
Comments: Well worth the money. Have tested these cards in many environments and with many applications. Games, well that depends on settings both graphics and computer itself. Doom 3 will run in playable state if you can set it right. Multi Monitor / multi graphics card setup. You need only 5200 chipsets, mix causes errors. Out of 100+ cards, had about 10 faulty. if you have problems try replacing the card.

Didnt meet requirments.
Comments: This card did not support multi monitors as it would not run anything higher than 600x450 on any system with more than one graphix card.

Great Graphic Card for Low Profile Systems
Comments: I recently just recently got this graphic card and its great all my games look really sharp and it runs smooth and the fan on this card is extremely quiet. I like the fact that it came with the really small bracket (which i needed for my Mini-PC) and i love it! I Recommended this for low profile computers.

Comments: This is a great card for the price, for any of you looking for a good video card for a second computer or even a third "in my case" or just an "el-cheapo" computer, this is the card for you, besides, its a bit overclockable, and even comes with a game, its a full version that is a free download, but this is for people who like to have originals for everything :-D Sweet lil quiet fan too!
