Pros: hmm its good for the price. definite buy if your on a tight budget, but want some good power as well

Cons: the card is HUGE. make sure you have enough room in your case. i had to pinch it in on my NZXT Guardian.

Pros: The card woks great it has a 4.7 on the windows experience rating, so that is average, and it tuns most games on high settings

Cons: i still havent received my rebate, its been 3 months
and card requires 6 pin pci connector? no reson at all why it needs it except to maybe power the most obnoxious fan ever

Other Thoughts: i cant quite say im happy as i wish i was, im out 25 bucks and my computer screams from that horrible fan, but other then that this is a very powerful card in a pretty nice package

Pros: The price!! Also a great looking card!! Very good graphics and system compatibility!!! Also very stable with proper driver suuport!!!

Cons: None other than the driver that comes with this card! Not that big of a deal but you can get a much better driver by going to the Nvidia support and searching for your os!!!

Other Thoughts: These cards are great!! I do not understand the fact that they only have a 55% rating! I have bought two of these and they are well built and with the proper driver; you can't ask for a better card not to mention the free game that tags along with this card! I would not hesitating on buying another one!!!

Pros: It runs COD4 and COD WAW fine and does what i need it to do, so its a thumb up

Cons: The fan is very loud, and the size is very big, it took me awhile to put it in my PC, but it was worth it

Pros: Very cost effective. My mom's Friend, Who works with computers for a living, says it can do crysis on high. Can't Test it because it doesnt work well with a pentium 4. Good thing my new stuff is on the way :)

Cons: Needs to be paired with a good processor, Then agian, Most cards do.

Other Thoughts: I dont use my PCI slots really so this is not a con for me.
On my specific motherboard im using, it covers a PCI slot. This may be a downside for some users who like their PCI slots.

Pros: Good buy for the price. I bought to run World of Warcraft and it gives me 30fps in Dalaran, using video setting in high (which is pretty intense). Lowering the details, I can get 78fps in Orgrimmar. Installed on Windows XP 32 bits without problems, automatically downloading the drivers from Microsoft, which were newer than the ones on the CD.

Cons: The noise drives me crazy, it is just too loud for a PC. My advice is to replace the fan.

Pros: Have owned the card now for sevral months, has ran flawlessly. There was a minor driver problem when i first got the card, but i think nvidia had some bad drivers or something. I dont know how people can say this fan is loud. I cant notice it any different than my computer fans. If your that concerned about a fan noise, i guess you shouldnt be running a desktop computer. I have heard MUCH MUCH louder Fans. Card handeled Ntune very nicely. Never had any problems. I actually just run the card plane old jane now. no overclockers or anything. and runs Wow and left for dead. and all that, failry well. around 25-30 FPS on everything on maxx settings. So very much enjoyable for the price of this card.

Cons: As i said. the XFX drivers that came with the card are somewhat buggy. other than that. Nothing going to www.nvidia.com didnt fix . The card is rather long. i almost had to cut the stock barebones case that i bought for the system. but i just changed the order my harddrives are located. Make sure u have room in your case ;)

Other Thoughts: i kinda wish i woulda pony'd up a little more dough, and gotten a gtx 265 or 270 card. This one dont quite perform as well as i was hoping. Id really like everything to be 100 % smooth. But really. Im not complaning. this card runs beautifuly. Expecially for the price. and dont seem to power hungry. as long as you have the power expansions. but i have a pretty teched out power supply

Pros: Graphics works very well, runs every game i have with no problems(Just some lag sometimes on need for speed undercover on high settings, nothing major but worth to mention); came with 2 awesome games, plus the rebate makes it more worthwile.

Cons: The fan is extra loud.

Other Thoughts: If you submit a support ticket with XFX they will send you a cable to lower the noise of the card; It lowered the noise on mine about 50%; I haven't had any freezing problems of any kind.

Other Thoughts: This card is great. I bought it for 80 base price on the 2nd of June and of course they lowered the price and threw in WaW then next day >=( but Newegg is cool so they let me get the benefits anyway =D
The fan is louder then is should be, didn't even notice until I had to pick a pretzel off my floor yesterday and had my ear right next to it, so it's not that bad.
The fact that it comes with 2 of the greatest games there are and its 60 after mail-in should make you want this if you want a decent computer for games. I can run Fallout 3 at about medium and it's beautiful and runs smooth. Also can run GTA4 with a little lag here and there at medium, but nothing serious (when I say medium I mean the texture, shadows, gamma 2, anti-aliasing x2, and the resolution at about 1440x900)
Love it, get it if you want a computer that can run today's games.

Pros: Came with lots of goodies, works in some computers apparently. Newegg was great, as usual.

Cons: The card would cause my computer to crash whenever anything graphics related was used. Games, videos, you name it, it crashed within seconds. I tried everything, bios, drivers, reformat with no results. Contacted XFX and support said that this is a recurring problem with this particular card sometimes and they are not quite sure why. They provided an RMA # but told me there was no point in doing so because they could not guarantee the replacement would work. XFX basically left me with no options other than being stuck with the faulty card.

Other Thoughts: Beware of this card, it may or may not work in your computer. Based on what I gathered from XFX, it is blind luck whether or not it will work w/your particular build, because they have no idea what the problem is. Do yourself a favor and google "9600 GSO freezing" and you will find dozens of people with the same exact problem.

Pros: It can run my games at medium settings and it works well.

Cons: Not exactly the best value nor is it high quality. The fan is LOUD and performance isn't anything wowing. It can play most games though but don't expect Xbox 360 quality.

Pros: Good graphics when it works.

Cons: My friend built my computer. He is very good with computers and any computer he has ever built me has worked fine until this one. Original build included his old AMD 64x2 processor and his old motherboard and ocz memory. The computer kept locking up so we assumed it was his old components and not the new graphics card. I ordered a new Phenom triple core processor, Asus Geforce 8300 motherboard, and G Skill 2x2gb ram. Surely this time the computer will work. We had the exact same problem. This time we removed the graphics card and used the on board video card from the motherboard. I have not had a problem since. I have since returned this card to get a refund and am waiting to purchase a different card. Mine was defective. I am not saying it is a bad card because the graphics looked great before it froze. Be aware of this issue if you purchase this card.

Pros: Great card with built in 1gb GDDR2. Bought this when it came with Call of Duty 4 and World at War free. What a deal! It also had a $20 mail in rebate. Works as advertised.

Cons: I ran into some hardware compatability issues with my ram. I was using 4x512mb OCZ platinum edition that was about a year and a half old and kept getting an error message. Replaced my OCZ memory with 2x2gb g skill 1066 and works great now. I needed the upgrade anyway.

Rating + 1 Do you love pain? if yes this is the one!


Pros: Worked well for a few months, then my nightmares started. I have a C2Q 6700, 4GRam, 650psu w/38Amps, I have tested my system several times, from Ram, Motherboard to PSU, everything is working fine, just this card showed great performance at the beginning, but after 4-5 months, it just went down the drain.

Cons: After having 2 exchanges and a very far from proactive tech support, I'm still struggling with my 2nd replacement, they keep sending me replacements that doesn't work they last a few months, and then again having to wait days for tech support to get their hands on my support ticket, and after 2 weeks of “tech support”, I would have the card exchanged for another that will last 3-4 months, this is insane!

Other Thoughts: What really makes me mad now, is that tech support doesn't even want to respond to my latest support ticket anymore; it’s like when you ask for help, the less attention you get, is it too much to asked for real help? every time I start a ticket, they delay more and more to respond to my support tickets, after doing several thorough test on my PC, they just don't continue to provide the help I need, this is not the support I can trust, I would just rather buy other brands, I will not buy an XFX product again!.

Rating + 4 Noise and size are serious drawbacks, otherwise, awesome! :)


Pros: Great performance, XFX added a lot of goodies with it :) and "double" lifetime warranty (if you register it). Free games included (games about our hero US troops) and other fun thins. Has a DVI to VGA adapter if you still have an old monitor! :)

Cons: The fan is INCREDIBLY LOUD! I cannot stress this enough, it's a nightmare! I had to buy a Zalman VF1000 quiet VGA cooler to be able to use my comp again without feeling like I am sitting next to a jet fighter's engine! You need to know what you are doing to be able to make this upgrade and you have to save all the rest of the parts, so in case you have a warranty issue, you can put their lousy fan back and send it in for warranty work.

Honestly, their fan is so bad, this card was running degrees 50c (122 F) in temp on IDLE!! It's harmful to your PC, so be aware!

Other Thoughts: All in all, my "cheap" video card ended up costing me around $120 (including the quiet fan/heatsink kit). I am glad I did this, comp performance REALLY improved after installing this, even though I am not too much of a hardcore gamer (I love classic games, so this card makes no difference there).

I would say get it, but check out the VGA cooler, because you will need it! ;)

Pros: free games with the card, or look at it this way free card with the games. why give away a card? see below

Cons: 9600gso is a catch all, with multiple configurations of memory 384 512 768 1024MB, memory type DDR2, DDR3, clockrates, memory interface 128,192,256bit, shader/stream processors 48 96... makes it very confusing to compare.

Other Thoughts: if memory bandwidth (frequency*buswidth) is important to you, despite the 1024Gb, this card has a weak 12.8Gb/sec, surprising many with lackluster performance. This is because it has only 128bit (lower than 192) and DDR2 (half the frequency of DDR3). The 18 month old 8800GS, some of which were rebranded 9600GSO had ~38.4Gb/sec because it was 192bit and DDR3 despite only holding 384Mb

Pros: Easy installation and a major improvement in the quality of the display on my new monitor.

Cons: My old video adapter was on-board with no fan, so there's definitely more noise than before, but it's not that bad.

Other Thoughts: I'm not a gamer but was looking to improve the display on the flatscreen I got months ago. Well, it worked. The price and service was great from Newegg. I found a similar one for a few dollars less but this one had a full GB vs 768MB, so, I'm happy. I installed this along with a new PSU (also from Newegg) and it only took a little over an hour to get it all working. This card is definitely worth the money.

Pros: None really

Cons: The first card I got had a really loud fan and would cause my system to lock up. So I RMA'ed it. The second card didnt have the loud fan issue but my machine continued to lock up. So I ran diagnostics on my machine and all hardware passed. I still started swapping parts. Replaced RAM, PSU, and MOBO. Same issue! I then started researching my parts for known issues. It seems the XFX 9600 series of cards are known for problems such as this. So after spending many hours on this and money on RMA's I don't know if I could buy XFX again.

Pros: I previously reported how loud the fan is on this card. It is still loud. But contacting XFX today, they are ending a resistor cable to make the fan run slower. I've read on some websites that this solves the noise issue. If so, then I'm mostly satisfied except for the hassle of waiting for another cable to install. A 3-wire fan with temperature sensor would be better. But this is an acceptable remedy to a pretty annoying issue. For those who can't tolerate the noise, get them to send a resistor cable. This lowers the voltage to the fan, forcing it to slow down.

Cons: Nothing additional.

Rating + 1 Noisy, Cheap components


Pros: It is thinner than some due to having a fan and not a very elaborate heatsink.

Cons: This card was built on the cheap, giving it a 2-wire fan controller instead of 3-wire on virtually all other moderate to high-end cards. This means the fan runs 100% CONSTANTLY from the second you turn the computer on to the second you turn it off. Whether in a 3-d game or DOS full-screen window, you've got this wind turbine going. I don't even know how to explain how annoying it is. I have a 3000 square foot house and can hear this fan throughout the entire house. Someone mentioned using software methods to turn the fan down, which is why I went ahead and bought it. I can tell you those absolutely do not work. Riva Tuner and other techniques cannot control a 2-wire fan. I wouldn't recommend this card to anyone.

Other Thoughts: I will absolutely never buy another XFX product. Stay away from this card unless you don't need to sleep. This is by far the noisiest computer product I've ever purchased. It might be going in the trash.

Pros: Comes with 2 games which together are worth $80.
Cost efficient

Cons: In a period of nine days, this card had given me 6 problems, so I'm exchanging it now. It was freezing and making artifacts, which irritated me. Hopefully the replacement won't have this problem.

Also note, that while the fan is always on, it's not unpleasant. It's like like a whine or humming sound, actually more like soft wind. Can barely be heard in other rooms, but no one minds due to it's gentle sound. I honestly didn't care weather I heard it or not.

Other Thoughts: I was running Company of Heroes and the Call of Duty games with everything turned almost all the way up, until it starting freezing on me.

Pros: Card works great. Came bundled with 2 great games that it can handle with good settings on up to a 1680x1050 monitor.

Cons: Fan runs at 100% all the time and CANNOT be controlled using Precision or RT. It is ridiculously loud.

Other Thoughts: XFX support quickly shipped me out a wire to mute the fan. Card still runs plenty cool with the diff wire while gaming and folding.

Pros: It is an excellent upgrade to any computer that has integrated graphics and comes with 2 great games

Cons: you will need to have a PCI power connection or buy a cable for about $4

Other Thoughts: Why is the heat sink so friggin big, it leave just a little space between it and the next card

Pros: Great price, flawless installation, works well

Cons: Doesn't come with power supply cable

Other Thoughts: Okay, so it doesn't come with a power supply cable, I suppose that is not really a con. Maybe it is the standard today when there are so many different power supplies. Luckily my husband is handy that way and he had a few different types of cables in the house and was able to quickly find the right one.

This card works great so far. I've been using it for 4 days so far. I play MMOs on a daily basis so burn through video cards pretty fast. My last one lasted a couple of years so when my games started freezing up I decided it was time for an upgrade. This one was a fantastic price, and City of Villains looks better than ever.

I'm not interested in either of the two free games but my son knows them from XBox so now I might have to upgrade the video card on HIS computer so he can play them! :)

Now to fill out the form for my $20 rebate.... this deal just gets better and better!

Rating + 5 Don't make a common mistake!


Pros: This card is very worth the price, having it priced at 95.00 as of may 12 its a steal. Another great side affect of buying this card is that it comes with two extreamly satisfying games. World at war, and call of duty 4. Plus a 20.00 mail in rebate!! How great is that a decent card plus 2 50.00 games for the price of 75.00. What a steal!

Cons: One con is that when you buy high end video cards you will need a power supply that comes with the kind of cable you need. Like I needed to buy a whole another power supply because my old one did not have a 6-Pin chord. Got a nice one for 60.00 though and it should stay with me for many years to come. And you can NOT use the adapters as almost ALL the people who buy these do. It just ends up screwing up the video card, because not enough power is being fed.

Other Thoughts: Neeeeed to have the 6-pin power supply ready. If not then don't even bother with an adapter.

Rating + 4 Don't blame the product for your mistake


Pros: The previous reviewer gave this card a poor review because he tried to 'upgrade' a 384-bit 8800GTX (previous top of the line card) that had a 100mhz faster memory clock, 25mhz faster core clock, 32 more shaders and nearly double the memory data path with this obviously budget oriented, 196-bit card. Perhaps the previous reviewer should do some research, check out some benchmarks, compare the specifications and use some common sense before using their credit card.

This is a good card if you use the coupon code and rebate, bringing it down to the seventy dollar range. Especially when you consider that it comes with both Call of Duty 4 & 5, which combined are worth more than you would spend on this card.

Cons: The only cons I can think of are that there are far better performing cards for not a lot more money, especially in the used market. Such as the previous reviewer's 8800GTX which you can find for about the same price or less on your favorite scammer infested auction site.

Other Thoughts: It's unfortunate that under-informed consumers can blatantly slander a company's product on here.

Rating + 1 Not worth the money


Pros: None

Cons: Item shipped to me was used, fan in bad condition and the "install CD" was scratched so bad that no data recovery program could repair it. Upon installing it immediately overheated due to a stuck fan (which ended up severing the tip of my finger when it became unlodged).

Other Thoughts: I was hoping to upgrade my 8800GTX 512mb with this card hoping it would run cooler but I was sadly mistaken. Besides running hot, I lost 48fps off the top from the game I managed to test (went from 88fps in World of Warcraft to 40fps in the same zone). Avoid this like the plague.

Rating + 1 Be VERY Careful with this one!


Pros: Looks good, easy to install, driver was available at NVIDIA. Worked for 2 and a half months.

Cons: I had this card since the last week of February. It was working fine....the fan was a bit loud, but aren;t they all? so no worries...didn't think twice. then...one day, out of the blue, for no reason at all...it died. I couldn't imagine? I thought it was my monitor or the cables or something else, because I couldn't believe it would be the graphics card. Well...it just completely died.

Other Thoughts: I was hoping this card would be worth the money and worth the effort to gaining two free games. Let me say this...you get what you paid for......or did I? I got the use of it for 2 months...even though it wouldn't even play RUNESCAPE in high detail....Remember folks...this DIED and it could happen to you. Don't risk it.

Rating + 5 Nice Video Card for the money


Pros: Very nice card for the money. Replaced a Radeon X1950Xt that was freezing up pc due to heat. This new card has enabled the pc to run nonstop for 2 days with no problems. It runs Battlefield 2142 at max setting at high frame rates in XP machine. My son who's pc this is on is very happy. His pc is used for gaming...Battlefield Heroes, CoD4, BF2, Cod Waw, etc.

Cons: The fan is a little loud, but I'd rather have that fan humming keeping that card nice and cool.

Other Thoughts: Getting the Cod4 and Cod Waw for free only sweetens the deal. I noticed a $20 rebate which makes this card a steal.

Rating + 5 Great Card! Great Deal!


Pros: Fits in case/mobo well. I only had ONE PCIe x16 slot. I installed the drivers and software without a hitch. (a Brother-in-Law guru helped to physically install it. I am in a wheelchair). So, I turned on the CPU and whiz-bang I am running some great games and have other windows display/Desktop stylers all at breakneck processing speed. That compared to my on board GeForce 6500 low end what ever it was. I can't believe that Neweggi s still offering this same deal (with the two newer games included). I thought there was a time limit - so much for that, huh?

This my first hardware online purchase with Newegg and "Boy!" am I really impressed with their price & deal, I got the darn so quickly that I almost wasn't able to get my in-law over as I told him it would be a week or so. The card was here in three days! Thanks Newegg! I WILL be back.

Cons: I was thinking that I could not the GeForce 260 - 295 Cards would be to big and HOT for my Compaq Presario Mid tower ATX case. I am only womdering about this and hope I do not experince buyers remorse. I could buy a second GSO when I get a new mobo and SLI them.

I am concerned about heat. The card fan is on almost all the time. I am putting in a new CPU (AMD X2) and will have some better CPU cooling. I am worried about the card failing in the future IF I do not get it coolrd down. Fan not loud though.

Other Thoughts: I may resort to better case cooling. Most ALL components will be tranfered. I will just get a mobo/CPU and maybe a tower case.

Pros: Copper heat-sink, 1gig, looks nice, single six pin connector. Two great games. Nice packaging.

Cons: Driver disk, was useless for 64bit Vista. My 8600GTS works better, and has higher windows score on gaming and business performance. I see interference in my display with this card. DDR 2

Other Thoughts: I tried the driver from XFX, and the windows driver. Same thing really. Would have been happy without the interference. At least I know a guy with a smaller display I can gift it to. I should have gone for a better card. I was really hoping it would be a good fit for my HTPC.

Pros: Card is not too bulky, like some other cards, and fits easily within most any case. I was lucky enough to receive a free copy of Call of Duty(COD):World at War along with the enclosed game COD:Modern Warfare and Both Games play Flawless with this card...

Cons: None that I can think of...

Other Thoughts: I basically received the card for free because each game retails for 50.00 bucks each so you do the math. It is a Medium to slightly High end card and for what I paid it is well worth the money. My processor is an AMD 3800 (939pin) so adding this card allows this system to regain some pep and it makes this system very High End. At one time the Nvidia 7300 was considered High End and this card blows the 7300 away; so I am very Happy with it and I hope it works out for you as well...

Pros: Liked that it came with CoD4/WaW Good Price.

Cons: Doesn't come with a 6 pin adapter. This one kinda got me as 70 dollar cards that come with 1 game have this included its a 3 dollar part. They should include it for those who don't have power supply's with it. Also HDMI adapter would a been nice. Also No Stickers, but thats me being nitpicky

Pros: This is an all out great card. Like other reviews have stated, I also get 50+ FPS running COD:WaW on all Extra settings. When turned to Manual/Low I can get 100+ FPS.

Cons: None so far.

Pros: upgraded from a 8500 GT to this 9600 GSO, great card for the money, plus the two free games which are both retailed at 50 bucks a piece

Cons: none really, but you can buy this card for about 80-70 bucks at other online retailers, of course thats without the cod4-5 deal on here

Pros: Fast, good graphics, stays cool, and allows me to game better than my on board graphics with excellent resolutions. 2 free games included Call of duty 4 and 5.
Shipping was extremely great with UPS (arrived in 3 days and packaging was perfect) Thank you Newegg and UPS 4 great service.

Cons: None other than the fan is a little louder than i expected but not really bad, and it can be fixed.
*Rebate was offered the day after I purchased.

Other Thoughts: Excellent deal considering I wanted both COD 4&5 and that would have cost me about the same as this card so its great.
COD4 runs at full resolution with every option set to its highest with no lag.

Pros: Good for people who just want a vid card and dont know what else to get and rather waste money.

Cons: You can do so much better for so much cheaper.
looking at the specs of this thing, it only having GDDR2 and its core clock and mem clock..
its just horrible compared to some of the others ive seen near this price range.

Other Thoughts: look up 9600 GSO within the newegg search.
you will see EVGA, which is so much better.

Pros: Fast card for the price.
Bought 3 for a folding/Cuda rig because they have a really good performance per dollar ratio.

96 Stream processors!!! ,some newer 9600gso's only have 48 ,and run much slower, beware of them!

Cons: Not a con but Fan is loud at 100% (manually adjust it lower)

Ddr2 memory loses 10-15% performance over the Ddr3 available in other models.

Other Thoughts: If your fans are to loud, Manually adjust the fanspeed.

Use Rivatun*r , Evga precision (it works on any Nvidia card) Or Nvidia Ntune.

Make sure whatever Brand 9600GSO you get It has the 96 Stream processors!!! or you'll be totally dissapointed with the performance !!!

This card only has 6 memchips on it ,which means it can potentially be flashed into a 9800gt by unlocking 16 more stream processors with a bios mod.

Pros: I rated this earlier...on the 20th and needed to add one more thing about this bonus pack. It's great to get two games and I've tried one so far...lots of fun!

Cons: The con to having these two games is you can't register them online. You can create a membership but you can't register the game because it asks for the UPC on the box it came with. These bonus games are bundled with the XFX graphics card and just come in a paper sleeve with the product identification number for installation purposes.

Other Thoughts: I'm wondering if XFX would send some information to those of us who would like to eventually play online with these games, as it seem in order to do so you need a UPC number from the box.

Pros: You cannot go wrong making this purchase. Having an XFX product is proof enough, as I recently upgraded from another XFX graphics card which worked perfectly for 3 years. What a great price when you consider 1GB and GDDR2 compared to DDR3 is only a 2% difference and you pay so much less for nearly the same thing. Why not buy 2 of them for SLI. Played every game on the market with perfect flow, frame rate, and graphical enhancements.

Cons: None so far....ownership is less than a week.

Rating + 3 Extremely loud fan.


Pros: Powerful video card.
Large amount of memory.

Cons: Let me make this abundantly clear, and I'm not sure why I'm the only one mentioning this about the video card, unless mine is defective, which I have no way of determining on my own:

The fan is absolutely out of control. It runs constantly at full speed, from the first second of booting up the computer and from that point on. It doesn't matter if you are just using Windows (even with Aero disabled) or editing a document in Open Office. The fan is so loud I hear it two rooms away, and I am doing nothing to provoke it. The video card isn't even hot, it's just about room temperature for crying out loud.

Other Thoughts: I might end up having to return this video card if nothing can be done about the fan speed in this unit. I am sure that performance wise, for what your paying this card is hard to beat, but I mean... you shouldn't be comparing your new video card to a Harrier Jet on Facebook, I'm just saying.

Pros: Runs cool, 1gig of ram. Runs my newer games just great. Came with two free games ...COD 4 & COD 5. That was a big selling point with me considering I was going to spend almost $100 on the games alone after I got something that would play them. Got both in one deal here. Great upgrade from my 6150SE onboard graphics. Higher end graphics for under $120

Cons: Made me poop my pants after playing COD5...it seemed so real and intense! Actually, no cons here.

Other Thoughts: I can't understand where people think they need a $400 card to play games like Crysis on High settings...Yes this one does it. I'm convinced paying more for something that's not noticeably better is more for bragging rights than anything else. One other thing, don't let anyone tell you that this won't work well in a 1.0 slot...it's doing just fine in mine. Also, you may want to invest in a $5 PCI slot blower and place it underneath the video card. It keeps it about 10 degrees cooler. I'm running about 65 under load and about 45 idle.

Pros: Runs everything I've thrown at it so far. Played Gamecube games in an emulator. Played Nexuiz and Sauerbraten. I plan to try some commercial games on it soon (I don't play too many games but when I do i expect them to play at full speed.... and this card delivers). Compiz-Fusion runs faster than I thought it was supposed to.

Cons: nVidia drivers are proprietary.

Other Thoughts: nVidia, If you're reading this, free the drivers. But yeah, nice card.

Pros: runs call of duty 4 and 5 wit no problem, got both of the games for free with the purchase so that was awesome, and ive never touched the inside of a computer before and i installed no problem, and the clarity on the monitor is absoultly amazing

Rating + 4 Sweet card


Pros: Card is pretty cheap for it's specs. Runs games pretty well, runs movies very well, and so on. For the basic budget gamer, I'd get this. And it's a heck of a lot better than my old ati x850.

Cons: GDDR2 instead of GDDR3.
