Great card
Pros: It's a relatively short card, and the heat sink is mounted so that it's on the other side of the card, allowing me to put it into a not so nice Dell computer (btx - so the card gets mounted upside down). With a fan on the heatsink, overclocks to 750+Mhz easy.
Cons: With a fan zip tied to the heat sink, it's a bit big, but there's nothing else in the case, so who really cares. Also, the memory doesn't seem to overclock nearly as good as the GPU.
Other Thoughts: With the fan on the heatsink, under 95% load @750Mhz the card reports temps of about 59C. Without the fan, under full load @ stock speeds it was reporting temps ~78C, but if you have any air moving over the heatsink it drops dramatically.

Good Video Card-Complete Silent
Pros: -Replace my old ATI Radeon 2400 Pro (noisy fan). -Nice video card w/o fan. -Comes w/ HDMI adapter -So far this card works perfectly.
Cons: -I have not tried any "heavy duty" tasks and will test how warm heatsink/radiator can be.

Silent is golden
Pros: It is absolutely silent. Good enough for every day work in a computer for work with 64-bit Vista Ultimate. Once a proper driver is installed, it worked beautifully.
Cons: It is a little difficult to install the proper driver. The latest driver for download is buggy and very difficult to remove once it is installed. So making sure you are installing a certified driver before anything.
Other Thoughts: You need to enable ATI overdrive for optimal performance.

Cooling seems sufficient
Pros: Completely silent. Runs fairly cool (42C) at idle in a small HTPC case (Apevia X-Master) with a full ATX board.
Cons: Problem getting video through included DVI-VGA adapter on system start. Windows will extend a desktop through VGA though once loaded. Going to try updating to the newest catalyst drivers.
Other Thoughts: Not GDDR2, the box clearly says DDR2 when it arrived and now that I'm looking I can see it in the image of the box its DDR2. I believe DDR2 is actually better than GDDR2 so it isn't a con, just unexpected.

Overhangs the Adjacent Socket
Pros: Looks like a nice card.
Cons: Previous reviewer is wrong. It does overhang the adjacent slot. The heatsink is on the left and covers the PCI Express slot that has my Hauppauge video capture card.
Other Thoughts: It might work if the card on the left was only half height, like a network card.

Works well and quiet
Pros: Works great for a great price. The heatsink does not overhang the adjacent sockets. Runs dual monitor set up flawlessly
Cons: None, but I haven't tried overclocking it yet

HIS Radeon HD 4650 Vid card
Pros: I was a bit septical when buying a vid card with no on-board fan.. but it's been a blast so far playing on my 42" HD TV picture perfect.
Cons: None so far.

Good enough
Pros: Single card driving two Dell 24" displays for stock trading (2D). It had to be quiet as I sit at this machine all day long. So far, so good. I even can play the occassional BF2 and Far Cry 2 on a single display @1280x1024 with adequate frame rates. A very good overall value.
Cons: Didn't seem to like overclocking in RivaT--no surprise as I guess the passive cooling has very little headroom even though I have plenty of case cooling in my setup. Still not a major issue for a card in this price range.
Other Thoughts: Nelahem i7 920@3.2Ghz MSI X58 Pro mobo 6Gb Mushkin DDR3 1600 OCZ 500W PSU WinXP 64
