From good... to bad... to worst...
Pros: Upgraded to this card from a 8600GT. It worked great at first. The card is quiet and runs cool on most settings. I have not been able to max it out.
Cons: After two months, I started to have artifacts all over my screen. Uninstalled and reinstalled latest drivers. Contacted HIS customer support for warranty. It took them 4 days to get back to me and refer me to Lexy Pacific for RMA. Contacted them a week ago, still have not heard back. This may not be the Lexus in your lineup but I still shelled out $135 for the card. And frankly, even at that price point, I expect at least timely responses. Way to take care of your customers, HIS.
Other Thoughts: Newegg is the best! However, I am starting to think that vendor selection could use a bit more attention, guys. This is the 3rd DOA or defect in the last 3 months. I never had that problem in the past.

Mmm...
Pros: -A pretty decent card even by itself in Crossfire it plays Crysis full settings at 30fps(low end average) 1280x1024 -ATI's CCC(Catalyst Control Center) is nice and will overclock the gpu for you.
Cons: -Power hog! 600w psu or better if your planning to crossfire. -CCC's overclock utility can be a little overzealous sometimes and cause artifacts to appear.
Other Thoughts: As a single card it does okay for most games. Surprisingly WoW is not very friendly with this card at 1280x1024 full settings(12fps Dalaran 20fps IC and 40+ in instance) For $109 though its one of the better deals you can get for crossfire and sli performance

Good CrossFire Setup
Pros: Only requires one 6-pin power adapter making easier CrossFire setup. Cooler works and isn't noisy, even when placed next to another card. Clock rate can be turned up a minimum of 100MHz without a problem, and only a degree(C) or two of increase in temps. Memory doesn't mind a similar increase with no problems.
Cons: None. The card performs better than advertised.
Other Thoughts: Haven't found one game that can push this card to 100% unless its pushing 200-300 FPS at 192x1200, which isn't necessary for playing a game. Putting two(2) of these in a Crossfire setup is awesome, with 2GB of VRAM and close to two Teraflops of performance. Only the primary card will sit between 30-70% usage, and the second card will sit idle. You can only use both cards when you are pushing 500FPS in newer DirectX 10 games, which is useless when the monitor is refreshing at 75Hz. But, having this much horsepower is amazing for Folding@Home and future-proofs the setup for at least a couple years. Definitely a good buy at this price.

Pros: -very fast -cheap -200-250 fps in cod4
Cons: -no crossfire bridge
Other Thoughts: i like this video card so much, i went ahead and bought a second to crossfire. runs cod5 at 100-150 fps and l4d with ease. great gaming card with a great price.

Really like it
Pros: Very quiet, even when under strees for games. Not at all like the 'hairdryer' sound i my last card subjected me too during playing games.
Cons: I wish they didnt have 2-DVI outs, and instead only 1 DVI out and an S video out, since i have an older tv with S video, but no biggiee. Also, the memory doesnt seem to have heat sinks on them, but my temp monitoring indicates not needed (surprising, since the my last 2 video cards had them).
Other Thoughts: I get a new video card every 1 1/2 years, usually the best one for about $100. This is definatley the most performance gain ever for the 1 1/2 year time frame.
I wish ATI would expand their manual for the CCC settings and what some of the features really do.

Worthless
Pros: Worked great at first
Cons: Stopped working great after 2 weeks. Started getting blue screens of death ect. I cleared out all my old drivers w/ cleaning utilities and programs ect and still it would freeze me every time i tried to play a game for more than 10 minutes
Other Thoughts: Don't purchase unless your installing on a completely new system that hasn't seen any other drivers and hope it doesn't conflict with your hardware.

Received defect card
Pros: Good price
Cons: The screen was corrupted with vertical bands and horizontal lines and sometimes even random letters, starting from the very first boot screen the first time it was connected.
Other Thoughts: After receiving replacement

Well, it's ok
Pros: First off, I only have a 1280x1024 capable monitor and I was able to run prototype maxed out, both aa and af. Crysis was set on enthusiast on all options and was mostly playable in the resolution, so props to that. Did have some significant slowdowns tho. Also maxed out GRID and Fallout 3, but at the end of the day, this was all because of my lower resolution.
Cons: Started showing major artifacts 3 days after I got it. That kinda sucks, hence the missing egg.
Other Thoughts: DDR3 rather than DDR5, can get the HD 4870 1gb for $40 mores and is clocked higher as well.

2nd one much better!
Pros: Quiet, over twice as fast as my X1950XT (went from ~6050 in 3Dmark06 to ~13500). Should be good for a few years, then get another and X-Fire!
Cons: None yet
Other Thoughts: First card was DoA (see review below), RMA process was smooth and it took around a week from posting the dead card off to getting a replacement that works.

Nice Upgrade
Pros: Great upgrade from my old 8600GT 256. It runs LoTRO and L4D on Max settings with no loss in frame rate. For the price, you really can't beat this cards performance.
Cons: None
Other Thoughts: Make sure if you're switching from a nVidia card to an ATI like I did, you uninstall the graphics drivers BEFORE you put the new card in!

Awesome!
Pros: Not as big as other cards, QUIET, performs like a champ!
Cons: Didn't get one for myself
Other Thoughts: Got this for a relative of mine, and tested it before I gave it to him. Using the exact same PC I compared this to a GTS 250 512 MB. In 3DMark06 this card got nearly 3000 points MORE then the GTS, and yet in 3DMark Vantage, this thing got about 1000 points less.... so they compare very closely... (PC Specs, X2 6000+, 4 GB OCZ Blade DDR2 800, 500 GB WD Black, ECS Black series GF8200A Mobo.)

massive artifacts boot/windows
Pros: I still have my 2600xt.
Cons: Massive garbage on boot/windows. Windows restarts or freezes any time I open the overclock panel in CC(trying to lower the OC). Installing drivers from cd = bluescreen on restart (windows7). I still have to use 2600xt.
Other Thoughts: I don't remember reading this was shipped overclocked , but I never have or will buy anything clocked higher than the manufactures specs. I managed to get to the overclock panel in CC, core was near 800+, mem clock was near 1000.

DoA :-(
Pros: Smaller and lighter than my X1950XT it replaced and for the few minutes I had power applied, the fan was a lot quieter.
Cons: DoA. The display showed garbage, I couldn't even read the POST messages. Once Windows booted, the screen had white snow all over it.
Other Thoughts: Let's hope the RMA process is smooth and the next one works.

Nice little card
Pros: For the price, this card can't be beat. Runs just about everything I throw at it at max settings, and in Crossfire can rip anything you throw at it to pieces.
Cons: Nothing yet.

So far, so good
Pros: Very quiet, stays cool, excellent performance. Huge performance value for your dollar.
Cons: The fan has had some kind of friction issue which occurs once a month or so. It will make noise (it is usually entirely inaudible) and upon examination it spins slower when this happens. Fortunately, a little tap on the center of the fan with a finger is all it takes to get it spinning properly again, otherwise I would have RMA'd. I'm taking my chances because it's very simple to fix and happened twice in two months.
Other Thoughts: This card replaced an x1900xt while in the middle of an Empire: Total War campaign; I changed the settings from medium to all maximum and it runs flawlessly without slowdown. There is probably not a game out there today which you cannot run on max settings with this card...I don't see any reason to buy a more expensive card right now.
Shipping was on time.
VERY SATISFIED WITH THIS PURCHASE!

Can't beat it for the price
Pros: I have a Dell Optiplex 745 and I've been running a 8600GT for the longest time because it was the most powerful card that would clear the enormous heatsink that dell put in this computer. The 8600 died on me, and I figured since this card had an aftermarket cooler on it much like the VF900 I had on the 8600 it may fit (Dual slot cards wont work in this dell because the mobo is on the opposite side of the case it should be). The card fits like a glove, the heatsink is quite large but has plenty of room since its upside down in my case and the backend of the card fits right under Dell's goofy ducting!
I've ATi and Nvidia cards and always preferred Nvidia, but this card is working excellent and is extremely powerful for the price paid here.
Cons: Don't really see any, works great with XP and Ubuntu. I guess it would be nice if the card was a little shorter since it's seriously stretching my PCIE power cord but you have to put the memory somewhere.
Other Thoughts: Pulled 204FPS average on the Steam game stress test, with every single setting @ max running 1920x1200 resolution. Finally an affordable card that can actually provide quality graphics on this monitor!

Amazing card
Pros: - Very fast = Can handle Crysis at 50fps+ average on gamer/enthusiast (1280x1024) with proper tweaks. - Quiet = Barely noticeable over other components. - Cool = Currently idling at 46'C with stock cooler. Never even went over 60'C under load. - Cost(!) = You won't find a deal as good as this in a while. The price:performance ratio is at its peak.
Cons: - None = None at the moment.
Other Thoughts: Wow, this card will continue to amaze me for quite a while. It's a good thing I bought the 1GB version, because it surely makes a difference, saving RAM and all.
