Amazing
Pros: Fast and beautiful. The performance of this card is superb.
Cons: It still cant play everquest 2 with maxed out settings even when I also have 2GB DDR2 Ram and a Pentium D 930.
Other Thoughts: The card is great and highly recommended providing you use a good power supply with at least 550 Watts and have the room in your case for it.

TEH PWN
Pros: ATI, Pixel Pipelines, 512, ATI, Shading, Heatsink, ATI, power, Runs fairly cool for its power and size, .... um .... . OH, and its ATI!
Cons: Weight, wow, talk about a strain on the PCI X16 slot .....
Other Thoughts: BUY IT, YOU WILL LOVE!

Solid, high end
Pros: Quite high quality, I've been a fan of ATI for a while now, and so far I've had no reason to rethink my preference. Runs every game I've got at max video settings, (and I mean all settings) and that includes Oblivion, F.E.A.R., HL2, Titan Quest, and Hitman: Blood Money. Plus it's Crossfire ready, so there's room for upgrade if you've got the right motherboard.
Cons: Large! Gave me a few difficulties navigating cables inside my case around the card, takes up 2 slots, which I guess is okay since it's covering my nigh-useless PCI express x1 slot. Runs pretty hot, made me recoil touching it after I'd had it running a while.
Other Thoughts: I don't follow the Nvidia/ATI war too closely, I'm simply more familiar with ATI cards, and they've been reliabe thus far. My only regret is not opting for a full crossfire setup, though that would make me remove one of my network cards with the cards taking up two slots, /shrug.

Fair
Pros: Runs everything I have wonderful! F.E.A.R., HL2, CS:S, Oblivion, BF2, PREY, etc.
Note: I play games on 1024x768 due to my monitor only be 17" and don't see the reason to go higher when I can just turn on all settings, including VSync and AA, HDR, etc.
Cons: 0MG!!! WTH IS UP WITH THE FAN? Well, sort of explains why the XBOX 360 is loud! RUNS HOTT!!! Might get a better cooler for it. Besides, the cooler looks like it's somewhat bending the card... Anyone else notice this?
Other Thoughts: Great card and can't beat the price per performance. Somewhat makes sense why ATI and AMD joined =P

Exceptional
Pros: Fast, fast, fast! Runs Oblivion at 1440x900, Ultra High, HDR, and with Draw Distances maxed, silky smooth! Driver features are neat, such as auto-overclocking in 3D Applications.
Cons: Loud on boot, but it gets quiet after a few seconds. Takes up two bays.
Other Thoughts: Get this card, you can't go wrong with a Built-By-ATi model!

busted port :(
Pros: the card looks awesome! the stock fan seems to push alot of air.
Cons: first off, one of the dvi ports was broken out of the box, i couldnt plug my monitor in, it wouldnt accept the converter. not sure if it was a manufacturer fault or what but for $xxx~ i would think everything should work properly.
Other Thoughts: newegg is awesome.. they are over nighting me a new one. awesome customer service. i'll be back with another review when i get the replacement.

Great Performance!
Pros: I love ATI products. Running F.E.A.R with great performance. Using AMD X2 4600+ (AM2), 2GB Corsair memory and Shuttle SFF.
Cons: None.
Other Thoughts: I'm always happy with my ATI purchases.

Wow! Impressed
Pros: This is an awesome card. 5800 in 3DMark06 and 10700 in 3DMark05. Bought mine open box and have no problems after little more than a day.
Cons: This card is enormous. Only have a 1/2" between it and a hard drive in a case that is not small. Won't be a big deal til I need to remove that hard drive though.
Other Thoughts: Too bad there will not be anymore ATI branded cards. Any future ones will be AMD branded.

ATI x1900xt
Pros: The best card on the market. unquestionable performance. Overclocks very easy, with plenty of room for more.
Cons: No news is good news.
Other Thoughts: As a rule an aftermarket cooling component such as Zalman VF900 would do you wonders, blows cold air directly onto processor and memory, has huge heat sink. If you're planing on runing two of these be sure to have a 550+ power supply. This card is a must if you were to see anything worth watching. XTX not worth the extra buck, buy the better cooling.

Pros: This card will handle anything you throw at it. I'm running it with a 24" widescreen LCD at 1920x1200. With detail levels, FSAA, etc. all maxxed out gameplay is perfectly smooth.
No problems at all with the ATI drivers, and the noise level of the fan isn't even noticeable.
Also, mine came with a 4 to 6 pin power cable adapter.
Cons: NONE.

Great Card, just a little HOT!
Pros: Very, very fast, stable and capable. Stock cooler blows the hot air out of the computer case. Has Video In/Video Out (VIVO) Avivo technology can drastically speed up some kinds of video work. Has a built-in OC utility and temp guage in the Catalyst Control Center. Oh yes, it's REALLY good at playing video games and playing video in general.
Cons: Runs kind of HOT. Draws about 108 watts at full load, more than most CPUs! Stock cooler is never quiet and can get LOUD after it ages a bit, especially if you're doing something that makes it work hard.
Other Thoughts: Combined with a STABLE, high powered Power Supply this card is hard to beat. Just make sure that your case has plenty of airflow. Runs cool in a Sonata2 case, which helps keep the fan speed down a bit.

Amazing
Pros: I upgraded from a x700 and what a difference. I have to say I enjoy playing games more. It pretty much can handle anything I through at it.
Cons: The price is the only con. I bought it when it was over 500. Now I see it at 400...Bummer!

Wow
Pros: I'm very pleased with this purchase. I never thought I'd see that day where I could crank up the graphics and play some of the latest games full speed with out having to sacrifice certain bells and whisltes.
Cons: One minor issue, which may be a driver issue, is that when exiting some games my monitor seems to flash real quick. At first I felt like my card was bad but now I've grown used to it. Also this card gets hot so make sure you have good ventilation. You may want to pick up a VGA cooler as well.

Nice
Pros: This card is awesome! Runs GTA San Andreas and Vice City a lot faster and smoother than my old laptop with Radeon Xpress 200M. I really recommend it for people who don't have one of these yet.
Cons: The cooler is kind of loud at startup of computer and sometimes the card reaches a temperature of 84'C!
Other Thoughts: A lot of guys overcloked their cards to the XTX speed and they think that they have the best cards but thats not true ,because they forget that the XTX can be overcloked too.

Runs Fear like a champ!
Pros: Run any Game At is maximum settings at max resolution. Fear and BF2 are gorgeous. Catalyst driver's automatically overclock Card Benchmarked 5446 in 3dmark06 good?
Cons: You have to spend top dollar for quality. Have to Download update driver's. The card is huge, wiring up the power connection may require some creativity, but what do you expect for a top of the line video card
Other Thoughts: New Egg has great service and shipping gets here the next day. Running a DFI lanparty Rdx 200 mobo ocz modstream 520w ps thermal take tsunami case, 2x1 gig ocz d500 ram, Amd athalon 64x2 4400 toledo cpu. ALL bought from New Egg

INCREDIBLE
Pros: Great card, fast card, EXCELLENT OVERCLOCKER, got it past xtx speeds, but it needs arctic cooler accelero x2. Yes its a little big, but if you want a high-end gaming card you will not have a tiny case!!!
Cons: Needs additional cooling, I reccomend arctic cooling accelero x2, i put it on and its silent and cooles it well. never went past 45C even when using 3dmark06.
Other Thoughts: scored 5500+ on 3dmark with it.

ATI X1900XT
Pros: Can't think of any.
Cons: Card is too big. You lose a slot because it is so wide it takes up two slots. It is too long. and interferes with memory addition/installation. It is a real bear to remove once inserted into the mobo. Software (Catalyst) is yuk! as are the instructions.
Other Thoughts: Not worth the money or headaches. Exercise extreme patience, and discipline when trying to remove the card.

great card!
Pros: upgraded form a 9800 pro. playing BF2 the change is fantastic. 9800pro (1024x768, medium settings) 40fps x1900xt (max rez, max settings, 4xAA) i got 40+ frames under HEAVY (multiple explosions and blur effects) battle scenes!....with WAY above 80 to 100 during all oter times of play....and thats under 4xAA. sensational in doom3. again utterly jaw dropping in X3 (you know that graphis intensive space game)
cant wait to see the overclocked performance once i put it on watercooling.
Cons: not a single one. the fan does spin up and make a little more noise than you would think. but its not quite a hair dryer.
Other Thoughts: fantastic board.

Great card
Pros: Fast card Good overclocker Advanced features
Cons: Runs Hot Large PCB Drivers have been poor
Other Thoughts: This card runs great and overclocks to XTX speeds with ease. The drivers have been very problematic with me having to revert to 6.2 drivers. A few graphics anomolies in BF2 like flashing textures. Get a new graphics cooler.

Best Vid Card!!!
Pros: Fast vid card (after overclock), can run almost all games (all but oblivion) maxed out with aa and af, great score on 3dmark06
Cons: need to change fan to arctic cooling x2, i did and its great and silent! also, comes stock with speeds of 500 and 575, so u need to overclock it to the 690 and 750.
Other Thoughts: make sure to buy arctic cooling accelero x2!!!

Perfect
Pros: First of all lets get this straight, Nvadia was beating ATI in the videocard area for a wile but this card makes ATI ahead. This card is perfect for all high quality games. I play counter strike source, BF2, and Quake4. This card lets me play them with max settings on the highest resolution with NO lagg what so ever. This gives me a huge edge on the compitition. Also it gets better benchmarks then the 7900gtx.
Cons: A little loud. A little large also.

Get it now!
Pros: Can be easily overclocked to the XTX specs and it cost less. simply the best card on the market. It eats up Oblivion with HRD+AA using "Chucks Patch"
Cons: Had to upgrade my power suply to give it power. (I've been meaning to do it anyway.)
Other Thoughts: Get it now! With later updates to drivers, the rough edges on the running of this card will disappear.

Pros: Very fast and powerful. Good cooling and not very loud.
Cons: I upgraded from my 7800gt to this, and It doesnt run near as smooth as my old Nvidia. Big $$$
Other Thoughts: Hopefuly ATI will release new drivers that will work out the performance issues.
I have also noticed that ATI cards tend to not retain their value as much as Nvidia cards do.

Pros: Definatly one of the best cards i have ever purchased. I love ATi's new card series, my friend has an x1800XT and my other friend switched from nvidia to get a 1900XTX. It runs very fast and runs just about all games at max, with exception of a few at very high res that literally require crossfire or SLi to run... Very satisfied
Cons: Runs a bit hot after a while, intense gameplay makes the fan a bit loud, but unless ur not playing with sound, u ill never notice it

THIS CARD IS GANGSTA
Pros: THIS CARD KICKS SERIOUS BU TT. CAN RUN ANY GAME AT ITS HIGHEST REZ WITH EVERYTHING TURN ALL THE WAY UP. EVERYONE COMPLAINING ABOUT IT NOT COMIN WITH A 6 PIN POWER ADAPTER NEEDS TO UPGRADE THEIR POWER SUPPLY AND STOP BEING CRY BABYS. ANT THE FAN ISNT EVEN THAT LOUD. BESIDES IF YOU WERE A REAL GAMER YOU'D HAVE YOUR SPEAKERS TURNED UP LOUD AS HELL LIKE ME ANYWAY.
Cons: NONE
Other Thoughts: YOU'D BE DUMB NOT TO BUY IT.

ATI X1900XT
Pros: Ptretty package.
Cons: Board is too long, too heavy and difficult to remove once inserted in PCI-e slot (to add memory, e.g.). It is so wide it blocks usage of an adjacent PCI slot (i.e., you loose a slot). Probably blocks ait circulation also. You can damage mobo components trying to install and uninstall big board. Don't even think about trying to update to Catalyst 6xx, stick with 5.xx.
Other Thoughts: Yuk!

Like Woah!
Pros: High core and memory clocks. Catalyst Overdrive Utility makes it simple to overclock. The fan isn't loud at all under heavy loads. 512MB OF VIDEO MEMORY!
Cons: The retail package from ATI didn't come with the 6-pin PCI-e cable, which is dumb in the first place, since I've gotten those connectors before through nvidia cards (geforce 7600) that don't even use the 6-pin connectors.
Other Thoughts: I went through 4 different Nvidia cards trying to rig up an SLI system and NONE of the nvidia cards I purchased worked correctly, either seperately or in SLI mode. This card being the 5th card I purchased, WORKED PERFECT the second I booted up my machine. ATI cards have the best visual quality all the way around and blow any nvidia card out of the water. Where nvidia lacks speed at higher resolutions and AA/AF settings, ATI has it beat and moves forward. I would recommend this card to anyone if its within your budget. I've become a great fan of ATI and their products, for they achieve what any enthusiast requires.

Just ok
Pros: Fast card, great graphics...fast core clock and ram speed.
Cons: This series to me needed to be marketed 7 months ago. All the N cards are almost as good but much older...C'mon ATI keep up would ya.
Other Thoughts: For the price it's a good deal other than that I'm not impressed ... Any card that comes out now figuratively speaking should play any game that has been out for 3 or more months. My vanilla 78gt played games just as well and looked exactly the same...furthermore at these speeds.honestly the human eye cannot tell between 65 and 80 fps.... I would suggest getting this card if you can afford it. Don't spend your last dollar on this card hoping it's the bomb, while cheaper cards will perform to your satisfaction.

Top Notch Card
Pros: To put it simply, this card is top notch. It overclocks to blistering speeds and rips through all my games (Doom 3, Quake 4, FEAR, Far Cry, COD2, SC:CT, etc.) at full settings. This is among the best gaming cards you can buy.
Cons: Price.
Other Thoughts: Be careful of the actual size of this card; fitting it is some smaller cases may prove to be difficult.

Pros: Great card, very fast. A huge improvement over my old 9600 XT. Runs games with AA and AF without breaking a sweat. Also it overclocks to faster than the X1900 XTX, so there is no point in buying the more expensive card.
Cons: While the card might not be breaking a sweat, I shure am, this thing puts out a ton of heat. and I don't really like two slot coolers, but all highend cards have them so there's nothing i can do about that.
Other Thoughts: I bought this card about a week before the 7900 GTX came out, and I was really worried that I had made a bad choice, but now that the 7900 is out, it dosen't seem to be the Radeon killer that everyone thought it would be.

GREAT CARD
Pros: I switch from a x800xl to the x1900xt and what a big change it made. I run all my games (Battlefield2, F.E.A.R., Quake 4, Doom 3, and etc at res 2048*1024 with full settings on. I have no problems what so ever.
Cons: The only downside is that their is no dvd decoder with the oem software package.
Other Thoughts: I would recommend this card if you can afford it.

Pros: I was a little concerned about dumping this much cash for a video card (my last card was a radeon 9700), but the drastic difference was well worth it. I've never been able to run games with full AA and AF, and this card does it easily at 1680x1050!!
Cons: The card does run a bit warm, but video cards always run hotter than CPU's in my experience. But it's not so hot as to concern me and I'm only running a stock air-cooled setup.

not worth it
Pros: Not too much to talk aobut here, only thing i can say is that it runs games too hot
Cons: Creats lots of heat and the fan can be noisy at times. In my opinion the nvidia 7 series are a lot more worth it. Defenitely not going with ATI again, not worth the cash.

Crazy fast
Pros: This is, no doubt, the fastest card on the planet. Runs every game in 1600x1200, 4aa-16 as absolutely playable. Even F.E.A.R. With all settings maxed out. Don't bother buying the XTX you can overclock this card safely to XTX speeds with the catalyst control center.
Cons: Not a single thing.
Other Thoughts: Sweet, I can't wait to set up crossfire. ATI, YOU ARE BACK ON TOP!!!!!

lower clock speeds
Pros: Clock speeds on this card default at lower settings in 2-d apps, ie:desktop, word processing, browsing, etc. Fire up a game or 3-d app and speeds go right to advertised levels.Try the 6.2 beta drivers(Google for them),enable overdrive in CCC, leave CCC running and maximised, fire up a game, play a few minutes. Shut down the game and you will see the clock speeds that are used in the game, and see them return to the lower settings. Be quick , or the settings will change before you can see it. ATI overdrive, in CCC, will allow you to overclock this card , finds max settings for you, which are incidentally faster than x1900xtx speeds, no sweat.Overclocking voids your warranty, though. Google "x1900xt temps",lots of discussion in the forums. You can use ATI tool to regulate fan speeds, kick fan speed up and temps drop dramatically. For some reason the drivers aren't controlling fan speeds very well, but ATI tool will.
Cons: none-well stock fan can be loud when cranked up, but cools well.
Other Thoughts: I'm running Cod2 at 1280x1024,all settings maxed, 47-65 fps. Athlon 64 3500+,2 gig ram and this card.Power supply is Antec Smart Power,500 watts. ATI recommends 30amps on 12 volt rail, this can be confusing as most recent P.S. have dual 12 volt rails, add the 2 together and subtract 2-3 amps, if still over 30a, should be fine. My card runs at 19a as reported by ATI tool, sometimes shows less draw at idle.I have 1 hd, 2 dvd buner, 1 cd burner, sound card and this video card.

Pros: great card, I can run everything maxed out even FEAR with no lag.
Cons: beta drivers supplied on disk don't do this card anygood, 6.2 drivers coming out soon should improve its performance even more

Outstanding
Pros: Extemely fast. I have BF2 maxed out on settings.. It destroys my 6800 ultra and my 850pro. Very fast. It increased my Bench score by almost 5000 points... Well worth the loot.
Cons: The clock speeds are not what is stated. I bought a 600w powersupply from Newegg to see if that will fix it. I am thinking my 500w isn't not supply the right amount of voltage to it. It gets really hot.

It owns
Pros: Fast, fast, fast. Beats the 7800gtx with ease in every benchmark i've thrown at it. Has some new technologies that some of the games today don't even take advantage of so you should be fine for a while. It uses less power than the x1800.
Cons: Sorta loud during high load and of course a tad expensive.
Other Thoughts: Do not get the xtx version, $100 more doesn't justify 7% increase in performance (basically pre-overclocking). Goodjob Newegg.com on keeping this instock.

Outstanding Card
Pros: Very fast, every game i play is highest quality and AA and AF fully enabled. (Call of Duty 2, F.E.A.R, Battlefield 2, Quake 4 and new TimeShift demo) Upgraded from a geforce 6800 256mb. (blows it away!)
Cons: It is loud but not to the point of annoying.
Other Thoughts: As fast and faster that its competitor (7800 GTX 512mb). Don't buy the XTX version its $100 more and slightly higher clock speeds-overclock it yourself.

rock-n-roll
Pros: plenty of ram, high clock speed, cooling seems to work well
Cons: none yet
Other Thoughts: more than doubled my frame rates and then some in COD2-mp,from 22-25(w/x800xl-agp) to 55-65,all settings maxed out, butter smooth and beautiful.Love it,shouldn't need a new card for a year or more, I hope!!

Astounding, Worth Every Penny (If you have them)
Pros: Beats out my 7800GTX 512 with no problem, an average of 17 FPS faster!! It is somewhat loud, but if you want the best graphics card on the market, you'll have to make some sacrifices. Overclocks very well, the extra $$ for the XTX version isn't worth it, just OC this yourself.
Cons: -Loud -Takes up lots of space -With Crossfire enabled, about the same as a GTX512 in SLI
Other Thoughts: As a single card, this is AMAZING. In crossfire, don't bother; about the same as a GTX512 in SLI.
