A bit underpowered?
Pros: Lots of connectors.
Cons: Fan thermal settings seem to run it a bit loud.
Other Thoughts: I picked this up to try to quiet down an older computer, thinking 380W 80+ would be sufficient. I think this was actually louder than a 3 year old Antec it was replacing. At idle it seemed louder and as load and temp increased it just got louder. I didn't think my system was that power hungry but this thing started to run like a jet engine on me during gaming loads.
I RMAed this and replaced it with a 450W from another manufacturer who uses more aggressive fan control and the difference was night and day. At high load that PSU is probably the same volume as this one is at idle.

Not 20+4
Pros: N/A
Cons: incorrect description, lists having a 20+4 connector instead of a 20 pin.
Other Thoughts: The description says that this is a 20+4 pin main connector however it is not. I purchased it without looking clearly at the pictures. It is a 24 pin, and has a p4 and p8 power connector. The main connector would work IF your mother board doesnt have extra stuff right around the power connector. Mine had a bunch of capicators in the way.

so far so good, watch out 4 rebate
Pros: silent running, many connector, feels like quality
Cons: the rebate process is overly complicated, feels like they are trying to make people mess up.

DIED AFTER 1 DAY
Pros: Cheap
Cons: Died after 1 day of use.
Other Thoughts: Newegg took it back, but at my cost of shipping. There is no substitute for a good power supply.

Power Efficent and Quiet
Pros: Extremely Quiet Even at Peak Output Tube Cables keep the case Looking Clean Energy Efficient Rating saves on the Power Bill
Cons: No Problems and what more could you ask for out of a power supply
Other Thoughts: 380 Watts may be a little less then you want if you are running some powerfully duel graphic cards, but I bet this thing could handle mid-range SLI or Crossfire
