Rating + 1 Check the BBB

Pros: Plenty of cables. Clean and is able to power a decent load, with side effects.

Cons: Noise is intolerable, there was some electrical part, not the fan, that would make an unbearable, high-pitched noise. Had to wear headphones for any gaming. Tried to contact CoolerMaster to find a fix but no response after a week. RMA'd before the 30 days ran out.

Other Thoughts: Always the BBB, it looks like CoolerMaster is rated "F".

Rating + 1 Did not work with MSI motherboard

Pros: Look nice.

Cons: It didn't work with my MSI K9A2 motherboard. Got a replacement from Newegg. The new unit didn't work either. I regret that I did not read the negative review on this PS.

Pros: Pretty PSU

Cons: Bought the 750, it wouldnt power an old msi mbd i had, so called coolermaster, sent it in, took 2 months or so to get it back, but they did send me an 850. In the meantime i built another computer. It has a gigabyte mbd. The 850 wouldnt power either, so sent it back, they sent another one, it wouldnt power either. Thankfully I had an old basiq 500w antec that powers either system to get by. Called them today, they said they will send me an upgraded 750. Tech support has been helpful, but this started in february, and now its the last week of july and nothing working. I hope the upgraded 750 will power either computer the 500w antec will. I shall see. I wouldnt recomment this, go with antec, mines lasted forever.

Other Thoughts: avoid for now until they get the problems straightened out.

Rating + 1 DOA

Pros: Lots of cords, wires covered by a metal mesh to protect from melting i assume.

Cons: DOA

Other Thoughts: I would be completely satisfied with this product and give it 5 stars if it wasn't DOA. I intend on getting this product replaced.

Rating + 1 Bad Experience

Pros: Great deal for the price. Works with most boards(see cons for compatability issue).

Cons: ****DOES NOT WORK WITH MOST MSI BOARDS****
I have recently purchased a MSI K9A2 Platinum and wow I was disappointed. This this will not power up my board. Tried it in a a random MSI board lying around at work and no dice. Who knows how many other mobo's this doesn't work with. Tried calling Coolmaster about this issue and they were willing to do absolutely NOTHING to help. They said that the psu opperates as they advertise. I asked them how that is possible if it doesn't work at all in a mainstream mobo manufacturer, the lady apologized and said there is nothing she can do. They didn't offer a refund or anything. Very disappointed, now I either have to go out and buy another $200 psu or another $200 MOBO.

Other Thoughts: Great if you like things that don't work, yes I know I am bashing, however I feel like a bashing is deserved in this case.

Rating + 1 Cooler Master + MSI = Waste of Money

Pros: Looks nice. Lots of connectors. Maybe too many.

Cons: Apparently Cooler Master can't figure out how to make power supplies that work with MSI boards. I have the same problem that someone else posted with an MSI K9A2 Platinum. It powers up for a second and then dies.

Other Thoughts: This is, of course, the only piece of the system for which I didn't search through all negative reviews. If I had, I might have noticed the problem with MSI boards. It can sort of be found buried on Cooler Master's site, although it's in broken English and only references MSI boards following a particular Intel spec.
