Doesn't supply 200W
Pros: Cheap at $20, fit in my 10 year old micro ATX Gateway case so I didn't have to buy a new one.
Cons: Definitely doesn't supply 200W and therefore couldn't power my system. Noisier than most standard ATX PSUs. My other Quad Core Q9300 system with dedicated graphics doesn't even pull 170W, so this PSU should definitely have worked with my build below, but it didn't.
Other Thoughts: I used this in conjunction with a new build but picked it so I could use my old Gateway case and not buy a new one. I got an E5200 (TDP of 65W), there was only a single brand new SATA DVD writer, and an old IDE 12GB hard drive connected to it, video was supplied by the GIGABYTE GA-G31M-ES2L motherboard, so no graphics card. I couldn't even run it with 2 x 1GB sticks of RAM in the mobo. To make the system stable I had to underclock the processor to 1.6Ghz (from 2.5) and put only a single 1GB stick of DDR2 RAM in it. That kept it stable as an office and internet machine for 6 months until I recently spent an additional $75for a $30 Rosewill R226-P-BK case and $45 after rebate for an OCZ ModXStream Pro OCZ500MXSP 500W which is awesome. Now it's got the full 2GB RAM and runs great at full speed. So the PSU tided me over...but I wouldn't buy again unless I had a PC that drew a tiny amount of power.

Not very good quality part
Pros: This item did work for about 40 days and worked perfect. Low Noise.
Cons: This item failed after about 40 days. Just stopped working.
Other Thoughts: Do not buy this. I am gonna have to send this one back to the manufacturer since newegg will not take it after 30 days.

It does its job
Pros: I was able to make it fit. It works and is quiet, which is what you want from a power supply.
Cons: I could not tell from the picture what side the power cord plugged into. It was the wrong side for my needs. I was still able to custom mount it into my case.
Other Thoughts: It is rectangular and the power cord plugs in on a short side.

Make sure it fits your case!
Pros: Never tried it as it did not even fit my mATX case.
Cons: The power supply fails to fit inside a standard mATX case. While it takes up the same volume as a standard mATX, it's dimensions are reversed. So instead of having a shallow depth, it has a long depth and a narrow width. This translates to the screw holes in the rear not matching and if you have a small case, the PS will push up against your drives or make it impossible to fit with your CD/DVD drives installed. So don't buy this if you plan to use it with an eMachine or HP desktop. This is not the right power supply!
Other Thoughts: I normally, don't write reviews but I felt it was a must in this case so others don't buy the wrong PS as I did.

Great PSU for the money
Pros: Fits nicely in the mATX Gateway case. Fan is very quiet. Great value compared to Gateway's PSUs. No issues thus far.
Cons: None
Other Thoughts: I really like dealing with Newegg, they have really good customer service.

works, cheap alternative to gateway oem
Pros: works, fits small Gateway cases, three times cheapter than if ordered original one from Gateway, has more power than oem gateway
Cons: fits in small gateway cases, but holes didn't match.. had to drill new ones.
Other Thoughts: Really glad that i didn't had to spend 3x more on original gateway replacement PSU which was also like fifty watt weaker
