Nice
Pros: Replaced one of my 2GB modules in a MacBook pro (2.6GHz) to reach 6GB. I was not sure it would work as Apple says these computers are supposed to support 4GB RAM, but it appears to work so far!
Cons: Opening the package is a project in itself! The price is somewhat steep also!

Great RAM
Pros: Worked right when I put it in.
Cons: Price... But it's really a great deal.
Other Thoughts: I stuck it right in my Asus G2-A4 and installed Windows XP 64 bit and then expanded my virtual memory and it works fine. Going from 2 gb of ram on vista to 5 gb of ram on XP is like night and day.

Works perfectly w/Lenovo T61p
Pros: I purchased two 4GB modules and installed them into my Lenovo T61p (C2D T7500 cpu) running Fedora 11 x86_64.. Booted up w/o any problems. Now I can run multiple virtual machines simultaneously!
Cons: none.
Other Thoughts: For whatever reason, buying two separate 4GB modules is currently cheaper than buying a single set of 2 x 4GB.

Thinkpad T61p - Works like a charm.
Pros: Bought two chips, RAM works like a charm out of the box on this laptop under Windows XP Professional 64-bit Edition, one of (if not THE) best values for this sort of upgrade if you do heavy Virtualization work or other memory-intensive tasks.
Also helps gaming with non-SSD drives, as the hard drive can spin down entirely once the game loads as all but the most massive games will fit entirely in RAM with a pair of these to give you 8GB total.
Cons: *USELESS*WITHOUT*64-BIT*OPERATING*SYSTEM*
Some 2GB memory available on the market in this form factor/standard has 4-4-4-12 timing, these are 5-5-5-15, so overall memory bandwidth can end being WORSE if you previously upgraded to fast-timing 2GB RAM. Stock T61p RAM is 5-5-5-15 though, so this has no downsides as an upgrade from stock IBM/Lenovo RAM.

Great.. but DOA?
Pros: Bought this for a MacbookPro 2.2ghz.. Works like a top - - now I've got 6gb total in my system! Actually. I bought 3 of them, for myself and clients.
Cons: 1. the packaging sucks. difficult to open. I know wer'e paranoid, but this takes paranoia to a new level..
2. 1 of my 3 pcs arrived DOA. Now I know that's not a reflection on the distributor.. but come on.. 1/3 of my $150 products arrive DOA??
It's not just Crucial.. I bought 110 pc of 1gb Kingston SODIMM's last week. 11 bad... brand new, sealed, and DOA...
Other Thoughts: perhaps we the consumers are the new Product Quality Assurance Division???

Another T61p success story!
Pros: Works well in my T61p. Decent price ($139.00) for this amount of notebook ram.
Cons: None.
Other Thoughts: Shipped from TN, not NJ

Great Memory
Pros: The memory is thin and fits well in my T61p. Had no problems installing it. Crucial Name and NewEgg delivery is a great combination.
Cons: A bit costly but as with all things, wait long enough and the price will come down.
Other Thoughts: This has given my T61p 8gb of memory and now I can run several virtual servers at one time. You don't need a 64bit OS as Windows 2003 Server will recognize the memory if one is so inclined to run a server OS instead of Vista or XP.
