Pros: Took me an hour to install Windows XP on my Averatec 6130hs noteboook. It booted into windows in 15 seconds. I installed a couple of games and the games ran well. I thought the drive would be pretty slow but it wasn't. I ran hdtune and hdtach and the seek times were .9ms much faster than my mechanical HD.

Cons: I wish the read and write transfer rates were a little faster.

Pros: Good Drive, It works properly. Amazing seek times

Other Thoughts: As mentioned by kevin the drive, as well as all solid state drives, has a slow data transfer rate. the drives performance gains are in the x<1(ms) seek times.
