Great!
Pros: Wide active area, super responsive, lots of features.
Cons: None Yet
Other Thoughts: I've got a lot of Photoshop experience but I've never used a tablet so I'm definitely not any final authority on the subject. I'm not sure what kinds of pro-options are missing but if you're a beginner looking for an entry level tablet, this is the one.

Awesome
Pros: Amazingly accurate for it's price and first using the pressure sensitivity blew me away. Was talking with a friend and he told me "I've never seen a tablet that works well". After I got this he turned that opinion straight around and both him and I were completely impressed. Extremely easy to set up just plug in, put in the CD, and boom it worked.
I wasn't so sure about the 'eraser', at first it kind of seemed like a worthless addition, but it acts like a new pointer entirely. Just flip my pen around set it to the eraser tool, flip it back around set the pen tip as pencil and they both stay that way. Then I can even set the mouse to a different tool if I want, so I have 3 tools set up just depending on what pointer I'm moving it's a small little thing but I was impressed.
Cons: I can't seem to get it to work with Inkscape, but I assume that's inkscape's fault not WACOM's.
Other Thoughts: I use this for sketching things out in GIMP, since I don't have a scanner and I'm a bit of a showoff it's great I can finally show some of my drawings to my friends online. It's great but I'm not sure it compares to pencil and paper with my skill.

Great Purchase
Pros: Programmable hotkeys, easy setup and works great for lots of things asides from drawing.
Cons: Every now and then it stops working correctly, if I move it to one side from the other it wont go all the way across the screen and I'll have to pick it up and continue as if I'm using a mouse. A quick unplug and plug back will fix it though, so not a big enough deal to knock an egg off
Other Thoughts: bought from an electronics retail chain.

My first tablet and love it!
Pros: Great value, high quality for low price, thin, comfortable, pressure support, incredible improvement in graphics editing.
Cons: None as far as quality and usage are concerned. On both OSX and Vista it triggers all the OS tablet features that I don't need: notes taking, handwriting recognition, little gadgets popping up in your face when you don't need them, but that's not Wacom's fault but the OS trying to be painfully helpful. It takes some time to disable all of this if all you want is just Photoshop and Illustrator use and leave the tablet invisible to the rest of the system and apps, I still prefer keyboard for writing. Useless mouse, I wish they dumped the mouse and added few more programmable buttons instead. I'd prefer to have a horizontal pen holder built-in on the top of the pad itself.
Other Thoughts: This is my first tablet ever. I've been thinking about getting one for years, but they were too expensive. When this came out I jumped in. There is a learning curve, undoing of some old habits, but it beats using mouse for graphics and photo touching up: more precise, more control, hand doesn't get tired, feels more natural. Once I got used to it I can never live without a tablet again. I did try it with Vista out of curiosity, but I use it with my MacPro OSX10.5.6.

love it
Pros: - this tablet's installation took about 2 min, tops. plug it in, put in the CD, and its ready to go. - very easy to use - some with nice programs - looks awesome - pen has a great feel to it - does everything that it says it does
Cons: - doesn't have a great selection for the button functions. i'd really like to have an undo button, and other various things when drawing - scroll wheel REALLY doesn't work 95% of the time.
Other Thoughts: i was looking for a tablet that would service my needs as an artist. i'm not a professional, but i do draw alot. i used to have another low end table that broke, and this was a more than adequate replacement. i simply love it.

extremely pleased
Pros: I have had other tablets before, low budget tablets, they never worked quite right. Lines were never straight, they were glitchy and not worth it... I decided to pick this one up because through research, the wacom name with tablets seemed to be "the one". I am a 3D artist, and I only use my tablet for minor things like texture creations, and I am VERY pleased with the mouse this thing comes with as well. No lasers, no balls, no little dust or hair getting caught in the laser making it go crazy. This is very sleek, very comfortable, and extremely useful for me.
Cons: I wish there was somewhere on the tablet to hold the pen... that's about it.
Other Thoughts: if you're in the market for a tablet, and you don't have tons of money to spend, you'll get 2-3 bad tablets for 80-100 bucks each, when you could have just gotten this tablet at its price and never have a complaint.

Awesome tablet
Pros: I think the fact it makes you feel as if your drawing on paper, makes you get in touch with the inner painter in you.
Cons: If I find one I will let you know :)
Other Thoughts: Maybe some additional buttons.

Great Great
Pros: Worked on the first insalled. Beautiful packaging. Fantastic product. I've use Wacom's a year ago and finally got one. It looks great and works to the point.
Cons: Only wish i could adjust the active area - but its really not a big deal.
Other Thoughts: Good software tutorial with the product.

Excellent tablet for the money.
Pros: This is an extremely good tablet for $200, its sleek, nice and thin (3/8"), tracking is good and pressure, looks great, and has fairly powerful software, supports wide screen which is nice.
Cons: Wish it had more than 4 programmable buttons, took me awhile to work out how I wanted them setup to maximize efficiency, its hard to be hitting keyboard commands while using the tablet, id love another 4 or so on the side.
Other Thoughts: This is my first tablet but not the first Ive used, there are better ones out there if you are a professional, but if you are just starting out with tablets I *highly* recommend this one, it is very nice for the money.

Excellent Tablet!
Pros: Looked for about 2 weeks before purchasing this tablet. Business application for note taking.. got sick of scrounging through paper to find my notes.
Cons: None so far!
Other Thoughts: If you are thinking about buying an off brand pad that is just a bit cheaper than this... dont! I read probably 200 reviews to settle on this simple solution.
