Rating + 4

Pros: Works fine, sensitivity is pretty good.
Don't know about the other utilities as I only use it to draw.

Cons: LED in the pen doesn't work, assumed it was broken until I decided to just try it out.

Other Thoughts: Other than the broken LED, this thing works just fine.

Cons: A little tedious to get it recognize your writing style. But easier than hunt and peck.

Other Thoughts: Got this as an alternative to typing due to arthritis.
Helps a bit, good for quick notes, but can be a pain for it to reconize your handwriting stlye.

Rating + 4 Works fine for me

Pros: Low Cost. I was able to find and download a driver for my new Vista operating system, but not sure where I found that. Pen works fine, though.

Cons: I have recommended it to others and they have had trouble where I have not. Sometimes takes a minute to get it to turn on. If I were a graphic artist, it might not be accurate enough, not sure. I'm a teacher and use this over the internet for distance learning with smaller kids.

Other Thoughts: I'm good with computers and my customers who are less confident seem to have more problems.

Rating + 3 Could be worse

Pros: It's cheap.

Cons: The pen is terrible. It shuts itself off to save battery power after about 30 seconds without sufficient activity. Apparently, I don't draw hard enough to warrant sufficient activity, because it keeps shutting off in the middle of drawing a line. And even if that weren't a problem, I'll be navigating menus and suddenly it shuts off.

Other Thoughts: I would be completely satisfied with it if the pen weren't so poorly thought out. You get what you pay for, I guess. Still, for testing the water and seeing if I would enjoy having a more expensive tablet, it's okay.
