HUGE
Pros: They actually fit my head. My head is huge. These are for people with big freakin' heads.
Cons: None, yet. Just got em. Middle of the road bass, but you can hear EVERYTHING.
Other Thoughts: THEY FIT MY HEAD. NOTHING FITS MY HEAD.

Terrific cans
Pros: Excellent detail, amazing soundstage, wonderfully comfortable. These are amazing if you're looking for detail and separation. The subtle nuances of your music almost jump out at you; the separation of instruments almost makes listening to old favorites a new experience. Beyond that, the soundstage makes these amazing for games and movies; positional audio is handled very well.
Despite their size (believe me, these are big), these are very comfortable headphones. At first they seemed a bit stiff, but once they're worn in and you're used to their size they're hardly noticeable. And because of the fabric of the earpads, your ears don't get all hot and sweaty. They're also very lightweight; I can wear these for hours without any real fatigue.
Also, these are open headphones, which means anyone around you can easily hear your music, and that external noise is, likewise, let in. I consider this a pro, since it's a large factor in the sound signature. Others may need closed cans,
Cons: There are only 3 "problems" I can think of for these headphones. The first and only real issue (for me), is that, although I find these headphones very comfortable, they do have a tendency to slide around on my head if I, say, nod my head up and down. However, it is not difficult to find a comfortable position, at least for me. This is a very minor issue. I'm a small~normal sized guy, 5'10", 135 pounds (give or take).
The second "problem" is the bass. I find the sound signature of these headphones to be well balanced and accurate. It won't suit the bassheads out there, but it does represent bass accurately.
The third "problem" is that these are open. If you intend to use these around other people, you *will* be "that guy" who annoys everyone else with your music.
Other Thoughts: These headphones are amazing. If the "cons" I listed here don't apply to you, get these headphones. If you want a detailed, articulate, well-separated listening experience with sublime comfort, get these headphones. I use them in my room for hours on end, and couldn't be happier with them.

ver' nice
Pros: I purchased these headphones to replace icemat siberias, and the increased performance is unbelievable. Compared to the old icemats, the positional sound in games is night and day. These also blow so called "5.1 surround sound" headphones that I've tried out in stores out of the water.
Cons: Very light and loose fit, if I lean back, these fall off very easily. Con for me, but maybe not for you. These are very big, and definately not for the vertically challenged among us.

Pros: Crisp sound good for games such as CounterStrike and other games that need sound for positioning.
Cons: Like you may have read, they are monsters. They sit low on your jaw depending on head size and they pinch your glands when you first buy them causing aches. But after you stretch them out and ware them in they are wonderfull and don't fall off...yet.
Other Thoughts: Don't purchase unless your a serious gamer. High price headset is useless if never used properly, and these are not ment for music (little bass)

incredible...
Pros: best quality for the buck, music sounds amazing even on a onboard sound card, cant imagine the quality on a xfi chip, also pc games sound is stunning, positional sound in FPS is flawless, besides all of this they are inmensely comfortable, ears never hurt after even hours of wearing them
Cons: none
Other Thoughts: some people complain about them being to big, my head is mid size and they never fall and are very comfortable and arent heavy on ur head

Awesome Cans
Pros: Great audio quality for the price. Ive had these for 6 months or more and they yet to disappoint. These are most definitely the best bang for the buck in this price bracket. No amp needed.
Cons: Not much bass. Other than that I cant think of anything. They are a phenomenal set of headphones for what you are paying.
Other Thoughts: Buy them and you wont regret it.

Excellent value
Pros: Great sound and very comfortable design. All of the tension is provided by metal components, so the set isn't likely to develop stress fractures. I've also accidently blasted them a couple of times and I haven't heard the buzzing sound you get afterwards on cheaper headphones.
Cons: You need to have a meduim-size head or larger to wear these comfortably. Even then, they are meant for sitting still. The open-air design does not block out external noises.
Other Thoughts: Do not let people see you while you are wearing these.

ath-ad 700
Pros: i love these headphones they are very comfortable and if you keep the wings pointed to top of head they are very steady. they sound incredable i hear things i never heard before. i read as much as i could to learn and these were the best value for the money. try headfi.com to get really go audiophile information on shoosing these and why.
Cons: they are not some thing you wear while out on the street not realy a con they aren't meant for that.

These BLEW my mind
Pros: I did lots and lots of research. Listened to Sonys, Sennheisers and these. With an X-Fi Fatal1ty Gamer sound card, you cannot go wrong! For games just set the card on CMSS 3-d and speaker setting to 'headphone' and your set. The realism in games leaves one speechless. You have not heard music until through these. The previous post about mp3 quality below 192kbps is no joke. You will hear tics, pops, mistakes in music that you did not know existed.
Cons: are hopefully in jail, LOL. jk. No Cons. They are large but I have a big noggin so it is all good.
Other Thoughts: AMD 5600+ dual core, X-Fi gamer card with 64MB of X-RAM, 2GB of DDR2-800mhz RAM, these headphones. Games aren't quite perfect yet as I run a 256MB 7950GT video card that is being upgraded to an 8800 GT with economic stimulus check.
