Works good nice printer
Pros: Good Photo's printing. Fast in all modes
Cons: none
Other Thoughts: I work on printers the all in one printers give carriage jams sometimes that are permanent you cant repair it for the cost of a new machine, labor cost is higher than a new machine. I got this one NEW works nice and fast.

Design fault. Do not buy!
Pros: It was nice when it was working.
Cons: It was a nice printer until one month after warranty expires. The printer gives carriage jam error and stopped working. There are tons of people having exactly the same problem.
Called HP support, they know the problem very well. They must be receiving a million phone calls per year about this. but they refuse to do anything. You would have to buy a new one after a year of use. Avoid HP inkjets!

You can do better! Skip this one!
Pros: Prints very quickly in draft mode. Lots of features for the price.
Cons: HP Service and Support stinks! No drivers available for Windows 2003 Server. Unit is shoddily built. (Our office has had 3 break in about 1 years' time.) Software is big and kludgy.
Other Thoughts: Like others said, HP has gone way downhill in recent years. They don't make "tanks" like the old LaserJet 3 and 4 anymore. This all-in-one is disposable, and may only last 6 months if heavily used.
I'd recommend Brother over this for an all-in-one. The name doesn't inspire confidence, but they make some really sturdy all-in-ones with better software than HP's garbage for scanning and faxing.

OK printer ruined by poor HP service
Pros: Has nice document feeder for faxing and copying. Overall, good capabilities and handy for home office set up.
Cons: Since new, this printer has had intermittent but on-going paper jams while printing, especially when receiving faxes. Called HP and they told me that unless the problem continuosly happens while they are on the phone with you... to bad. no service coverage. In essence, they do NOT cover intermittant problems like mine period.
Other Thoughts: Unless you can reproduce the problem every time you try while on the phone to their customer service tech, be prepared to lie to them if you want to get the unit serviced. I believe this is true for ALL HP computer products. Also, if your new unit completely fails, they will only send you a refurbished item to replace it. I will avoid HP whenever possible now.

Great Unit
Pros: Great price (I received a rebate at the time of my purchase, but I would still recommend the purchase at NewEgg's current price). Great print quality, snappy, and so far everthing just works as it is supposed to. The scanner/copy functions work as you would expect, very solid device. I know my old printer was a just little photo inkjet, but you couldn't pay me to try to use that again over the HP 6210. The 6210 is to
Cons: I don't use the fax services, so that whistle is useless for me, but it may be the cat's meow for someone else. Also, my review may be a bit bias, as I've developed quite a disdain for my old little photo printer that couldn't.
Other Thoughts: I purchased this all-in-one when I was calculating the costs to buy brand name certified ink for my old printer. I had been buying knockoff ink cartridges in the past and they gave me much trouble with the 820. The original Espon cartridges were no guarantee either, however. I priced the Color & Black out at $50, & decided to just junk the printer, and buy the HP 6210. I purchased the 6210 at the time of a rebate promotion, so it only cost me a bit more than buying new brand name ink for the old dog.

No More HP's
Pros: Price
Cons: Lasted less than 2 months. Poor response from HP.
Other Thoughts: I researched this product before I purchased it and it had great reviews. However, I have had it for less that 2 months and it has already failed for me on the day that I was to meet my payroll. HP was not very helpful and they failed to overnight it even after I paid for it to be shipped that way. I will not be purchasing another HP due to their lack of appropriate response to my problem. I had to pay for the overnight shipping for my replacement plus I had to drive 30 miles to return my old machine to the closest FedEx return facility. The replacement that they sent me sounds like it has something grinding inside it. I will be going back to Brother, their customer care far exceeds HP's!

Pros: A printer that does it all. Only a few jams in the feeder
Cons: Very small Ink Carts. I have had this thing replaced 4 times now. From bad scanner bulbs to complete failure. I don't know what has happened to hp. I normally have had a good exp with them.

Excelent!!!
Comments: I really recomend this all-in-one to everyone for home use, make copies pretty fast, easy to setup. I also printed 6x4 pictures and the quality is excelent, more than I expected (I used the 99 photo cartridge). More than I expected for the price!

Same HP Service as Always
Comments: I bought this printer from a local Retailer (I don't think I need to mention who, *cough* BBY_SUX *cough*) However, I needed it NOW. Upon opening the box, I threw the directions away, its fairly straight forward. Popped the CD in, and durring installation got a "% 1 is not valid Win32 application" error. Tried my other Newegg purchased Lite-On DVD Burner, and same thing. (HP's uninstall failed install methods SUCK btw). Went to HP's Website, found that EVERYONE else was having this problem too, and they suggested sending me a new FREE CD Overnight with FedEx. Received the CD the next day at 10:45am, Installed and everything works great. The reason it's 4 stars is because they never took the time to send out replacement CD's to the stors they shipped their printers to, unlike linksys, that tapes the new cd to the product. GREAT AIO FROM HP.

Good office printer for the price
Comments: This is a great multi-purpose printer for the office, but it is best for light use. The fact that it can do it all, print, copy, and fax, makes life very easy. However, it goes through it's small ink catriges quickly, so it isn't the best for high capacity printing, and will definitely not replace an office laser printer. Also, scans are not picture perfect, as colors can be a little more off than desired, but for basic document scanning, it is quick enough for light use. Faxing, printing, and scanning are all relatively quick for its class.
Overall, it works great in light use situations, or in heavier situations along side a laser printer.

Great printer for the money
Comments: very good, fast copying, very good quality on all your prints. Photo printing is ok, a photo-specific printer might give you better results, but I do not have much experience in home photo printing. A very good buy for the money though.
