awesome
Pros: i've had this computer for about a month or more, and it works great for me. i have had no difficulties with it.
Cons: ink is expensive. it cost us $70. to replace ink. however, i looked on the back of the box, and found a different ink size if you want to substitute it, and it's a lot cheaper. only comes to $30. however, the ink doesn't last that long. the color ran out on the $70. ink after printing just about 7 4page reports for college.

HP all-in-one printer is great
Pros: Easy to set up and start using this lightweight and compact takes up very little space in my home office. I love the scanner! The print quality is excellent! How can you beat a great little printer for this price. I have had other HP printers and for a home office this is the best one yet. I have already recommended this printer to friends who work from home.
Cons: usb cord included...thank goodness I have a few to spare........

HP all-in-one printer is great

Pros: Does its job. Decent printing and scanning quality.
Cons: NO USB CABLE. I have never seen a printer that did not include a USB cable. At least it came with some ink...

Nice package
Pros: This replaced an Epson that had an intermittent problem with a connector. After a year of getting ink all over my hands and having it work for a few minutes and then quit, I gave up.
The HP came well-packaged. Good thing, since it had been abused during shipment. Clear instructions, so it was easy to get it to work with my iMac (running X10.4). The buttons are clearly laid out. I didn't buy it for the scanner, but for routine items it is much easier to use than the scanner I already have. The print quality is amazing for such a cheap printer (and I use bottom of the line paper). The editing software is also very useful.
Cons: The printer is cheaply built, but I think it will be adequate for home use. HP did a nice job on everything.
Other Thoughts: It's too early to know how reliable this printer will be.

Does not share over windows network
Pros: Works with computer it's plugged into. Thanks to newegg, I got it for about what the ink would have cost (comes w/ink).
Decent prints both color and b&w.
Cons: Cannot print from another computer. I've always just had a printer plugged into one computer, shared the printer over the network, and printed from any computer on the network. Printing from any computer other than the computer into which this printer is plugged always results in miserable problems.
Other Thoughts: If you plan on sharing printers over a network, don't buy! Yes, I've updated drivers several times, and no solution to the problems.
If you plan on using only on one computer, this printer is fine.

HP Quality
Pros: Low Price. HP Quality. Simple to use, and understand.
Cons: The software dosen't like Windows 7.
Other Thoughts: At first I was really mad. I have always had the best luck with HP printers, but when I went to install this one, it said is not compatible with Windows 7. Well I didn't let that stop me, i pluged it in without the HP drivers, and it downloaded and set-up everything Perfectly. No lenghty HP install, no "Register now" screen, nothing to do, it truelly is "plug-n-play".

Good Printer
Pros: Great quality on both text and color printing. Extremely fast printing and ok speed on the scanning features.
Cons: Installation could have been a little quicker.
Other Thoughts: This is the first printer I've purchased in about 9 years. My previous printer was an HP 932c and I was blown away by the quality of the prints and the speed of the prints compaired to my old printer.
I've seen alot of people complain about a lack of a USB cable but those few printers that include USB cables are the exception to the rule, not the rule.

bad bad bad. the usb missing .. what's goign on
Pros: nothing good
Cons: the usb missing .. no good . don't buy this stupid printer
