Excellent Product
Pros: This product was very easy to set-up. Outstanding Tech Support service, and they're 24/7 for those late night people.
Cons: Had a minor issue of connecting via Wi-Fi with my laptop. Issue was resolved no more than 10 mins. See above about Tech Support.

Wow
Pros: Easy setup, plug in play, strong wireless signal, good led lights, internet doesn't cut off "previous problem with linksys".
Cons: Not Free
Other Thoughts: I had my dad install the router and he's really not too tech friendly and this came with a manual with easy directions.
I never bought a SMC product before, but i'll be looking at their products more often.

Painless and powerful
Pros: 1) Simple to hook up 2) Had full 300 with SMC Ez connect adapter (Newegg used to sell) 3) OLD house , 2 lvls down thru 9 wall ..boom full power 4) Router menu easy to use
Cons: 1) None yet
Other Thoughts: It work like a router should. Too bad you cant find one like this with a print server built in

WOOOOOOW ITS FAST !!!!!
Pros: I plugged it in, cloned my mac address and reset my cable modem. thats all I needed to do, its SOOOO fast. Its easy to use and has tons of admin options so your going to love it.
Cons: the box was kinda hard to open, but after the tape was cut its all gravy.
Other Thoughts: I never used SMC before but now I will never go back to another router brand again. Highly Reccomended.

Smoking Fast Router
Pros: Great web interface, with outstanding options. The routing is easily 30%+ quicker than the last Linksys router I used. First time purchasing an SMC router and I will buy another.

Pros: This thing was way simple to hook up and the security is second to none! Works flawlessly! The option to shut off the wireless network via button is what sold it! Great product.
Cons: None other than wireless print, but simple enough to enable print share on host.

Best home wireless security router
Pros: This is the best wireless router I could find that would give me real security. How? No, I'm not talking about WEP 64/128, WPA & WPA2 protection, though it does have these features. I'm talking about the only feature this router has that no other router out there has: a wireless LAN on/off switch on the back of the router! Now I can connect my PS3 and my laptop using network cables when I want to, and switch off the wireless easily on the back of the router, and when I want to take the computer around the house, I just switch it on! If you can't access my wireless... you can't hack it!
Cons: Everytime you switch on/off the wireless LAN, it takes about 15-20 seconds for the connection to work again (both wireless and wired). I guess it reboots itself.
Other Thoughts: You can't miss with this one. I'm upgrading from a Linksys router and I'm not going back. Better software, easier setup, more features. Just better.

Can't go wrong with SMC
Pros: I bought this to replace a 4-year old SMC 2804WBR router, so I wanted all the same features plus more. This one is just as easy to set-up. If you are concerned about security, I would highly recommend this unit. I have had no signal drops yet, and due to my prior experience with SMC, I don't expect any.
Cons: Indicator lights are on the top, I would prefer them on the front.
Other Thoughts: It comes with Router, Power Adapter, 5-foot ethernet cable, documentation CD and a quick install guide (which does show you the default password).
