Loud, but powerful
Pros: Delta makes extremely long lasting, very reliable fans. They are almost always used in high quality servers and workstations.
Cons: Loud, but at 8000rpm, no fan will be quiet.
Other Thoughts: I have both this and the 160cfm version of this fan. It is important to note that the shape of the fins that support the motor cause the output air to spread out into a large cone shape. This is because they are meant to pull air out of a system and push it into a confined space (I.E. behind a server rack,) if it shot it straight out without spreading it, there would be resistance and cause the fan to push less air. You will get better performance on a cpu cooler if you make it pull air through it rather than push air through it.

Extremely loud but does what it's supposed to!
Pros: Moves a huge amount of air. I am using it as a heatsink fan and it keeps my AMD Phenom II 955 very very cool, reading 38 at Idle and 46 at full load. This compared to about 46 at Idle and 55 at full load.
Cons: Extremely loud. Just like everyone else says, very very load. I thought I would be able to stand it, but I ended up taking it off and replacing it with a much quieter fan.

hahaha
Pros: Extremely high amounts of air movement.
Cons: Turbine. That is a word that doesn't quite describe this fan.
More like,
Strap yourselves down as takeoff is being initiated for the outer-space
Other Thoughts: I cant really believe the selling price.. But it isn't the egg; I've seen these delta fans going high everywhere for some reason.
Oh; and did I mention my computer won "Loudest System" at the last LAN party I attended?
Yeah..
