Rating + 2 Decent but has flaw

Pros: Usual APC software is nice. Good size for an average PC.

Cons: When power fail while connected via USB with PC off or with USB connected only to the APC end, the unit falls into an infinite loop of attempting to apparently shut down but cannot. This loop can only be broken by pulling the USB from the PC; the APC power button will not work. The clicking noise created is quite loud and repeats at approximately 3Hz.

Other Thoughts: The unit works fine but the flaw exposes a serious issue with APC's QC process and is quite annoying. Occurs when unplugging the unit as well.
