Wonderful device
Pros: Works as intended. Excellent monitoring software. Awesome # of plugs on the back.
It calculates that it will run 21 minutes with 207Watts attached to it. This includes a 15" LCD monitor, 2 dual socket opteron systems, 1 pentium 4 system, & 2 dlink router/AP's.
Cons: Nothing yet, had it for 1 month.
Other Thoughts: Bought it because of frequent outages that occur where I live when it rains. I expected another couple of outages and had a few right after I'd installed 2 of these.

reat
Pros: Handles everything Usng it with Seasonic M12 700w PSU (Active pfc) Intel 9550 quad (95W) Giga Nvidia GTS 250 and 4 HDD in comp with an HP monitor uing min of 24W. In addition, I have a surge plug leading up top to my MFC printer, tel, modem, switch, and dual HDD dock. Habe lost power on numerous occasions-not a blink
Cons: NONE
Other Thoughts: BUY! BUY! BUY! Do not worry about active PFC unless you buy Enermax PSU or something cheap

Didn't keep 580W running!
Pros: The LCD display is nice and it's fun to see how many watts you're using. I have two computers hooked up running ~400w at near idle and it gives me about 1-2 minutes to shut them down if I unplug it.
Cons: With two computers at full load at around 580-590W I pulled the plug and one of the two computers shut down instantly. The battery was full at the time and it's rated to 600W so this simply shouldn't happen. I rarely have both computers pulling that much power so hopefully this flaw won't happen often.

Works well
Pros: I'm very pleased with this UPS since purchasing it about a month ago. We recently moved into a rental cottage and a local warned me that there were frequent power outages in our area. That's when I decided to get some protection. Since then we've experienced perhaps a dozen or more power losses, usually only lasting for less than five seconds. This UPS handled the problems flawlessly, and both computers, our DSL modem, a router, and a total of six hard drives continued to run without a hitch. Nice design, small and handsome style, lots of protected outlets in the rear, and easy-to-view LCD panel with lots of info monitored.
Cons: One word of caution: the cottage we rented was built about fifty years ago, and the electrical wiring is only two-wire; i.e., there is no safety ground circuit. This defeats the surge protection features of the UPS (and any other surge protectors). I assume this is because surge protectors use the ground circuit to shunt overvoltages before they can affect any connected electrical devices. The manual for this UPS makes this potential problem clear, and there is a warning LED to indicate if there is a problem. Of course, the LED on my UPS is always on, but the protection from power outages works well.
Other Thoughts: Based on my experience with this UPS, I would not hesitate to recommend it. It does what it says it will.

Great UPS
Pros: I bought this UPS when I got a second computer because my previous UPS could not handle both. This unit has plenty of power to spare, the front display is easy to read and the blue light adds some variety to the light colors in my office. I have had several major power outages and with both computers (each running dual monitors), a printer and some speakers the UPS runs like a champ, giving us plenty of time to properly boot down the computers without running out of juice.
Cons: None!
Other Thoughts: The included software installed easy and helps monitor and test the unit... very helpful to have! All in all I am very pleased with this unit and it's overall performance

Good product
Pros: THE POWER FOR THE PRICE! Good product so far, runs my system no problems. AMD Dual Core, 4G ram, ATI Radeon HD X2 (Dual/Dual 4 monitor Card, a power hog!)w/ 2gig Ram running 4 DVI Monitors, 360 GB hd, DVD Burner, 8 usb devices, wireless nic, 800W PS, 6 fans in the system. (I have 3 of the monitors on a seperate UPS). The unit says I have 19 min on battery while pulling 200W, streaming netflix, and tons of aplications running. I am not much of a gamer, so I do not know the implications. Much cheaper than the equivalent that I do own from APC, which is a good product as well. The LCD is much nicer than the 2 APC units I have with LCD's. The software is not quite as good as the PowerChute software, but ok.
Cons: If you run windows 7 you need to get the update online from the MFG. The drivers and software on the disk do not work, and this is one of the few things win 7 could not install on its own in my experience of installing win 7 on 3 desktops and 1 notebook. This is a minor inconvenience that will probably be resolved soon.
Other Thoughts: I have also purchased one of these for a server that an APC 500W lasted 3 years backing up. They say 3 - 6 years, we will see. I am in an very rural area that has alot of power outages, hence the short life of the APC.

Solid UPS
Pros: Stable Price Led Display AVR Green Power Specs
Cons: If Only It Was Cheaper In Price
Other Thoughts: I have Always Been An APC Guy But Now After Running This On My Wood Pellet Stove, Breckwell P23 until i get a chance to power up the generator without a hiccup I can truly say wow this ups rocks. A solid Backup Choice for my pellet stove Users in the field.

Great price /value
Pros: We have been experiencing short outage (<5 minutes) over the past few weeks and was afraid to even turn on the computers anymore. I ordered 2 of these UPS and hooked up to my Mac's and was surprise to see them work directly on OS X Snow Leopard without any extra drivers. Currently handling my Quad/6GB, Drobo, 2 LCD, 2 external HDD and 5 internal. Showing only 2 bars which mean about 40% charge.
Cons: not enough outlets at the back

Cyberpower Intelligent LCD UPS (810 Watt)
Pros: Item works as promised. The software installed properly on Windows Server 2008 - Data Center Edition R2. After testing the item in a true power outage, the item properly shut down the OS with no problems when the preset condition was met (set through the software that comes with the item). Also, the estimated time said to be consumed through usage of items is a very conservative estimate (usually a bit longer than stated).
Cons: User manual was a bit lite on literature.
Other Thoughts: Make sure you read the user manual before installation. Also, might want to ensure that the item is set up off the grouns somewhat in-case of any water leakage into the facility in which the item is used (internal battery and H20 do not mix ;) ).

Reliable, Lots of Power
Pros: Very reliable UPS, long run time, easy installation.
Cons: Plugs at the back, would prefer easier plug access on top.
Other Thoughts: An excellent device, much more reliable than the APC LS700's we used previously.

Works great
Pros: Works great. Windows 7 recognizes it without installing their software. No problems.
Cons: Only 1 real problem with this UPS: It's very easy to accidentally hit the power button and kill power to all devices on the UPS. The power button is the brightest light on the ups, and if you touch it, it's off. (I hit it sometimes when I am really after the "display" button).
By contrast, on an APC ups, you have to hold the power button down for 5 seconds to turn off the UPS -- very preferable, especially if you have kids.
Other Thoughts: I don't like the cyberpower software -- if you install it, it will constantly consume 1 percent of your CPU.

Works like it's supposed to
Pros: LCD very helpful, reasonable price, compact size, easy setup, decent software.
Cons: None.
Other Thoughts: Bought five of these for three high-powered PC's; 50" Plasm and Home Theater; and a tankless water heater. Got them about two months ago, but haven't had an incident until this past weekend with the Nor'easter here in Jersey. Took several power hits over a two-, three-day period and these units never failed to keep the power on any of my equipment.

Works... sometimes
Pros: The software is pretty solid. Ignoring the issue described in the cons section, it is a very good UPS unit. I can power my rig while gaming for 10 minutes on battery. I have 2 LCDs, a laptop, modem/routing equipment, a Phenom 465, Radeon 4870 1G, and 6 HDs attached to this, giving a total power draw of about 340W.
Cons: It works MOST of the time. When I first got it I tested it by unplugging it and my computer stayed on. Today, I had the luck to have the breaker trip, and my computer kind of turned off. It wasn't completely off but nothing was showing on the screens and I had to completely reset it to get windows to boot (hard power switch off). It seems it was only a small break in power because my monitors and router were still fine, and that would explain why it was still "half-on". I tested it a bit more by repeatedly unplugging it and was able to reproduce it a 2/3 times out of about 30. That's a 10% failure rate, which is completely unacceptable for a UPS unit. I only rate this 2 eggs because of otherwise excellent quality of this product. Also, the wattmeter could be more accurate.
Other Thoughts: Just my luck that this happend literally a day over 30 days (the RMA deadline). I guess I'm stuck with this. It works MOST of the time, so it's not that bad but it's not complete peace of mind, which basically equals no peace of mind. When this unit dies or I need to replace it I'm going for a more reputable brand name like APC. It causes my PSU to emit a loud buzzing when on battery power. Did some googling and it seems like nothing to worry about.

Sweet Chilli Cheese!
Pros: Best UPS I've ever owned. No guess work with this bad boy...you've got all the information about run time and power draw from your computer - the beep is not annoying either. You don't need a kill-o-watt meter with this thing...Run time is great....It is a great buy.
Cons: None....
Other Thoughts: I was happily scripting along running 5 VM's plus host OS...along came a power outtage and ruined my day....as soon as the power came back, I bought this bad boy and I no longer compute in fear.

Pros: Win 7 x64 compatibility, great price vs comparable APC units, came 100% charged, PowerPanel software works great, has AVR, the lcd is also very pretty...like a blue sky.
Cons: None.
Other Thoughts: Running this simulated sine wave UPS with a Corsair TX750w with active PFC and no problem. Read jonnyGURU's advice at his site and SomeJoe7777's guide at Tom's HW for deciding between simulated or true sine wave. I'm fine with this setup for controlled shutdowns only, but then probably went overboard with the wattage. With the system below, the most I can draw so far is 307w with the CPU at 100% utilization with Prime95. The total draw is usually 162-178w with about 28-33 estimated minutes of runtime.

Good Device
Pros: Good footprint. Smaller than comparable APC product. Nice LED panel for status. Monitoring software was not inculded, but DL from online. Software works with Win 7 Pro. Software informative and easy to install/use.
Cons: Many of the outlets are spaced close together, so if you have multiple plug transformers, it may cause a problem with plugging things in.

Nice UPS, software not so great
Pros: Good performance, LCD display is handy, nice UPS
Cons: CyberPower's UPS management software prevents my PC from going to sleep mode. It constantly uses 1% CPU.
Other Thoughts: The UPS works great, just don't install the monitoring software.

Pros: So far it seems good. Easy to read display and the software installed flawlessly on my WHS box. Long enough battery life compared to most UPS's to actually shut the PC down before the batteries wearing out.
Cons: I'm disappointed with the quality of the plastic this unit is made out of. Right out of the box there was a chip of plastic taken out of one of the cooling vents and a crack in another. Instead of paying the shipping rate back to the Egg I decided to superglue it.

Great UPS
Pros: Great unit for the price. it powers my highly-overclocked computer running 5 hard drives and 2 4870's in crossfire for 7 minutes. The software is very easy to use and functions perfectly. I really like seeing the current load being drawn. The load made me realize I was almost maxing out my power supply. I ordered a bigger power supply just in case, but I wouldn't have known without this UPS unit.
Cons: None
Other Thoughts: I originally was nervous because I've never used CyberPower before. I have 5 other APC battery backup units but I wanted to see the LCD screen on this one. I have liked this unit so much that I ordered another for my 52" Aquos TV. I tend to lose power a few times a year, and with these units I can rest assured my PC will shut down properly and be shielded, and I can watch TV for approx 96 minutes on the other battery backup. Couple that with my cable box being on a battery backup unit, and even if I lose power for 24 hours my DVR won't miss a thing. I also have my switches and wireless routers plugged into a battery backup so all my wireless devices and laptops still have internet access. Having such great luck with this unit, I have sold another 3 to other customers of mine and I have had nothing but good experiences with every single unit.

Very good
Pros: Good unit. Seems very reliable. I've tested it by unplugging the unit from its power source while my desktop was running. Machine didn't skip a beat. Only indication something happened was an alert that pops up at the windows notification area. I turned off other alarms. Very happy with this unit.
Cons: Wish it had another receptacle or two on the battery backup side. Other receptacles are surge protected but not battery backup.

Flawless
Pros: Excellent value for power rating and includes nice data panel. Voltage regulation is as important as battery back-up and is included in this model. Installation was very simple thru Win XP and Vista.
Cons: none yet
Other Thoughts: Newegg's free shipping made the sale.

Reliable
Pros: Had a few power outages and this UPS is very accurate with it's "time left." Sleek, cheap, does the job.
Cons: Screen shuts off to save power I guess, but I wish it'd stay on.
Other Thoughts: CyberPower, great job! Thanks to NewEgg as well!

One Year and counting - still great
Pros: Plenty of power. I'm running a Samsung TOC 25.5" monitor, my tower w/600 Watt PSU & 2 SATA drives, an ESATA toaster, and have plenty of power to spare. So far, not a single complaint. 810 Watts is plenty for most of us not using monster rigs. In use my setup is generally using <300 watts. I am adding a GTX 260 next week, and feel I'm still in good shape.
Cons: Software uses "Hibernate" to power on and off PC when programmable schedules are wanted. Vista, at least the x64 version I am running, does not use hibernate as did XP. Scheduling, and shutdowns via software will not work correctly for Vista 64.
Other Thoughts: This was my first CyberPower UPS. I have since purchased the 1000AVRLCD model for another computer and it is equally excellent. Very reliable, and high quality.

Small and compact
Pros: This is a replacement for an older UPS that I had that finally died. This unit has more capability than my older one and it's smaller as well. I have it on my desk tucked behind my monitor so its easy to get to. The status indicator on the front is a nice touch. The unit installed without any problems in Vista 64 bit. I also have a couple other devices connected to it (2 NAS boxes, my router and a phone).
Cons: The power button is a bit bright. More battery backed outlets would be nice and it would be nice but at the moment I don't require them.
Other Thoughts: The status display is a nice touch as it provides a fair deal of information about the input and outputs of the device. It's too bad it can't be configured to be always on.

Great Buy!
Pros: For starters, this came out of the box fully charged. Teh 4 battery plugs and 4 surge only are sufficent for my needs. Vista 64 instantly picked up the equiptment and data, still installed the included software and it's easy to use and understand. The display is nice and goes great with my system's color scheme. I live in the southern end of Central Florida and we have thunderstorms on a daily basis, this has been a heaven send. Have frequent power interruptions and the only time I know is if the tv in the other room is on before we get hit.
Cons: I really have no complaints, the LED in the poser switch could be a little dimmer, but that's about as close to a con I can find.
Other Thoughts: Getting another one, probably the 1500 for my living room. ASUS M2N Deluxe MB, AMD 62x2 Brisbane , 650watt PSU, 6GB Ram, 2x WD 500GB HD, 2 LG DVD-/+R, RW drives, ACER 21" LCD, Cable modem and Netgear Wireless N router also running off of the battery. Usage time of OVER an hour!!!!

Works great
Pros: Let's try a live test! I've got a 620w PSU powered WS08R2 server hanging off of this and it's reporting 59 minutes of runtime. I just pulled the plug before I started this review and it's now at 57 minutes. I like that the built-in fan kicks in when on batt power. Server has 6 SATA HDD's and I've got em all spinning, so there's good load. On screen, I have a notification that the UPS is on batt power. 95% battery capacity at the moment. The UPS gives a little beep-beep every 30 seconds or so - it's not crazy loud - my older Belkin Gold is louder. I've got the software configured for max runtime, so the server will shutdown with 8 minutes of power left. Most of what I get is just utility power line blips, but time to time the t-storms roll through and power might get kicked off for a minute or so. Now, a few minutes later and it's at 48 minutes of runtime. While I'm waiting, I will mention that my wife digs the free wireless mouse that came with this NewEgg combo deal!
Cons: I wish I could go higher on the number of minutes left for shutdown. Since I have so much capacity, I wouldn't mind having 15 minutes as some extra buffer.
Other Thoughts: A nice feature is the software will let you schedule on/off times for your equipment. I haven't tried that out.
Well, still at 93% now, so I've got "runtime for days!" It's been on UPS power for about 10 minutes so far.
I'm sure that in years to come, the batts won't hold the load like they can now, but that's life with a UPS so it's all good, since they're a replaceable component.
FYI - I didn't notice any hum on my Corsair 620w PSU.
Just plugged back in and it's in recharge mode. All is good.

My Quick Video Review

GREEEEEEEEAT!
Pros: Does everything it is supposed to. We have some nasty storms and electricity issues in Dallas and this is a champ with HP2445 monitor, 8GB ddr3 ram Vista Prem, E-8500 Proc, 9800Gt VGA, 7 HDD and 850 Wattt Antec PSU, along with cable and modem boxes and All-in-one hooked up.
Cons: none
Other Thoughts: Have a Belkin which is not very durable and will replace with my second one of these

Great So Far
Pros: Worked right out of the box, no need to install. Only have my monitor and desktop plugged in right now and this takes less than 20% of the load, so, I would be able to get atleast two hours from this thing if the power ever goes out.
Cons: None so far

Buying Another
Pros: This UPS does exactly what you need a UPS to do. It has software that installs easily on your PC and gives you an accurate status at all times. The LCD on the unit itself is easy to go through to view status also. Self tests are easy to run. The device is mildy attractive and narrow build makes it easy to place.
Cons: It would be nice to have multiple USB outputs so I could plug in two computers and have them shutdown automatically in the event of a sustained power failure.
Other Thoughts: I lost a computer to lightning a couple months ago. I wish I had bought my first cyberpower earlier. Just by luck (good or bad you decide) a thunder storm knocked out power the day after I bought this at about 5am. I heard the alarm(you can disable if you dont like alarms) and jumped out of bed to see what was happening. UPS power kicked in and my computers didn't even have a flicker. The cyberpower software recorded the event in a log returned to AC power as soon as it was back up.

Decreasing/zero Battery Capacity
Pros: TBA-Unit does not fully works. Easy access the batteries. Replaces my aging Belkin 550w F6C100-UNV
Cons: RMAed. UPS only lasted half a day. Will only now last a few seconds on battery power. Batteries still test good so UPS is defective. 25 pound brick YEAH! Have to pay for return shipping to Newegg on something that doesn't work so I can get a replacement!
Other Thoughts: Paying return shipping for something defective to get it replaced is not good! There have better be a credit back to my card for this or I will go back to my old sources.

Very Nice Unit
Pros: This unit has enough power to run my i7 Overclcoked system for 11 minutes. I do Folding at home for standford and it shows a load of approximately 350 watts. I also have watercooling, a 10K Velociraptor, GTX280 SSC, 32" HDTV, USB Hub, 1 BluRay+1DVDRW, 2x Fan Controllers andf 4x Ultra Kaze Fans. Even at full load 100% CPU and GPU this is enough unit for a safe shutdown.
This unit is rated for 850 watts. I can also run my laptop off it at the same time without issue. I really like the screen. I can check my load in my flight simulations, and I also like the included software...more on that later.
The unit has 4x battery power ports, and 4x surge only ports. Plenty for me. The are full 3 pole ports. Not wimpy 2 pole ports.
The unit is well built. Has quality connectors. The included cabling is of very high quality and even includes a gold plated Cat5 Cable.
The power cord is canted to keep from blocking booth receptacles to a wall outlet. Nice touch, and well thought out .
Cons: I did have one issue. It wasn't a deal breaker or anything. The included software disc would not load for me. It could have been a bad disk or something.
I just downloaded the software free of charge from the CyberPower website. It's not really a con per se', just something I thiought I'd make other aware of in case they experienced the same thing. The software is free and it's a quick download. No biggie.
Other Thoughts: I appreciate the deal I got on this unit. Newegg had a very good price, free shipping, and the included Microsoft Mouse they threw in for free was also very nice. I've been shopping at Newegg for a long time. I build high end machines with quality stuff, and this unit is a high quality unit.
Thanks Newegg. :-)

finally! a UPS that can keep up with my computer
Pros: absolutely silent. runs very cool. when on battery it makes the usual electronic buzzing sound but its very very faint and the fan (which is only on when the battery is) is quiet as well. noise is a huge issue for me with these thing but this one is amazingly quiet. the LCD screen is very nice and the blue color matches the rest of my lights (antec 900) beautifully. the windows utility is basic but works. my system is a very powerhungry core i7 920 OC'ed to 3.6GHz, with 2x HD4870s, 3HDDs and a 22" screen. this thing powers my beastly computer no problems whatsoever. I honestly never heard of cyberpower before and I gotta say im very impressed. heck it came fully charged and with the battery plugged in, all ready to run! this is something the legendarily over-hyped"Armored Personnel Carrier" brand wont even have the courtesy to do.
Cons: smells funny?
Other Thoughts: I went through 4, yes, thats FOUR, of the "legendary's" brand UPSs, and 5 trips to one of the big office retail stores before I found one of theirs that could barely power my gaming rig, and when I plug it in it turns out it makes this very loud whining noise! I nearly chucked it out the window in frustration. but I returned one of the "legendary" ones one last time and I'm through with them. Cyberpower is a keeper folks.

Quick Switching!
Pros: Nice and compact Good amount of VA for the price Informative display Free shipping Free mouse
Cons: The automatic voltage regulation isn't as good as I'd hoped. My input and output voltages are always within one volt of each other. Right now it says input is 112 V and output is the same.
Other Thoughts: I needed a UPS because my PS3 was turning off every time my window air conditioner turned on due to the "droop" in power. My previous UPS (an APC 350VA) didn't work, probably because it was too slow switching over to the battery. With this one, however, my PS3 works without interruption.
My only wishes are that the output voltage would be closer to 120 and that they offered a 1800-2000 VA model with the same features for around 250 bucks.

Great UPS
Pros: LED screen can show power usage of attached equipment and other information.
Not very bulky and overall a nice unit.
Cons: None
Other Thoughts: This UPS is a nice upgrade from my earlier APC and Belkin units. I would highly recommend it.

You get more than you pay for
Pros: This is a great product. First, it works, which is always a plus. It works well, too. With all the thunderstorms here, we have alot of power surges and blackouts, and this UPS hasn't flinched once.
It also looks good, which, while not critical, is still a Pro.
The software is pretty good, though make sure you have the newer version.
Cons: I wanted a rack mounted UPS, but the CyberPower rack mounted UPSs are way too expensive considering the price of the tower UPSs like this one.
The LCD screen, while stylish and novel, is useless. You can see all of the same information through the monitoring software.
Other Thoughts: From the looks of the older reviews, this company had a bit of a rough start. However, that is in the past. The customer support has been great, and the product has been equally great. I will be getting another UPS soon for my server, and while I wish it could be rackmounted at a good price, I will stick with Cyberpower.
Though I won't get another LCD model. No point.

Solid UPS
Pros: As in title, solid and well built UPS, my Q6600 rig at full load + LCD monitor pulls about 200W and the ups says it will run it for about 1/2 hour. "nut 2.4.1" works well under Linux, USB interface recognizes /usr/dev/hiddev0.
Cons: Do not use the powerpanel software provided by the company on its website Linux. It arbitrarily decides to shut the computer down very quickly after unplugging UPS, and then later at some random time decides the whole UPS itself should be shut down, which takes the computer down with it. It caused me to think the UPS was defective until I realized it was the powerpanel software.
Other Thoughts: "nut" was a little involved to set up and get going. Bought the UPS to protect against a local power network which I think is getting hit with line power transients when equipment gets turned on in morning, seemed to be taking my computer down at a consistent time every morning. Was hoping this UPS would provide constant regulated power, but it appears to direct-connect to line if voltage in range. So far I have had only one crash since hooking up UPS (vs. once every day at 5 in morning when equipment turned on) so I think it helped somewhat anyway, and I can now flash computer bios with peace of mind.

Nice UPS, does its job well
Pros: This UPS handles up to 810 watts, which is more than enough for the average computer, which is what I bought mine for.
The USB connection gives computers the ability to automatically shut down when AC power fails.
The software works with 64-bit versions of Windows (I'm using Windows XP x64). Windows XP recognizes this UPS as a battery, as if I were using a laptop. Perhaps this is standard for a UPS (this is my first UPS, so I don't know for sure).
The LCD display is handy, especially if the UPS is not used with a computer.
It smoothly switches to battery backup, as it should, when AC power fails. I have my computer tower, monitor, speakers, and my modem & router plugged into this UPS, and they all keep on running when power goes out.
The case is thin, allowing it to fit in cramped spaces. I have it sitting right next to my computer tower.
Cons: None that I can think of.
Other Thoughts: With my PC, monitor, modem, and router all running, the software says I'm only drawing 186-194 watts. When I'm playing a game on my computer, the power consumption can sometimes jump up to 210 watts - still fairly low. My computer has a 350-watt power supply.

I'm happy!
Pros: It is a UPS that does what it is supposed to do, provide protection from spikes and sags as well as power outages. Unlike the big brand, this one is quiet and not so expensive.
Cons: The bright blue light on the power switch is a little much in a dark room, but I just turned it sideways and put it behind the TV stand so it isn't so bad.
Other Thoughts: I'm using this on an entertainment center to protect my LCD TV, Xbox 360, PS3, and Yamaha receiver. So far I am very happy with it. So much in fact that I just ordered two of the CP550SL units to protect some PC equipment.

Works Great
Pros: Unit works Great - the status screen on the unit is nice. I especially like the PowerPanel software. It has a good status view and lots of info about the batery.
Cons: Status screen on unit only stays on for a few seconds (like 30) when you press the button on the unit. Would be nicer if it toggled on.
Other Thoughts: I have 3 of these now. One for the PS3/360/HD tivo/LCD TV. Would be nice if they had a software that would run on the PS3 or 360.

Pros: Does its job! The software gives you current information as well as statistics, and looks very nice too.
Cons: Very bright blue led on power button. I would not recommend using it in a room where anyone sleeps.

Great UPS...
Pros: Relative small form factor compared to APC or other brands, LCD display (like blue better then red or orange), competitive price, warranty and supported under OSX.
Cons: I would have expected the backup time of the UPS with what I have connected to last a bit longer.
Other Thoughts: Have a MacPro with two monitors connected to this UPS, my total backup time is 9 minutes incase of a power outage. With everything turned off and just my Silicondust TV running I can get 80 minutes out of it.

Tested! - Recommended.
Pros: High quality UPS for the money you spend. Cool looking and not too big. It does what it should. Had power outage couple times and this unit saved me from loosing my work. It holds my 750W computer and 2 screens (22' and 19') for 10-15 minutes without any problems. Must have! I do recommend this one. Great price for nice UPS.

Nice UPS
Pros: This was purchased for my entertainment system. Perfect solution for living out in the woods! I have all my entertainment equimpent run through this and I'm only using 20% load! The readout screen on the front is very useful.
Cons: Only if there was more than one wide plug spot on the battery side...
Other Thoughts: I live out in the woods and dirty power is a real drag, but with this unit I don't have to worry about dirty power anymore! I'm highly recommending this unit & I'm going to buy a few more. It also helps to have Enegry Star certified equipment too.

Works Great
Pros: Purchased this for one thirty five after instant savings and a promo code i got through neweggs newsletter. Bingo. I'm usually a hardcore APC fan but i just couldnt justify paying a hundred more (209 + shipping (20-30)) for thier comparable product.
Cons: I put black electrical tape over the LED power button light. Not really a con but newegg says i have to put something in here.
Barbie and ken must have came up with the 138min runtime that they advertise on the box.
Other Thoughts: It's good the display turns off because otherwise i would have to put black tape over that too and that would have been a con. But now it's a pro =)
I'm running 2 desktops, and a 21" CRT monitor (thing is crazy heavy) and it says i have about 13 min before the world ends.
Hope APC karma doesn't hit me

Nurse
Pros: Long story short, some electrician tied the kitchens electrical outlets with the living room outlets. Every time we would turn the stove on, her computer would reboot itself. we have had the CP1350 for about 7 months now and have yet to see any loss of power.
Cons: None.
Other Thoughts: I should of purchased two of these to start with, but wanted to wait a few months to see if it was any good or not. And well it turns out that it is excellent.

Good Investment
Pros: The CP 1350 LCD works fine, with or without the Control Panel. Vista-64 saw it and decided it was going to turn my i7Core Game Machine into a laptop. Very cute. The CyberPower Control Panel fixed that identity crisis.
Cons: The time one can go off the battery is pretty short, just 15 minutes for me. Yes, that is plenty of time to close down safely, but I feel that is kind of shorter than their literature indicated.
Other Thoughts: This is a nice looking backup, it matches my other machines.

Works as advertised
Pros: Does exactly what it says. Kept my new computer on during a thunderstorm, and it is still alive, even when the power went out. I was able to finish an extensive raid, and then the power cam back on. Perfect.
Cons: Heavy. Could be used as a weapon. However, it is a battery, what do you expect?
Other Thoughts: Running 2 computers off of this one UPS, a 300w and a 650w. No problems, no spikes, and smooth power. Great display.

An excellent choice
Pros: Conservative application of the ubiquitous "RBC2" VRLA 12V battery -- this develops its output power from two of these in series, which is a MUCH better approach than using only a larger 12V battery to produce the same power. That's because with twice the source voltage, the battery current is half what it would be at 12V, meaning that the internal resistance and cell loading is much lower. Cell performance is nonlinear with current so halving the current does much better than doubling each cell's capability. It's well designed otherwise too. I like the layout of the back panel and performing a battery swap is relatively easy, as long as you have some shipping tape to paste the two RBC2s back to the spacer frame. The standby power dissipation is very low, as they claim with the "green" description. Low- and overvoltage tests confirmed their operational specifications. It has no problem supporting the claimed load for the claimed duration. This isn't as common as you might expect.
Cons: The software. It's primitive. I don't like it at all. It doesn't show frequency. Battery status information is virtually useless. It doesn't write a simple log file, instead requiring that you go to the 'summary' page where the information is presented confusingly and without enough detail. If you set it to perform a shutdown, it decides for you that you WILL use hibernation and it creates a hiberfile even if you've previously disabled it. What does it do with open network files? They claim it performs a "shutdown", but hibernation isn't a shutdown and doesn't save open files or close applications. I'd like to see performance information during a self test.
I don't like the prominent, easy-to-hit-by-accident, on/off button.
Other Thoughts: The Cyberpower people really ought to modify their "business" version of the software to work with this current generation of AVR UPSs. Also, there is no way to shut down multiple PCs that are running off one of these UPSs. They have such software, but guess what.... it doesn't work with these either. IMO, they should scrap this junk and expand the use of their business/industrial software into this product line. Regardless, it's still Five stars for doing what it really has to do very well. Fixing the software mess would get it a sixth.

Works great
Pros: Great LED feedback and simple configuration. LED turns off to reduce glow. Fairly quiet during backup and perfect response time. Great price.
Cons: Would be nice to provide more plugins. This unit supplies less than average for this category.
Other Thoughts: Power button is a bit bright. If using in an environment such as audio/video, be aware that the power button glows fairly bright blue.

Piece of mind
Pros: Works right out of the box. I waited a couple of days to install the software since I'm lazy. The monitoring and testing program is nice to have though once I installed it and it's useful too. Lots of protected outlets and even cable and network protection. Decent battery time. The unit looks cool too, how often do you hear that about a UPS? It's relatively cheap. Regulates voltage!
Cons: None so far
Other Thoughts: I've got a performance PC on battery, and a TV, cable box, a PS2, and a receiver all protected now, and with the surge protection and voltage regulation I feel like I'm taking care of my gear the way I should. Voltage spikes are not uncommon

Wow...
Pros: Excellent Price, Space saving design... Could not believe the run-time under heavy processing and disk mode, standard workstation with 17 lcd, defraging hard drive will running a 3d graphic animation stayed up for 1hr and 10 minutes, I went ahead a shut down at 10 minutes remaining on the battery status.
Cons: No additional functions on battery operation such as script activation, email, sms, but oh well.
Other Thoughts: Don't know how long the battery will produce the initial results. Hopefully it holds for two years or so.

Great UPS
Pros: Works well. I use this for my office computer, which doubles as a server. Also use to power my office internet security camera. Software interface works well also.
Cons: None after two months.

Love it
Pros: Amazing power backup i used to have APC only UPS systems but saw this one at an unbeatable price and i have to say i have converted. It backs up all of my equipment (Phenom, 4 gigs of ram, 5 harddrives, 24 inch lcd monitor for about 19 minutes it says for its estimated run time.
Cons: Makes a loud buzzing noise when it runs off battery power but i have more to worry about if the power goes off.
Other Thoughts: Software is not completely pointless!!

Love It!
Pros: Just what I wanted! Quality product and a great look. No problems with the software install in Vista x64. Handles my 32" LCD, two LCD monitors, computer, THX 6-speaker system, HP 7280 AIO printer, wireless router, crapola, something else too--all with ease. What else can I say--it works! Have not tried the battery accuracy real-world test.
Cons: Wished this was compatible with their business software to give more features / capabilities for alert notifications -- such as SMS.

Great peace of mind
Pros: Well packaged and delivered intact. Easy setup with supplied cables and CD. Small size fits in corner of my desk where the very informative LCD panel is easy to see. Appears to be well made and it worked perfectly from the box.
Doing BIOS flashes will now be SO much less stressful. Without the UPS, during a flash you are playing Russian Roulette with the power company and the gun pointed at your motherboard. Any glitch in the incoming power will result in your board being killed. Having the CyberPower supplying the juice means that your flash will go normally every time. Phew!
And, you can now enable Advanced Performance in the Device Manager for your SATA HDD's without worrying about lost data or corruption due to power problems. Happiness having this device at work for me.
Cons: None at the moment.
Other Thoughts: I checked on the batteries and found their expected life to be 3 to 6 years....depending on the number of depletion cycles. Frequent discharging will decrease their lifespan. But, happily, they ARE replaceable and easily found at multiple online sites. Prices at the moment are around $25 for them (there are two) so, when they start to go bad it won't be nearly as expensive to replace them as to replace the entire unit....like some other competing UPS's require. Liking the CyberPower a lot right now! Time will tell how it holds up.
Oh, I got it with free shipping and that saved quite a few dineros as it weighs nearly 30lbs shipping weight. Just something to keep in mind when shopping for one of these.

Love it
Pros: Excellent power backup for the price! Well made and sturdy. Did I mention that it looks beatiful too?
Cons: I just wish power backups were cheaper in general.
Other Thoughts: I love the power drain meter and the power reserve indicator (how much battery is left).

Useless for me
Pros: If this thing would work for me, it'd be great! The LCD is nice, it looks good, seems like a solid product!
Cons: Unfortunately, I'm not in the United States - military sent to APO address. I'm in Europe, actually. And no matter where I plug it into, voltage converter or not (it is NOT dual voltage!), it just beeps at me and doesn't want to do it's job. On the back the "wriring fault" light is lit up. My guess is it can't detect the grounding because, well... Most european sockets don't have grounding, believe it or not. So maybe this is a feature to protect the company from being sued due to the inherent risk of no grounding (minimal).
Still, I'd really like it to work any way, or be able to somehow bypass it. I'm still using my old APC UPS instead now.
Also, documentation on it sucks. The manual and website cover a few problems, but anything beyond a faulty battery diagnosis is beyond hope it seems. Any information I found claiming to be relevant from CyberPower was for a completely different product.
Other Thoughts: I'll hold onto it until I get back to the states. Too expensive to ship back and forth, due to its weight.

UPS
Pros: Works as advertised. Best feature is the LCD display you may switch to different functions from percentage load and charge to actual wattage consumed.
Cons: Power switch blue LED is a bit bright for my tastes.
A bit expensive for the size box you get.
Other Thoughts: Would like to see this in a metal enclosure instead of plastic. Cheapens the look compared to my 600 watt UPSs I got from newegg. The 600 watters are much heavier as well. Built like a tank.

Great UPS
Pros: After much research, I decided to purchase this unit. I have 6 other APC units of various power, but I needed to purchase a new one for my gaming rig. I read the reviews and gave this one a try because of the LCD. This one installed very easy and the LCD is very detailed. The software is very well written, and displays power draw on the fly.
Cons: I wish I could leave the LCD on all the time, but it's tucked under a desk anyway.
Other Thoughts: It's my favorite UPS now. I've since ordered another one and intend on buying CyberPower for all my UPS needs and for all my customer's computers and servers.
My rig: C2Q 6600 @ 3.6GHz Asus Maximus @ 1600 MHz FSB 8GB GSkill 1066 RAM 5 Seagate ES.2 SATA Raid 0 + Raptor Hard drives 2x Radeon 4870's in Crossfire 28" Hanns G Monitor
My system pulls ~650 watts at full load, and this UPS will power it with no problems and provide 7 mins of run time. I'm very happy with this unit. As long as CyberPower continues to produce UPS units like this one, they'll be the only brand I'll purchase.

A Bit More than I needed
Pros: Great UPS!!! I am running 2 gaming PC's off this and they run great with plenty of power to spare! I had a 350 W before that was over 2 years old and was not holding a charge, when I looked into battery replacement I discovered the 350w was barley enough to power 2 PC's together, so I upgraded to this unit. Easy to read display and software that allows for remote monitoring! Has safety shutoff options that will power down your PC in the case of a power outage and the UPC battery getting low, to protect your computer! Highly Recommend for multiple PC's.!
Cons: I went a bit overboard on this supply for my needs, but that is my fault, plus it gives me room to grow!
So... NONE!
Other Thoughts: If you're only running one computer maybe look into a lower wattage for the price, we have Two PC's both running Dual Core Processors, and high end Graphics cards, total of 3 flat panel monitors and 2 powered speaker systems and we only pull 340w at peak usage (but stick with CyberPower, they are a GREAT company with a highly reliable product, look at any of their UPS's on Newegg, they all have high reviews)

Good Value UPS
Pros: 1. Price is great and came with free shipping, at first I was going to buy APC but when the APC price + Shipping cost(cost almost 1/2 of ups price) make me to reconsider. 2. LCD information very helpful. 3. Can handle my rig(4870x2 +46" AQUOS+extreme OC system) for almost ten minutes. 4. Software is display info in real-time, extremely helpful.
Cons: 1. Build quality, extremely low. I not sure if I got the defactive unit or not. But when I turn the unit horizontal (right-side of unit face the floor) just to look for serial no. for registeration, the usb connection to PC stop working permanently. 2. Package quality, its not seal. when it arrive it seem like I got a used product. the unit is everything but clean, the foam is broken in pieces. 3. LCD Display, instead of tapping a display button every time to see the info, it should be use to turn on-off lcd display.
Other Thoughts: There is no response from the customer service, I email to them about my unit issue for more than 2 week but there no response. I have to fix the problem myself, all I have to do is turn the unit to another side (now the left side face the floor) and the USB connection start to work again, what a build quality right. Thinking about RMA but the shipping cost make me decide just to stick with it since every thing work fine now.

More reliable than APC!!!
Pros: I wanted a UPS for my entertainment center. High-powered 5.1 surround, large CRT TV, cable box, cd player, set-top PC media player (DSM520 fyi) so I was looking for a 1kVA UPS. My first thought was APC, of course. It's the best, right? Wrong. The APC could not supply enough power to kick-start my Kenwood stereo amp, which always needs to kickstart when any UPS switches from line to battery. So I got a cyberpower. More VA for the same money, and better performing! No problems at all! Even better-quality cable-tv cable than APC!
Cons: None.
Other Thoughts: CyberPower is clearly working harder than APC to release quality. APC sitting on their laurels perhaps? Not CyberPower!

GOOD UPS
Pros: It stops my computer form shutting down the wrong way saving me thousands, it was cheap, it lasts a long time, easy and good software.
Cons: I don't know who's fault if anybody's but i only got 1 part of my two order package :( but aside from that the UPS doesn't register as a UPS which is fine cause of its software but id feel better if it did

Pros: I use this as a blackout fail-safe for a digital audio workstation. My concern wasn't to actually run the thing on this, just to prevent my expensive equipment from getting fried. That said, it does everything I need it to.
Cons: It hums when switched to battery mode but like I said, in a blackout, I have more important things to worry about than recording (like a sump pump not getting any power).

Great UPS
Pros: I bought this UPS to protect my gaming computer and filter the incoming power and it does it's job well. I'm in a small town on the Texas/Mexico border and would frequently come home to see the microwave flashing and before I got this I always worried if I left my computer on, Now I don't need to worry! Its already been through a few brown outs and worked great!
Cons: The power button, I wish it were a bit more dim but thats just me being picky, also I wish it weren't on the front because when I first got this I thought it was the LCD button, learned my lesson quick but it could be better placed.
Other Thoughts: My cons are just looking for reasons to say its not perfect, because it does what it's supposed to and I don't need to worry about my computer getting nuked anymore.

Excellent Backup Power
Pros: Compact, useful for most computers and electronics.
Cons: Plug spacing is always my complaint with these types of devices and remains so with this one.
Other Thoughts: I used to only use APC products, but the truth is, many of these other companies provide the same products with a different body style and a much lower price tag. APC is like Nike. You PAY for the NAME.

Pros: Very handsome piece of equipment. Love that the sockets are in the back. This thing looks great sitting next to my tower. Tests out fine.
Cons: No issues to report here, but dang these things way a ton. LOL! Am sure they all do that are this nice.
Other Thoughts: When the power goes out, this thing will run a high-end tower, 22" LCD, camera and wireless router for 40 minutes without a hitch.

Great features
Pros: This thing is beautiful. I love the gloss black and Blue backlighting. I've had one outage (ours are at least weekly but only last a few seconds) since I got it connected. I like the USB connection and software power panel. The load meter is very interesting. It's neat to see how much power a Gaming PC at full load with two 22" LCD draws. Not what you would think.
Cons: I have yet to find any.
Other Thoughts: I went for too long without a UPS. I've had three others over the past 10 years, but they all died and even a new battery would not revive them. Hopefully this one will be more reliable and at least have a replacable battery if that time comes. This is a great deal if you can get the free shipping. AND they got it to me fast from a near-by warehouse. Thanks Neegg.

Pros: Works like it should
Cons: The moment I unplug it, the battery jump straight down to half empty (or half-full however u wanna look at it) then slowly drain to empty. Not sure why it would not be fully charged
Other Thoughts: This is still a great surge protector however. During hurrican Ike, I lost power for a few days and this powered my laptop for a short while

Very Happy with this Purchase
Pros: No problems, easy setup, nice user interface, shows input voltage, load, and battery capacity on front LCD sreen (which powers off by a timer), looks really nice, small size (stands upright for a small footprint), surge protection, lots of backup power/time for the price.
Cons: None so far.
Other Thoughts: I just recommended this UPS to a good friend because I really believe in this product.

Seems great!
Pros: Looks great, easy to set up, has plenty of outlets.
Cons: Wish the display would stay on or at least have the option to have it stay on.
Other Thoughts: We haven't had a power outage yet to really test the shutdown, but based on what I've seen so far I have no reason to expect any trouble. This unit looks and feels well built and was easy to install and setup.

So far so good.
Pros: It does what it is supposed to do. I tested it by pulling the plug out of the wall. My 32" LCD and computer did not skip a beat. The alarm went off and a timer popped up on the monitor. I plugged it back in and it went back to normal operating. I now have my cable tv running through it as well. Very nice piece of mind and reasonably priced for it provides.
Cons: No Cyber-Power stickers for my to put on my car to tell the world how cool I am.

Saved my renders more than once!
Pros: This is a great UPS! Its running a quad core opteron workstation, dell poweredge 2550 3 screens, 24 port switch, modem, VoIP adapter and a light and says I have about 5 to 8 mins of time. Keeps my station running on small outages and blips, send it into hibernate (and saves any and all rendering info and data in memory) and once power is back, starts back up right where it left off. Saved a 2 week render that had 2 or 3 outages during it!
Cons: The drivers for this UPS wont install right on some higher end boards so every time i boot up, i have a "new hardware found" window i have to exit cause it can't finish installing it enough to stop it from being found over and over, SO for that and the fact that support could not get it working, it gets 4 eggs. BUT it is a great UPS and runs a lot.

Great UPS!
Pros: Great software. I like the ability to turn off the beeping when the power does go out. I have a 22" monitor and a computer (680i MB, C2D 6750, 8800GT, 2x7200 rpm hard drives, and 2x1 GB mem) along with a couple of other small things. While running prime95 on both cores (not OC'd), it would last about 20 minutes (drawing about 210 watts). The AVR(Automatic Voltage Regulation) feature comes in handy every once in a while as well.
Cons: Other people have complained about the power light remaining on constantly but I do not find it all that annoying. I have in in my bedroom and it does not keep me awake but I think it could do without. I also think that it could use another outlet or two but oh well. One other thing is that the LCD does not stay on but that is not a big deal. Everything that is shown on the LCD is in the easily accesible software.
Other Thoughts: I got the unit on Thursday and the power went out on Saturday. I am so glad I got it. I ended up buying another for a friend and they are happy with it as well. You can also use this to find out how much juice your equipment is taking. The unit takes two batteries so be prepared when replacing them that it will be about $40-50.

UPS
Pros: Was on sale, got a good deal. Works well.
Cons: I am not too happy with the software it comes wth. I use this on a 24x7 server and have standby and hibernation disabled. It constantly reminds me that hibernation is off and asks me to enable it.
Also it has an annoyingly over bright blue led on the power button.
Other Thoughts: The software is useless. I just use Windows to control a shutdown script when the battery is low.

Pretty Slick
Pros: A nice high power system that does what it says it will do. I didn't find any deviations from the specs provided. Granted, this is mostly so that I can go shut the computer down manually when storms or whatnot interrupt power to my house. Seems to happen a lot here in Florida.
Cons: High Performance system will suck the batter down a lot faster.
Other Thoughts: Again, you don't need to get a UPS that will power your whole house. This does what I want it to do. Nothing more, nothing less. The price is better than most.

Origami Beach Ball
Pros: Arrived at my address in one piece.
Cons: In a past life I shipped high-end computer hardware, custom packed, to very grumpy clients. I've never seen a cardboard beach ball like this, ever. I don't care whose fault it is. I do know how to file a harsh, well-documented claim, and I mean to do it. If this review violates the guidelines and doesn't appear, the joke's on you. I also know how to twist the knife. Cargo carriers don't enjoy taking the hit for other people's errors, and they keep records.
Other Thoughts: I will edit this review when I take possession of a product that wasn't fired out of a cannon.
Manufacturer Response:Hello! Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback regarding the CyberPower CP1500AVRLCD, one of the most popular, award-winning UPS in the market. We are very pleased that you took the time to provide an assessment and your unique experience. Based on the experience described, this appears to be a unique issue involving this specific model being shipped only in its retail box without an additional brown cardboard shipping box. The retail boxes that CyberPower provides to its partners are not designed to be used alone as a shipping box. With millions of UPS units sold annually, CyberPower is constantly working with its partners to ensure customers like yourself are satisfied and we will continue to do so in this case. We recommend that the partner you ordered the UPS from be contacted immediately to address any issues arising from shipping.

good product, bad newegg
Pros: Good product, easy to install and works well. Handles all of my stuff with plenty of outlets for surge and enough to cover the basics for UPS as well. Excellent Company (Cyberpower) service
Cons: No problem with product, but Newegg let me down. The product arrived in a taped up box with no instructions, no cables, no software CD. I called Newegg and was told they would contact warehouse and let me know if they had a set or whether I would have to RMA the item and order a new one. I never heard from them one way or the other. (It was an ordeal getting through to someone.) I called Cyberpower and explained it to them they sent a set of cables, CD etc. out to me in about a week.
Other Thoughts: I do have to say that this was the first time Newegg let me down.

Pros: Nice display, give all the info you could ever want. Works seamlessly with WHS & XP. Handles 2 computers and a 52" lcd w/ 5.1 and makes me feel safe = worth every penny
Cons: Heavy ;)

Amazing
Pros: Very easy to use, simple but real useful software. It has more watt than most of the people that will ever need!
Cons: A bit on the heavy side, but I don't think there's a light UPS...
Other Thoughts: this beast can power 2 computers or more... unless you're doing triple SLI/Crossfire on each one or something...

Impressive
Pros: All I wanted was a battery backup to protect my computer from even the minor power flickers and surges. The rest of the electric wouldn't even know it, but if a strong wind went by, the computer went down. The other that I had, the battery was dead and I was tempted to go with APC again, but this had a better deal.
I was sold on it. 18 minutes of power with the things I've plugged in it, it charges fast, and it's quiet. The LCD goes off after a few minutes and the software was easy to install and use. Didn't even have to set anything up.
Cons: It's heavy. Very heavy. Not a con, per se, but just something to take note of. Thankfully I got a deal on this with free shipping, because it would have been 30-some dollars to ship, especially for a 30 lbs battery backup.
Other Thoughts: Very, very impressive. I definitely recommend it.

Great
Pros: Works. FPL (Fickler, Plunder & Loot), will have hits where the power goes out for about 1-2 seconds. This holds it up where my cheap APC did not. 650W power supply, 27" LCD screen, and other stuff the hold up time is 15 minutes.
Cons: People complaining about the blue light. Did you complain about how your PC has a light on it? The only way it would be annoying is if you put it at eye level. Most of the time these will live their life on the floor.
Other Thoughts: So far it works great. Make sure your get it when on sale with free shipping other wise it is about $30-$35 for shipping.
