Cheap and functional
Pros: Came charged Worked right of the box. Plug and go.
Cons: App on CD didn't work on Windows 7 64-bit (but it wasn't needed because Windows 7 has a fairly robust power management app built in)
Other Thoughts: It came charged. I drained and charged it three times and it worked well. The LCD indicator is very informative. The device chirps on a power loss and chirps more frequently as the battery gets closer to being fully discharged. I did not experience any other chirping as other posters mentioned.

No complaints
Pros: Almost fully charged out of package; led read-out of voltage, % capacity used, charge level. Outlets spaced far enough apart.
Cons: None so far.
Other Thoughts: Second CyberPower UPS I've gotten, this one for a new LCD tv, the other the 600 watt one used for my computer system. Both have worked fine so far. I live in a rural area where brown-outs, surges and lightning strikes are common. Been on my computer a couple of times now when we've had a power outage for a few seconds that before would have caused the computer to reboot, and then be incredibly slow for hours as the hard drive was checked for errors. Computer and monitor didn't even hiccup with the UPS. A lot of piece of mind I didn't have before.

Great product
Pros: Nice LCD display, good value for the money
Cons: None so far
Other Thoughts: I have my htpc hooked up on the battery section, as well as my wireless router, cable modem and also my 50" DLP TV. With the TV on, I have about 3 minutes of run-time. With it off, I have about 25 minutes of run-time.
