Does everything I need
Pros: For it's price, it can do quite a lot. It has all major functions built in plus a really nice integrator that obtains very accurate results to the maximum decimal precision (15 digits) and not approximations. The equation solver is almost flawless and will solve any explicitly or implicitly defined equation you enter. RPN (Reverse Polish Notation) is a very nice feature, and it is a lot faster and seems to make more sense than entering in calculations algebraically. If you don't like RPN, you have the option of choosing algebraic mode. Not enough functions? With the programming, you can do pretty much anything. I made some simple programs to evaluate limits, derivatives, and summations which puts it almost on par with a graphing calculator (except without the graphing). For it's price, I'm amazed at what can be done.
Cons: The battery. It uses some odd kind of button battery which is hard to find and expensive. I assume they used it in order to keep it pocket-sized. I wish they could've just used AAA batteries because these little button batteries are annoying to replace. Not that significant of a con though because the batteries last a very long time. The other thing about it is you have to have some understanding of the functions (you have that anyway before cheating with the calculator right? :) ) because some functions on the integrator, for example, do not integrate properly if they have spikes in the graph. Again, this is not a very significant con because such a spiking function is rather rare. In programming, you are limited to 26 subroutines because each one is assigned a letter. This calculator is not meant for testing the Riemann hypothesis or anything so 26 subroutines is plenty enough.
Other Thoughts: If you're just going to use the elementary functions and not the more advanced ones or programming, then this calculator is not worth it and you'd be better off buying a cheaper one. If you use every feature to the fullest, then this is a very nice calculator to have because I haven't found one thing that it can't do so far (except graphing of course).

My go-to calculator
Pros: I love this calculator. I bought it in high school for use in calculator competitions and it has become my favorite calculator. I use it much more than my Ti-89. The calculator does take some getting used to, but after that, it's a joy to operate.
Cons: None

Disappointment
Pros: It does lots of stuff. It can work with larger numbers than other calculators.
Cons: It cost more than other similar calculators. Amazingly it does not do logical operations (AND, OR, NOT, etc.) That means its going back. For the price it should do those simple operations. Every software language and microprocessor I can think of supports those. It should have be very simple to implement, but they did not bother...

HP calculators are great
Pros: HP calculators are excellent, this one included. It is inexpensive yet has a multitude of functions and features, programmability, etc. -- and, of vital importance, RPN.
Cons: A bigger enter key would be nice.
Other Thoughts: My first HP calculator was the HP 34C. After this life-transforming experience, the only calculators I ever buy are HP scientific calculators with RPN. Now, I am an HP-calculator (and RPN) snob. All other calculators are lesser creations to be looked upon with disdain. :)

Not Quite the Same HP
Pros: Solidly built like all HP calculators. Nouveau design. Display is easy to see. Tactile keys support positive contact and entry.
Cons: Layout is very busy and distracting. I used this for a while, and I still have to hunt for the function keys I need. Programming for matrix solution is long and tedious; if you accidentally clear all, you will loose all of your prgm steps.
Other Thoughts: Matrix, polynomial functions, conversions, should be all be built-in to free the keys up with labels. The user's manual is thick and the index is not helpful. This is not the HP calc I come to know back in school.
