Pros: It's smaller than I expected but that's what I like about it, like everybody else said, this computer is very quiet and runs smoothly. I got what I paid for, a great computer!
Cons: Not really a con for this computer but I'm also having trouble with my HDTV monitor, it might be the TV but I'm getting some help from eggxpert about this.
Other Thoughts: I don't know much about computers but reading that this PC comes with 8GB of ram and seeing that it said it has 6GB of ram when I check the specs, boggles my mind. I'm not sure what this means, but I know that I got the HP Pavilion A6750F.

Quiet and Fast
Pros: very quiet fast hard drive speedy graphics convenient and fast built-in network card
Cons: Vista learning curve (my first Vista machine)
Other Thoughts: the XP machine at home was dying and for a bit more than $700 I got a huge HDD, fairly speedy graphics (no game playing, mostly internet), and 8 GB of RAM. For someone of average needs like me, this machine is a blazer.

Pros: Pretty much everything!
Cons: Lack of PCIe 6 pin power connector on power supply.
Other Thoughts: I wrote the previous review, and Im back to report that the Radeon HD 4830 card (MSI brand) mechanically fit OK (its a fairly long, 2 slot design), and it runs great using the existing power supply! I used an adapter that converts two 4 pin molex connectors into a 6 pin PCIe connector. A quad core Phenom + Radeon HD 4830 all running from a 300W power supply, in a very small case, still quiet with acceptable temperatures! I would not attempt this with an even more powerful video card, but my experience has been great so far!

Pros: Small, attractive case. Quiet, quick. Has most features you coud ask for at this price. Plenty of memory for the future, and a big hard drive. WLAN works well.
Cons: I simply do not like Windows Vista, or HP bloatware... it slows this capable machine to a crawl, but I need the 64 bit OS to utilize all that RAM. Power supply is indicated to be 300W, but it actually says something lesser on the sticker... 268W total from the +5V & +12V, and 175 W total from the +5V & +3.3V. Lacks a PCIe 6 pin power connector, so graphics expansion is going to be tricky, despite the PCIe x16 slot.
Other Thoughts: My girlfriend bought this PC from Circuit City during their bankrupcy sale, without asking me for advice. She does all the typical stuff like surfing, office, music and movies... and its just fine for that. But she is also a Sims2 addict... and is looking forward to Sims3, as well as other games. So I decided to take advantage of the PCIe x16 slot and upgrade to a Radeon 4830... now I am wondering if it will work. Im fairly confident the card will mechanically fit after snipping a few cable ties and rerouting some wires. The power supply does not have a 6 pin PCIe connector (I knew this before choosing the 4830) but with five free 4 pin molex connectors available, I was hoping to feed the video card some juice through an adaptor. I will soon find out if this works. If not, I may be buying a new ~450W power supply... I hope the HP motherboard accepts standard power connections. Someone else indicated a 4850 card fit in here, with a PS upgrade... so this gives me some hope...

Great Computer
Pros: Great Computer. A huge amount of ram, great processor, very large Hard Drive, and a very decent graphics card for something that comes packaged with the computer.
Very fast for almost all tasks. Very fast with Terragen 2.
Cons: HP bloatware. Windows Vista just plain sucks. It seemed like it would be fine at first despite what I had heard, but after using it for a couple of months... well... what I heard was absolutely true. Even on this awesome computer it lags and runs slow occasionally. Programs crash randomly sometimes too.
Other Thoughts: Overall Vista is ok, and this computer overall is very, very awesome.

My baby
Pros: The speedy little guy is wonderful. It set up in abut 20 minutes and I was on the internet in less than an hour with the wireless lan. I like the slender case because it slid into the place i wanted it very nicely. I've set it up in the living room and didnt want it the center of attention. It's quiet and i sometimes don't think it's running. When it's actually computing away. I've streamed video from Hulu and the TV stations to my HDTV across the room with a 25 foot DVI to HDMI cable. The video is excellant. still working on sound. No crashes so far. Firefox puked a couple of times but was able to pop back up. I'll check maybe a 64 bit conflict. So far so great. Just hope he lasts a long time....Anita
Cons: Although i was jonesing for the 64 bit, the step up to the 64 bit is limited. PCtools doesn't have a 64 bit version. I downloaded serveral aplications from CNET and they puked and I had to take them off. I'm crusing around very fast and have found a few things like advanced Care system to keep out the junk and him purring. Spybot and AVG worked fine. I'm actually hoping this turns into a pro as the 64 bit versions of everything become more available.
Other Thoughts: If you can add the HDMI port or go up a notch and get the bluray and hdmi included on the system i think it would be best to have it all now. Working arount the sound issue with DVI to HDMI is very frustrating. My optical sound ports on the TV are all OUTS and they are outs on the computer. Probaly going to add an external hard drive anyway and will look for ways to add what i need extra with it.

Great Computer
Pros: This is a super fast computer. I have not had any problems so far getting anything to run smoothly on it. 8 gigs of RAM is just ridiculous, but is very nice. It runs relatively cool, my average being around 35 C without load and around 45 under load.
Cons: HP puts tons of bloatware on it, but those are easily removed. The case is a bit small, but I was able to fit a new power supply and graphics card into it. There is only one PCIe x16 in it, which is a bummer if you want crossfire.
Other Thoughts: With a decent graphics card you probably won't need crossfire, right now I have a 1 gig DDR3 Sapphire 4850 and I can run crysis on ultra high and average 30 FPS in a heated gunfight. If you get this computer, make sure your graphics card will fit before going out and dropping a lot of cash for one, mine was a bit of a tight fit going in.
