Pros: 1. Just as adverstised, it's a beautifully designed TV. 2. Decent customization options for picture quality. 3. TV feels much bigger than 37", wow!
Cons: Maybe a small thing to nitpick, but I find the TV remote to be much to simple, perhpas inelegant for such a fine looking TV.
As mentioned by some, the tuner feature can be a little tricky to figure out.
Other Thoughts: This maybe an issue with this particular model of Samsung TV's. The after I set up my TV, the speakers started making a crackling sound. I did some research and found others have had similar issues with either this series of TV. A technician will be out to service it. Worse case scenario, they may have to replace the soundboard. Hopefully it turns it well.
I don't want to dissuade anyone from purchasing a Samsung TV, but I'd at least reccommend you do your research into the cracking sound/speaker issues lest you find yourself in a similar situation.

Great Set
Pros: Other than the great price, the best thing about this set is the abundance of calibration settings which give you more control in fine-tuning. The 3 HDMI ports, hidden speakers, and nice piano-black finish are worth mentioning as well. Samsung tech support was quick and simple.
Cons: Television arrived with a defective main board, but Samsung came and replaced it free of charge. Speakers aren't really that great, but they can be customized through the equalizer to suit your tastes.
Other Thoughts: Overall, I'm pretty satisfied with this TV. Best LCD I've purchased to date.

Samsung paints a beautiful picture
Pros: This TV has simply amazing bright and accurate colors! I hooked this up to my PC with an hdmi to dvi cable, I set the resolution to 1366x768 and this TV was off to the races and it never looked back. The blu-rays I played looked amazing. What I was surprised about was how well this tv made standard definition look, yes in a perfect world everything would be HD but when you can make SD bearable by upscaling it properly that's when you're doing something right. Samsung makes great TVs and this TV is no exception.
The front speaker was sufficient for watching TV but you really have to be joking yourself if you bought this and you didn't plan on buying any sort of a sound system for games/movies.
I had no issues with the base mount. As long as you construct the bottom first before you attach it to the TV(as the manual instructs) it's sturdy. I love the base actually because it allows the TV is swivel left and right easily and it's very secure.
Cons: For the size this TV is a bit pricey. You can buy a larger set for the same price, or one the same size for cheaper.
The TV runs a bit hot, I was plugging cables in behind the unit after only having it on for a few minutes and I could feel the heat pouring out the back of the set.
The tuner on the TV is a bit confusing and unintuitive(unlike the rest of the set). First it has to run a search to detect all the channels(takes 5-10 minutes), and then there's this whole confusing air or cable selection screen. I couldn't find the antenna HD channels I had to go into the menu and click show all channels to find them because I couldn't see them in normal browsing. (These last two cons won't be an issue for you if you have a set-top box)
*NOTE: The are some small cons but none of these are major, they are just things you should be prepared for when you buy this fantastic set as nothing in this world is perfect.
Other Thoughts: Firstly, spend a little extra and get this TV over the 32, trust me it's worth it!
Second, 37" feels bigger on this unit because the color, contrast ratio, and brightness of the Sammy...so if you are worried that it's not 42-46 inches, don't be. If you wanna go larger I'd spend the money and get a 1080p ToC model that Samsung has (and is now discounting before they release their new lines). If you want to go bigger don't skimp on the picture quality because that's the whole reason you went to high def, right?

Solid as a rock, and best menu I have seen!
Pros: Very sturdy stand, sleek glossy finish, menu full of great features. Auto-detects what input is plugged in so you don't have to sift through all sources. No annoying exterior lights/accent lighting. I think it is lighter than most 37" as well, i have a 32" vizio that seems bulky compared to the samsung.
Cons: none, other than not 1080p.
Other Thoughts: A little pricey for a 720p, but unless you absoultey have to have the shade of difference in movies this tv works great! I got a deal on it back in november, 748 so definately no big deal on the 720p.

Awesome Pic
Pros: Purchased this set over the 32' Samsung for our bedroom. Excellent choice of size. Using Xbox 360 to watch movies on Ext. HD. Purchased Onkyo Ht-S3100 for improvement on Sound. Easy set up out of the box.
Cons: Hypnotizing effect it has, been late for work 2 times since getting it.
Specs say PIP, no PIP found.
Other Thoughts: Internal HD Tuner picks up HD Channels via Comcast.
**Follow instructions on putting TV on stand...Bottom screws first!! If not the TV looks as if it is leaning.

Very pleased
Pros: I am very pleased with this set was easy to set up and get running, didn't really need the manual. picture is really nice and looks fantastic even with regular cable. works really good with my ps3 no ghosting whatsoever.
Cons: none really, the remote feels like you should be holding it the other way, but not a real con.
Other Thoughts: Newegg had fast shipping as always

Great TV
Pros: Great Picture, Easy to set up. Good Looking. Lots of Inputs.
Cons: Built in sound is not so great. Would be nice to have a front facing input.
Other Thoughts: Very happy with the TV. The only complaint I have is the internal speakers are not very good. I added a sound bar and sub woofer and it was a huge improvement. As always newgg was fantastic to deal with, very fast shipping.

Awesome TV
Pros: Brilliant colors, deep blacks, good sound, beautiful looking TV.
Cons: None come to mind...
Other Thoughts: This may go down as one of the best purchases I've made. Great TV at a great price! Lots of options to customize your viewing experience.
Arrived via UPS ontime (3 days), and though the top styrofoam corners were broken, the box was in good shape, and the TV was packed extremely well. No dead pixels that I can tell.
Shopped around and researched CNET for every review of every TV sold on Newegg at 37". This one had the best reviews, and I couldn't pass up the price with free shipping and NO SALES TAX!!

Best Picture in its Class
Pros: I spent a long time at an electronics store comparing the Samsung to he Toshiba, Sony and Sharp. The Samsung was the brighter, clearer picture hands down. Now that I've got the unit in my living room, I have zero regrets. The picture is awesome.
Cons: An HDMI cable in the box would have been nice... but no complaints, thus far.

LN37A450
Pros: This is the 3rd Samsung LCD Product I purchased in the past year and I am very impressed. Great color, black are right on and the pitcure is flawless.
Kudos to Newegg. The purchase process is perfect, never had any issues so I can't rate customer service that but, based on the purchasing experience, I've had I'll bet it is above average.
Cons: None to date
Other Thoughts: On all of the Samsung TV's I own, I wish they would have located the USB interface (for firmware upgrades)on the side of the unit for eaiser access.

Decent
Pros: Great picture
Cons: Grainy in high action sequences
Other Thoughts: This tv has brilliant color and looks great for still shots or normal viewing. It doesn't keep up with high action scenes, but maybe all flat panel tv's are poor in this area; this is my first.

excellent picture
Pros: very bright. Great color, and sharp picture. Fits my TV console perfectly, and TV case looks very attractive. Plenty of inputs. NO dead pixels.
Cons: picture gets hazy when viewing at an angle.
Other Thoughts: Makes viewing movies so enjoyable. Deliviery so quick and arrived in great condition, through UPS. The extra warranty is a fantastic price... got 5 years.

Excellent screen
Pros: The picture is fabulous, and the colors are crisp and clear. There are more than enough inputs for me, though I'm not exactly going crazy with the peripherals. The TV itself is very sleek and stylish. It's also quite light (~40 lbs). Overall, I'm very pleased with this display.
Cons: The stand is put together kind of strangely. The screen wobbles a bit when I move the table it's sitting on, and I worry it's going to fall off the base even though I'm pretty sure it won't.
Other Thoughts: Comcast's service sucks bigtime, and I'm having trouble getting some of the HD channels. That's not a knock against the TV, of course, but it's worth mentioning. The price is fair (paid $800 during a 4-day Best Buy sale), but I wish I could've afforded a 40" 1080p model. The 40A550 looked absolutely beautiful.
Make sure you buy a good surge protector and power modulator for your screen. I've had a couple friends lose their HDTV's in rought thunderstorms.

Wow!
Pros: This TV looks great with any signal including antenna, cable, or DVD. I can't believe how great my antenna signal looks! I love how the screen is easy to turn and tilt and the menu is easy to navigate. I am glad that I paid more for the model with hidden speakers because it looks fantastic. Newegg has he best price and shipping options!
Cons: This TV looks so pretty that you may stare at it obsessively and forget to eat.
Other Thoughts: Don't waste your money on a 1080p. It's almost impossible to see the difference between 1080p and 720p on a 37inch TV no matter what signal you use.
