Pros: Cooks well and evenly. The convection fan is very quiet. Very advanced for toaster. The 'food is done' bell has a good sharp *ding* so you can hear it in another room. If I wasn't a scrooge I'd give one as a gift to pizza-hungry college students as it's big enough to quickly cook a variety of things without messing with a full-sized oven.

Cons: Power cord is insultingly short. Get an extention because you'll need it. Tray things it comes with are stamped metal and not some space-aged non-stick superpans like should come with an otherwise top shelf item. It comes with cooltouch (plastic) handles or whatever but who carries a giant hot toaster around? The top of this thing gets so hot that you could probably use it as an auxilary cooking surface.

Other Thoughts: After becoming angry about a convection oven with no noticable fan sound I opened it with it running and found that it is blowing but so quietly that I couldn't hear it. It's got 2 good heater elements for the top and the botom for even heat coverage. It evenly cooks my food and I've yet to retrieve something from it that was inproperly cooked. The baking pan is not non-stick and is textured so you'll have to scrub stuff from a wavey shaped pan now and then. Having said that, it is very smooth metal and sticking is not much of a problem anyway. The power cord is so short that you will have to get an extention, thus nullifying the proclamed safety advantages of having this nub of a cord.
