Pros: Used to clean dust and all that floating particles in my room. on the low fan setting it is very quiet, med is bearable and high is for when your not home. All in all not a bad purchase for my first air purifier. I've never had to clean the hepa-filter (it's cleaned with a vacuum).

Cons: Pre-filter needs to be replaced every three months, depending on where you are if you can find it in a store it is cheaper than buying it online. This unit does not have a small footprint and isn't ascetically pleasing.

Other Thoughts: I bought this in 12/07 and recently gave it to my uncle who uses it in his garage/workshop. He made a kind of cradle for it and hung it on the ceiling. That is the best place for it.

Pros: This is the best purifier I have ever used. Quiet, and good airflow. I noticed a huge difference the first night I used it. The filter is easy to clean with a vacuum. If you suffer from dust allergies I would certainly recommend you try this purifier. It's worth every penny!

Cons: None that I can think of!

Pros: Efficient and reusable filters. Works exactly as advertised, pretty quiet even on high.

Cons: Honeywells own 50250 has a much higher CADR rating and Newegg sells it a great deal even cheaper than this one!

Other Thoughts: The 50250 is worth waiting for if out of stock! Filters on both of these can be simply vacuumed out gently.
