good grill
Pros: Fast, even heating, outside thermometer, great looks, bottle weight indicator can tell you how much gas is left, solid quality
Cons: Right side knobs take too much shelf space.
Other Thoughts: It's on the expensive side but quality of this grill is great. It takes a bit time to put together but it's manageable. You will need a lot of space though to unwrap this baby. I got a deal here at newegg for free shipping and I could not resist. Newegg is great as usual!

Excellent Buy
Pros: Great grill... The cast iron grates are large and very high quality, and make a nice sear. It heats up quickly and has a very even temperature across the grates. The side burner is nice for side dish or sauce cooking and it has a pretty big flame. The inside area by the tank is nice for tool storage. The price was great...
Cons: Like others have said... no work space on side of grill, and the Weber brand cover is not worth buying. It's nice fabric, but it fits weird and has vents in it. I'm not sure of the point of the vents, because I wouldn't put the cover on with the grill still hot.
Other Thoughts: Get the rotisserie... I have the Weber version, which you will probably need because this grill is big. It was pricey, but it works very well - made the best chicken i've ever had.

Fantastic
Pros: This is the first grill that I have purchased, and it was the right decision. Weber spared no expense in durability and craftsmanship. The first steak I grilled was the best I've had in years. My wife also enjoyed her Boca Brats on the grill as well. It cooks evenly and does an excellent job with searing. In addition, the flareups were negligent. I am glad that I purchased this grill, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality grill. Consumer reports rated it at the top in 2007, and now I see why.
Cons: The cover that is designed to fit this grill is awful. According to the box, it shows no vents. Don't be deceived, the vents are there. If it rains or snows, there will be large water puddles on the grill. Therefore, you need to take the cover off to dry it off....useless.
Other Thoughts: Instead, I purchased a Charmglow 58 inch cover (part #618 760) from Home Depot at half the price as the weber cover. It doesn't have a vent and is a great cover. It rained and I took off the cover, and no puddles on my grill. The only downside, it has Charmglow advertised. A small price to pay to protect my grill.

Excellent
Pros: Excellent grill overall. The grill heats up quickly and can maintain high temperature even when facing cold winds. The grill also stays lit on windy days unlike my old grill. The cooking surface has an even cooking temperature without hot and cold spots.
Cons: As others have noted, the lack of shelf space. The controlling knobs are very large and take up most of the right side shelf and the left side is taken up by the burner. I was previously looking at the version without the burner, but then I was able to get this here for $100 off and free shipping.
Other Thoughts: I couldn't be happier with the grill and newegg came through again. My only complaint is that I was never notified of any tracking number for the grill itself. It only took 5 business days to arrive, but I was in the dark about when it was going to show up. Luckily I was available with the delivery person came.

Another solid Weber product
Pros: Overall manufacturing quality and the use of durable parts, specifically the stainless burners, the welded frame, and stainless steel fasteners. For the same money, other manufacturers offer more features and/or all stainless exterior. Weber, on the contrary, traded some extra features and shiny door panels for built-to-last, bullet-proof guts and frame. This grill is a tank that will last for many, many years. It cooks just as well as it is built. The cooking surface heats quickly and evenly. Add in 24/7 support, easy-to-follow instructions, and Weber's comprehensive web site and I have absolutely no regret about buying the Genesis E-320.
Cons: I looked at many competing models (locally and online). At the Newegg.com price, I only found one con. As many others have mentioned in online reviews, the control knobs on the right-side table top greatly reduce the usable area. In fact, there is no room at all to place a platter. I simply moved my grill near an outdoor table so I had some space to work. Other than that one item, I would really have to split hairs to come up with another con on this grill. I value ease of use, durability and product support more than bells and whistles so the Genesis grill best filled my needs.
Other Thoughts: In this price range, you can definately find grills with larger cooking surfaces, though, there is nothing deficient about the Genesis' cooking area. I comfortably fit eight healthy rib-eyes on it. You can also find models with more features and all stainless exteriors (I happen to like the black/grey/chrome exterior on my E-320, though). In the $600-$800 range, though, I don't know if you will find a better built, better performing, and better supported product. ...and it's built in the USA.

Great Product. Great Price
Pros: After researching which grill to buy, I went online and queried my choice. I was quite surprised to see Newegg in the list! I've bought a few CPUs from them that probably got hot enough to grill, but didn't realize that they sold grills. The price was a full $100 cheaper than any other company I would consider buying from, so I ordered it.
I had them deliver it where I work, because I didn't want to take any time off for the delivery. The driver called about 45 minutes before arriving, and unloaded it behind my truck as I asked.
The grill was well packaged, all the parts were there, and the directions were easy to read. It comes with a cheap wrench, so the only tool you need is a screwdriver. The wrench is so thin that you'll want to use your own if you have one. Watch out for instruction 10. It has a seperate sheet with a replacement instruction. Make sure you look on the back side of that sheet! It took about 2 hours to assemble, and is very solid.
My first steak came out pe
Cons: I didn't buy this grill sooner.

Just Great
Pros: Does it job very well. Beyond that, Weber is a great company to deal with, I noticed I started seeing some rust where the lid connects to the base a few weeks into owning it and I called up Weber and they sent me a new lid, no questions asked. I previously bought an all stainless from Lowes and it started to rust 3 days into owning it. There are many different qualities of stainless. This weber has been out in the rain/storms in Georgia with no cover for almost a year and still looks new, kinda wanted to test its durability. I can see this grill being part of the family for many years to come! I didn't get the one with the side burner because I have a stove right inside.
Cons: none.
