First 4 audio CD's burned were coasters. Even though Nero ran the burn with no errors and said it was sucessfull, they would not play. I was using Sony CD's with the Sony burner. Also did not like that to burn at 48x, you must first put the CD in, wait until the light stops flashing, then you must HOLD the eject button in for 5 more seconds, until the light flashes again; then it is in "turbo" mode. Only then will it burn at 48x. That's stupid. It also creates 2 drive letters on XP. One for regular DVD burner, and one for DVD-ram burner. Even though it is one drive, to sucks up TWO drive letters! That's also stupid. Who burns DVD-ram anyway. Don't buy this drive.
