Bad customer service 02/07/2008

Western Digital core HDD, solid enclosure, turn on/off switch.
In the middle of full NTFS formaiiting, the system stops recognizing the drive. Happen each time I try to format the drive on two different computers.
Tech support is only by email and they don't respond for two business days (I got only automated request confirmation reply).
I'd give it two or three stars, but customer service is really non-existent...

The online technical request form permits us to get the specifics of the problem first so we are better informed and can better assist you when contacted. Turn around time is 24 hours or less. We apologize if it may have taken longer in your case.
