Pros:
One of the easiest upgrades I have done using this board. Plenty of room even with a honkin cpu fan. Make sure your memory is seated properly to avoid 1st post panic! North bridge gets hot but managable. On-board 3200 is actually decent unless you have a card with more balls.
Cons:
Not realy a bad thing but be aware there is no LPT printer port except pins on the board.
Overall Review:
Windows update lists an optional update (@ time of this post) for the sound driver. It F-uped my sound and I had to uninstall the update and reinstall the driver from DvD.
This board accepts 20/24 Pin +4 power supply, don't panic.
