Very difficult to set up if your screen resolution is not one of the supported resolutions "out of the box".
I purchased this to support my Acer 22" widescreen LCD monitor in 1680x1050 mode via DVI. After installing all drivers, 1680x1050 did not show up as an available resolution. The Nvidia software has a "Create custom resolution" feature. The analog output supported this resolution after creating the custom resolution. The DVI output did not support this custom resolution. I downloaded all the latest drivers to no avail. The latest software has a "Test" button for use when creating custom resolutions. When I tested 1680x1050 in DVI mode, it responded with "Test Failed". It worked only in analog mode. I am returning the card.
