Runs great at 800 but you pay for a 1066
Does not dun at 1066 stable.. went to Gskill website and they even got a sticky for this memory and a bunch of different motherboards..that tells me the a lot of people like me had been having problems with it.
This is the second pair, the 1st one was rma'd because didn't even post on an asus m3a78-em, the new pair only worked stable at 800. Got a new MB, Gigabyte ma790x-ud4p with newest bios and update and is the same thing. You get what you pay for..
The guides are available because most motherboards have a JEDEC standard of DDR2-800 and as a result the memory configurations in BIOS must be set manually in order for the memory to be optimized. If you are having an issue with your memory package, simply post a thread and we will help you troubleshoot your issue. You are not alone in the dark, we have three methods of technical support available to assist you with your issues: email, forum, and telephone. You may simply have a value set incorrectly or you may have a defective stick, but we would be more than glad to troubleshoot that problem for you to save you the hassle.
Quality and customer service are our top priorities.
