Got it as part of a deal with a $50 printer, and a promo code that took 15% off the list price. Modular design, sleeved cables, 1050W, single 12-V with 87 Amps.
Actually a semi-modular design, as the ATX 12V, motherboard power, and 6-pin and 6+2-pin PCI-E connectors are built into the power supply. Additional PCI-E connectors, SATA power, and Molex power cables are all modular.
Has 2 additional 6-pin and 2 additional 6+2-pin PCI-E power cables for Tri-SLI or Crossfire with high-end cards.
Plenty of SATA and power cables for any number of peripherals and hardware you would possibly want to add to a single machine.
Bright blue LED when machine is on, matching my fan and case lights.
Cables are a bit stiff.
On a case that opens to the right and has a bottom-mounted power supply form factor (my Antec 900 for example), the modular power ports are towards the inside of the machine, so it is more difficult to add new cables without removing the power supply first.
Strange orange light when my computer is turned off. LED lights that turn on to indicate a machine is OFF are a personal pet peeve of mine, but its not very bright or annoying.
Powering these specs:
Core i7 965
3x2GB OCZ Platinum DDR3-1600 RAM
2x BFG Geforce GTX 280 SLI
MSI 9600 GT Green Edition (secondary card/PhysX)
Sony Optiarc DVD Burner
2x500GB Seagate HDs in RAID 0
Antec 900 with 4 case fans
