Five year warranty... big deal.
Highly unreliable. One drive died within six months of installation. If you own an array of these, just pray to whatever entity or deity in which you believe that your RAID will rebuild.
Look at the review results. Only 51% gave it the highest rating. Is 51% good enough to keep your business afloat?
Check out the Newegg reviews for the WD equivalent WD1002FBYS. 78% gave it the highest rating. When your business depends on the data, do you want 51% or 78%???
Also compare the 1-egg reviews of this drive compared to the 1-egg reviews of the WD. In the Seagate drive, the complaints occurred when the drives were loaded with data plus the usual DOA issues. For the WD complaints, they are mostly about DOA and infant-mortality, a condition common to all semiconductor-based devices for the last 50 years.
