-OC'ing is a cinch
-Get 300mb read and 175mb write with my C300 on SATA3 ports
-Dual Bios protection
-NB Heatsink doesn't get in the way of one of the PCIe x1 slots (any TV Tuner will fit I imagine, my Hauppauge 1850 did)
-No SATA backplate/cords despite manual
-No TPM chip/header option
Kind of miffed with the packaging here - manual indicates there is a SATA backplate with power and data cable pack. This is missing from my mobo box. Emailed Gigabyte sales support about it (even their Newegg VIP email), got nothing in response. Let's see if they read this review and react since they obviously don't if you contact them through normal channels.
