Good card for its price. 06/27/2010
A very good card for its price. Run Crysis at 1920x1080 everything on ultra No AA at an average 19fps. Justcause 2 at max with 1920x1080 at 28fps with 4x AA. Runs any game out right now on max with no AA on some games but no lag issues or anything. Not sure who said this card is only a tad bit better than the 8800gtx cause 8800gtx sli only did 36.8 fps with ultra at 1280x1024. Not so good. With PNY 260 gtx sli at 1920x1080 everything on ultra with 2AA you get about 40fps. Call of duty 4 on every benchmark run they did the 260gtx almost double the fps against the 8800gtx.
Pretty big card also when I got the card 2 months ago is was expensive now there dirt cheap. Go figures. Also tried to overclock the PNY model and cant do to much overclocking with these cards.
Well since DX11 is out I say go for a DX11 card.
