+For the price, this is a great motherboard.
+Had this board for just under three months and I've had absolutely no issues with it.
+I like the BIOS options, they're decently in-depth for the price.
-The "auto-overclocker" in this board while it does work, it gives much more voltage to components than needed (but not anywhere near dangerous levels).
-When booting up it takes a few seconds to initialize the USB controllers. This really isn't a problem as it's only a few seconds, but I thought it was worth mentioning.
-This board has 3 PCI slots but with a larger video card there's no way you'll fit 3 cards. Again, not an issue for me but it could be for some people.
-The audio on this board really isn't spectacular, it doesn't respond well to high amplification. Get a sound card if you're really into sound.
I would definitely buy this board again. Currently working with my Athlon II x640, AMD Black Edition RAM and an NVidia GTX460.
