- Easy to use
If you haven't read this already, these things are guaranteed to break. I had my 'first' pair for about two months when I noticed the left headphone felt loose and was beginning to sag. I noticed some hairline cracks in weak plastic tabs that adjust the size of the headphone. No matter how what size or how much space you give the headphone, it would always crack more when you wear it. Still under warranty; I sent it back Tritton and recieved a brand new packaged headphone with all the accessories. For some reason I also receive a second headphone (which would be the third one I had) a week later. Two months passed, and the prossess started all over again. This time I tried a few home remedies, electrical tape, duct tape super glue, none of which seemed to work or make the sagging headphone feel any more comfortable. The second pair broke and the third lasted just as long. I was very dissapointed see that these were very good headphones while they lasted.
Willing to give Tritton a second chance, I bought an AX 720 headset which has worked perfectly for me ever since. The contrast in quality between these two headsets from the same manufacturer is really rather surprising.
