The greatest headset I've ever owned, the 1 egg is because of SteelSeries service through out my RMA process.
Clearest sound, highest quality, I did have issues with the left headphone going out so I RMA'd it and my second pair is working 100% perfect. Greatest headset I've found to date, after experiencing Razer and Logitech headsets, as well as Sennheiser.
I had to RMA it once I guess would be my only con.
Buy through newegg.com, not SteelSeries directly.

International company, yes. Solid customer service, no way and you're way off the radar. During my RMA process, I noticed they instead of shipping it to my place, in Illinois, they shipped it to Minnesota.. This causes a problem of course. I put in a ticket informing them that they had shipped it to the wrong location. I got a customer service rep that was extremely rude, trying to convince me it was my fault. I replied it isn't my fault they mixed tags, it's there fault. I got more snooty remarks from the person at the desk. I later created another ticket informing the customer service people of the one who was helping me with my issue, telling them he is being rude and I'd expect polite behavior from an international company when it comes to customer service. My account was suspended instead of being replied to.. Be very careful when ticketing them because my account has been suspended for three months now and I'm certain it is staying that way.
