RMA'd after two failed installations 01/10/2012
Looked like it was constructed well.
Felt like it was constructed well.
Packaging was good.
Newegg handled RMA quickly and am glad I bought it from them.
The card failed to install properly on two systems; first was a custom build I made myself*, second was a pre-built computer made by a branded company**. When I first installed it, the screen would just stay various pixellations of pink and other odd colors. I installed the Diamond drivers first just to see if everything would work out. It didn't. So I uninstalled those drivers and tried CCC from AMD. They didn't work. What would happen was I would boot my computer after installing all the drivers, then after the "Starting Windows" screen it would just hang on a blank screen. Nothing after that.
Diamond support was not available even after multiple attemps of contacting them.
